Been storing my boat there for over 20 years. Always great service from a great staff!

Dock Box Services has serviced my boat for the last 19 years and always done a great job. They have always been honest and helpful! On the other hand, Emerald City Harbor sucks. They have poor customer service and could care less about their customers. The worst part is having to deal with the nasty b**ch on the second floor Emerald City Office. It used to be better, but in the last 5 years or so they have gone to hell. I would have given them a zero rating, but Dock Box is worth 5 stars.

Just recently docked my boat here and I've had no issues. Staff is friendly and property is clean. The bathrooms have been super clean.

At Boatworld Marina, there is a mix of open and covered moorage slips from 20’ to 90’ with rates specific to size, location, and view. The marina includes a delicatessen and grocery shop, 30 or 50 amp power, water, restrooms, showers, laundry facility, kayak storage, and storage lockers.
