Luxury yacht H OF THE SEAS is a fabulous 35.29 m (115' 9") Azimut motor yacht featuring design by Alberto Mancini with interior design by Salvagni Architetti. Built in 2023, she delivers impressive cruising capabilities and can reach a maximum speed of 24 knots. Up to 12 guests can be accommodated in five suites with additional cabins for six crew members.

EXTERIOR For lovers of sunbathing the foredeck is the place to be with a spread of sun pads, a u-shaped sofa and tables plus a fabulous glass-sided jacuzzi pool. The upper deck aft has a clever arrangement of back-to-back sofas and sun pads with the addition of a flexible table. The main deck aft can host sheltered al fresco dining at the large table and bar. Steps lead down on either side to the beach club swim platform. Finally the sun deck has a superb built in modular sofa which creates a choice of seating areas, plus a bar and sun beds.

H OF THE SEAS Specifications

INTERIOR The interior features bespoke furniture including a cool curved sofa and chairs in the main salon placed centrally on a plush circular rug. Aft in the space is a formal dining setting which can seat everyone on board. The sky lounge offers a similar hand made sofa and the space can be opened on three sides thanks to huge sliding doors.

The master suite is forward on the main deck while the additional suites are on the lower deck.

Yacht Charter Accommodation

The elegant master suite is full beam on the main deck master designed with plenty of curved edges and floor to ceiling windows giving a light and elegantly soft feel. The luxury ensuite is generously proportioned with white marble finishes and a huge rainwater shower. The VIP suite, double and two twin (+additional pullman bunk) guest suites are on the lower deck and all echo the décor of the master suite and ensuite.

Steven Spielberg, famous film maker, sold his super yacht Seven Seas for $ 151 million and the yacht is now renamed to Man of Steel.

Seven Seas, one of the most famous names in the superyacht world, was designed and built over a decade ago to the specifications of a renowned director. But since the richest people in the world have never been satisfied with a particular "toy" like a yacht or a luxury car, it is time for this magnificent vessel to delight its new owner with its incredible space and comfort.

Earlier this year, it was reported that Spielberg's iconic luxury yacht had gone on sale for $ 161 million. It won't be long before someone gets their hands on this magnificent vessel, fully equipped with everything you could want in a "home away from home", but also designed for transatlantic travel. go almost anywhere.

Built by the Dutch shipyard Oceanco, known for its surprisingly expensive models, this 282-foot (86-meter) yacht can accommodate 20 guests and 28 crew in nine cabins. Some of its most notable features are the two spas, swimming pools, Jacuzzi, fully equipped gymnasium and of course the famous cinema, perfect for any movie buff on board. Its elegant interiors, designed by Nuvolari & Lenard / Molly Isaksen, are as extravagant as a five-star hotel, using neutral tones and precious materials.

In addition to beauty and a high level of comfort, Seven Seas is also designed to withstand long journeys in remote areas. With steel frame and two MTU motors of 4680 HP. each, this massive boat can reach a top speed of 19.5 knots (22 mph / 36 km / h) at a cruising speed of 15 knots (17 mph / 27.7 km / h).

According to the Individual Yacht Brokerage website, the Seven Seas was sold for an undisclosed amount, but the last sale price was reduced to $ 151 million. With a new owner (perhaps no less famous), a new name emerges. The "Seven Seas" chapter is over, but the story of the Man of Steel has only just begun.

About the Man of Steel

Man of Steel is a luxury yacht 86 m long. It was built by Oceanco in 2010. With a beam of 14.02 m and a current of 3.96 m, it has a steel body and an aluminum superstructure. This total comes to a gross tonnage of 2,658 tons. It is powered by 4680 horsepower engines each, giving it a maximum speed of 20 knots and a cruising speed of 15 knots. The motor yacht can accommodate 12 people in 7 cabins. The yacht was designed by Nuvolari & Lenard.

Sovereign of the seas

M/y 'sovereign', for sale with worth avenue yachts, represents a value-for-money purchase at flibs this year….

The price-per-gross-ton metric has certainly become a limelight gauge of a brokerage yacht’s value proposition in recent years. And while the infatuation with gross tonnage is largely driven by the market to ensure building regulations are met, buyers want volume for the simple reason that they get a good amount of boat for their buck.

One yacht that will fit the bill for savvy, ton-hungry clients is 55m Sovereign – an all-American, full-custom construction that was built at Newcastle Shipyards in Florida in 2011. She is on the market with Michael Mahan, partner of Worth Avenue Yachts , for $28.95 million and will be on display at the Fort Lauderdale International Boat Show next week.

