Buckler's Hard Yacht Harbour is an unspoilt haven, rich in history and wildlife, ideal as a base for exploring the Solent and the Channel.

Situated on the beautiful Beaulieu River, the Yacht Harbour is only 25 minutes from the M27 motorway. Safe, traditional and friendly, with a 5 Gold Anchor award from TYHA, there are a range of berths available on the river and within the marina. Full marina services and facilities are available, including an open policy boat yard as well as lavatories, showers and a launderette. Permanent berths are available and visitors are welcome.

Our friendly team at Buckler’s Hard Yacht Harbour offer a competitive range of boatyard services all year round. A list of approved suppliers can be instructed to work in the boatyard, or alternatively an open yard policy allows customers to bring in their own contractors for a small charge.

Service & storage prices

Our boatyard team operate a 35 tonne hoist which can lift vessels up to 60ft in length. We can lift, pressure wash and block ashore your vessel in our boatyard.

We also offer undercover storage at competitive prices for when you require a more specialised service.

Resident Berth/Mooring Holders are entitled to 10% discount off lift out/launches throughout the year and one month’s free storage ashore per mooring season. *Excluding the Bailey’s Hard Mud Berth Customers.

A little expensive? It’s bloody astronomic. Over £50 for a 30 footer for a night. And that was us folded, we couldn’t even fit up the river in sailing config.

Haven’t been to Beaulieu for years but recall river pontoons not cheap but what bugged me was v poor shoreside facilities -maybe the master builder has improved though. I think by comparison Lym yach haven was £72 per night inc the newspaper .

Was there once when the pontoon guy was having a big argument with a fin keel yacht. They'd moored where he told them to, and now he wanted them to move - despite the fact they were hard aground.  

Been at Bucklers for four years now after having been at Lymington Yacht Haven for over twenty years and haven't regretted the move once, cost wise its the same as I was paying at LYH.

The Hatteras 68 Convertible sports a 192-square-foot cockpit that includes a mezzanine deck for superior seating and amenities. The mezzanine houses double- size bait freezer, insulated storage tubs, tackle drawers, insulated drink storage and more. The mezzanine is designed in modular fashion, which allows each owner to customize the location of various components such as freezer, ice box or optional baitwell. Below the cockpit deck is a large, open lazarette accessible through the engine room hatch. The compartment provides an excellent location for equipment and gear storage, while an aft isolation bulkhead with door allows easy inspection of steering components. The engine room contains no space-stealing air boxes on the hull sides or air-induction vents on the exterior. That's because the 68 features a forced ventilation system that draws air from beneath the cockpit coaming.

The open flybridge arrangement offers wrap-around seating forward of the console along with a deep freeze and insulated chill box. The extended overhang is topped with two Murray Products helm chairs. A rear-facing jump seat provides quick access to the cockpit ladder. Hatteras' computer-based touch-screen system monitor is standard, and a generous electronics allowance will easily outfit the power-actuated electronics console. The pod-style helm station includes single-lever controls with emergency backup controls standard. 

With its convex hull shape, deep propeller tunnels, large props and deep reduction gears, the 68 will deliver a shallow draft and competitive performance.

68' Hatteras "CLAIRE TOO" has only had 2 owners since new.  Lowest hour 68 on the market with only 1475 original hours.  Lightly fished and captain maintained.  She has a large beam - 21.6 ft and features a full beam master stateroom. The VIP is forward with a queen berth. Port and starboard staterooms have twin berths.  

4 stateroom and 3 full heads. Ensuite private master. VIP shares with port stateroom but both have private entrance. Ensuite private starboard stateroom.

Large laundry room to port in companionway.

Galley and U-shaped dinette are very large and accommodating with ample storage and 6 Subzero under counter refrigerators/freezers.  Granite counters and backsplash, full size cooktop, trash compactor, and convection microwave oven.  Additional freezer in starboard storage locker.

Salon is extremely spacious and well suited for entertaining featuring a large L-shaped leather sectional with storage, beautiful Bluewater coffee table, barrel swivel chair, 3 bar stools, and ice maker.

Large cockpit features mezzanine seating arrangement, cockpit controls, varnished teak fighting chair, teak decks, and covering boards, tuna door, center live well, port and starboard fish boxes with macerator pumps, bait drawers and tackle center, freezers and refrigeration, Eskimo ice machine, and fresh and salt water wash down.

Flybridge has full Isinglass enclosure, Palm Beach controls with varnished teak pod and 2 varnished captain's chairs with teak decks below, u-shaped seating and aft facing bench seat, refrigerator and freezer, hard top with drop down electric teaser reels, and pop up electronic console.

Electronics feature Furuno GPS, twin radars, color video depth sounder, Northstar GPS, and Hatteras ships monitor, twin ICOM VHF radios and Simrad autopilot.
