The Hull is constructed of single-planked wood with an external ballasted keel. The planks are secured with copper rivets. The deck is constructed of fiber-reinforced plastic over plywood. The Seller reports the sails to be either Crisp or in good condition, and the Mizzen has had some recent repairs. The Motor in this Mariner looks rough on the outside, but it's reported to run very well. Stock #397197 Great coastal cruiser or liveaboard for the the anxious shipwright looking for a classic sailing vessel This William Garden Designed Mariner 40 is an awesome wood-planked Ketch that was sailed a lot by its previous owners. At just over 40' in length, the Mariner has a forward stateroom with V-berth and a hanging locker. Just aft of that is the head with toilet, sink, and shower, complete with 2 entrances. The Mariner originally came with a 120-gallon water capacity. In the Salon, the U-shaped dinette converts to nice sized berth for two, and the settee opposite pulls out for a quarter berth. There's also a quarter berth aft to starboard to give you a sleeping capacity of six. Another Hanging locker is under the Nav station. The Galley is well equipped with a propane stove/oven, microwave, and refrigerator. The engine onboard is the Perkins 50-hp diesel. Up on deck, you'll find all lines run well to the cockpit, so you can single-hand this boat if need be. The sail inventory consists of the Main, Jib, Mizzen, Mizzen Staysail, and spinnaker. The hull and deck appear solid. The rigging is period, and the wooden masts are ready for a new coat of paint. The deck is adorned with antique trunks of various styles that give the boat a pirate motif. Stock #253770 Hull is made of Honduras mahogany strip-planked and edge-nailed! The hull is made from Honduras mahogany, is 32' 4" at the waterline, and is 43 feet on deck. The hull is strip-planked and edge-nailed. There is one fly, three main sails, and a topsail. The vessel is powered by a Saab 20 HP hand-crank diesel model 2-GY367.216, has a stainless steel shaft, and a 2-blade variable displacement prop. There is a forward V-berth, pictured, without the mattresses, as they are being cleaned. There are two opposite benches in the salon area just forward of the galley that serve as single sleeping berths. You should probably approach this project with the assumption that all mechanical and operational systems need to be repaired or replaced. The hull, decks, and standing rigging appear solid and serviceable with no soft spots noted. Most running rigging needs replaced. There is a mainsail, a mizzen sail, and a furling jib. There is also an unknown sail below. The condition of any of these sails has not been evaluated. The boat was brought to the yard under its own sails and power. The owner states that the Yanmar engine operates as expected and the sails have some life remaining. The hull appears to be solid. It needs to be sanded, prepped, and repainted. There is some damage to the fiberglass ridge where the rub rail is located in a couple of places. The rub rail probably needs to be replaced. The standing rigging, sheets, and lines are weather worn and should need to be replaced. All of the woodwork on the boat needs to be refinished, including both hatch doors. The interior is in fair condition. Cushions and upholstery probably need to be replaced. There are no obvious leaks and the interior is dry. The engine, wiring, and tubing all look to be in good condition. The condition of the operating systems is unknown and should be inspected. It may be possible to run the Yanmar engine while in the boatyard but most of the systems probably can not be checked out while on the hard. Stock #301722 Strong build, long waterline, and fin keel make it perfect for island cruising. The CSY 44 is regarded as one of the finest sailboats ever made! This is the classic CSY 44 Pilot House Ketch. prized for its solid construction, spacious interior, relatively shallow shoal draft, and smooth easy sailing you only get with a ketch, this yacht is ideal for extended cruising to the islands. According to SailBoatData this yacht has a Comfort Ratio of 48.30!. In an April 2019 survey conducted by Cruising World, the CSY 44 was voted as #11 of the top 40 sailboats ever made. The main sail has a traveler. There is a Harkin rolling furler for the jib. A large solar panel array is included. A water maker is also included. Access below is through two hatches, one leads into the aft berth and the other into the main cabin. The Pilot House model has an aft cockpit and an interior steering station for staying dry while island hopping. This two-cabin CSY 44 features wheel steering, self-tailing jib winches, binnacle compass, electric windlass with delta anchor and rode, pressurized water, three burner stove with oven, Garmin radar, B&G chart plotter, two marine heads with showers, water heater, two air conditioners, and an inverter. The aft cabin is very large, with its own head. The bow cabin will accommodate two and has easy access to the forward head. The main salon is huge with two bench seats which can also serve as berths, the steering station, and a spacious galley area. Reason for selling is not using it.