Despite being equivalent in waterline length to many of the semi-custom series’ builds coming out of the Netherlands and elsewhere currently, at a staggering 1,100gt, Sovereign is as much as double the volume. Thus, her asking price breaks down to a very competitive $26,318 per gross ton, which is an excellent proposition for a seven-year-old boat that is still fresh from a 2017 refit.

“The boat is just huge,” extols Mahan. “You can really feel the volume when you walk around. The quality is also excellent because it is a truly great boat that was built with a great deal of care and only the finest components.” According to Mahan, the original owner of Sovereign had built a number of yachts and, therefore, ensured that only the best supervision, engineering and design available was utilised during the project; the number one priority was quality.

Her second and present owner has been the perfect custodian for the yacht, ensuring she has received state-of-the-art upgrades during refit work and has had annual surveys, both maintenance and class, providing the vessel with whatever was required, irrespective of the cost.

“The great thing about Sovereign is that she is a full-displacement any-ocean boat, but at the same time, at half load, she only draws 9.6ft, so she is very Bahamas-friendly.” There are only five other yachts on the water that meet or exceed Sovereign’s displacement tonnage and are able to draw 3m or less at full load. This essentially means that few boats of Sovereign ’s size are able to reach the shallow anchorages that she can.

For Mahan, the sky lounge is one of the yacht’s best features – it is full-beam and has exceptionally high ceilings. Furthermore, among the six staterooms are two forward-facing master staterooms – one of which has a 270-degree view. She has subsequently become a very popular charter yacht, cruising in the Mediterranean, Caribbean and Bahamas, predominately, and does at least 10 weeks per year at a rate upwards of $250,000 per week.

Other key features of the yacht noted by Mahan include an elevator accessing nearly every deck, a beach club, and Quantum four-fin zero speed stabilizers. Her main engines and generators are also still under warranty. In addition to completing her five-year ABS survey in 2017, she also had fresh paint applied to the superstructure.

Superyacht H3: Inside Oceanco’s impressive rebuild

Still officially known as Project H , Oceanco has released interior images of the 105m (345ft) superyacht H3 (formerly known as Neom & Indian Empress), after emerging from her shed earlier this year following a transformative refit that spanned over three years. 

Showcasing a new sleek, contemporary profile, her hull has also been lengthened by 10 meters to accommodate a beach club , with an additional outdoor swimming pool adding to her allure. 

Her remodeled interiors, meanwhile, are courtesy of the industry-renowned studio Reymond Langton Design, harnessing a neutral scheme featuring an array of high quality finishes including light taupe oak, soft nubuck leathers and delicate marbles, with bronze and nickel detailing adding contrast. 

To say that this has been a remarkable process is an understatement.

She’s also had an overhaul of her social spaces, including her main deck, which now plays host to a dual staircase wrapping around a waterfall feature, as well as video walls and welcome lobby & bar area.

Her owner’s deck has also received some major modifications, and now includes a private dining room for 14 as well as a convertible cinema set-up in her lounge. There is also a climate-controlled winter garden on this level, capable of hosting up to 32 guests, making this the ideal spot for corporate charters and shoreside events.

In terms of accommodation, superyacht H3 offers a vast owner stateroom, alongside two extra guest cabins, ideal for those traveling with children of their security detail. She also has a bridge deck VIP cabin, with the reminder of her cabins located on her main deck. 

This leaves her lower deck free to incorporate a vast wellness center, replete with a Hammam, sensory shower, hair salon and beauty treatment rooms, all adjoining a large beach club and swim platform.

In addition to her aesthetic features, the motor yacht also received upgrades to her technology systems and is fully compliant with IMO’s stringent Tier III safety standards. She's also been equipped with enhanced sustainability features in line with the yachting industry's much-vaunted ambitions, to ensure a more positive impact on the delicate marine environment and the planet as a whole.

Oceanco’s CEO Marcel Onkenhout commented at the time of her relaunch: “To say that this has been a remarkable process is an understatement. The project has called for passion, dedication, and extraordinary craftsmanship, with many involved in her creation now contributing to her recreation, including myself. We are proud to say that we are relaunching a completely new Oceanco.”

After successfully completing her sea trials in May, testing her speed, maneuverability, equipment and safety features, she will undergo final touches before being delivered to her new owners.