This vessel appears to be very well cared for. All areas are finished with care, and corrosion is as absent as you will ever see on a sailing vessel of this type. The sails, covers, and rigging are all reported to be in good condition. Stock #263128 Converted Danish Sailing Fishing Ketch. Sail and Cruise the World in Style. This is a beautiful 60-foot converted Danish fishing ketch that was converted to a sailing yacht by the current owners decades ago. It has sailed the seas in friendly and not so friendly waters and has a variety of security features, including a custom shotgun mount on the salon door. The vessel has unique antique charm throughout; some original and some designed with thoughtful foresight during the conversion. Notice the charming glass between the rafters in the salon area. The vessel's 16 foot beam offers a huge salon and galley area, featuring a very large u-shaped dinette that could accommodate 10 for dinner, and there is a large bench style couch facing the dinette. The galley is equipped with a 4-burner propane stove and oven, a double stainless steel sink, a microwave, an under counter refrigerator/freezer, and plenty of hardwood countertops and cabinets that are beautifully finished. The head has a manual pump toilet, a tile floor, a granite topped vanity with a stainless steel sink, and a large shower with a ceramic tile enclosure. The head is also designed with a very unique and beautiful crystal-like light port that brings in natural light. The vessel is powered with a Grenna 90 Hp semi-diesel engine, which means compression is half of a normal diesel engine. The semi-diesel design requires glow plugs and favors a longer life. It also has two Lister diesel generators. One is in the engine room & the other is on the aft deck behind the wheelhouse. The aft generator is setup to power a high capacity bilge pump in the event the boat is taking on water. If you want a classic sailing vessel capable of cruising the globe, this is a must-see. Reason for selling is time to move on after many wonderful years.

Kim is one of the early ocean going designs by Andre Hoek featuring an exciting beauty, classic appearance and a modern underwater structure. Built in 1991, with refits in The Netherlands by Holland Jachtbouw in 2006 and by Hutting Yachts in 2016, the yacht is kept in a very nice condition.

Originally designed for family cruising, she is extremely comfortable and suitable for short handed sailing and performs well, due to her large sail area. Her proven hull shape warrants comfortable and safe cruising in any condition. Her interior and naval architecture was designed by Hoek Design Naval Architects, a well-known Dutch yacht design studio. The beautifully crafted classic interior, that was partly refitted in the early 2000’s, holds a contemporary 5 cabin lay-out all with separate washbasins.

The yacht comfortably accommodates 8 persons and 2 crewmembers. Additionally, she holds one pipe cot berth in the main saloon on the starboard side. The aft cabin’s double bed sleeps two. Forward of the main saloon are the owner’s cabin with ensuite bathroom (vanity, toilet and shower), two guest cabins each with own vanities and one separate bathroom with vanity, toilet and shower. The crew cabin with vanity, toilet and shower can be reached via a separate entrance on the foredeck. The floorboards are mahogany with Maple holly and the ceilings are painted white (with exception of the beams), which gives a large contrast with the classic Honduras mahogany interior and a feeling of space and light. Fresh air is supplied to all the cabins via the large (Rondal) dorade vents. There are 72 small and large lockers on the inside. Just behind the anchor winch there is a hatch on deck that gives access to the chain locker and warp storage (where plenty of mooring lines, spare fenders, etc can be stored). There are two more storage hatches on the aft deck. The stairs in the cockpit can be removed for quick access to the engine room from the front side. The exterior features a large flush deck and a cosy cockpit with various seating options.

The growth in suburban house prices in 2021 can be as high as 15%. This prognosis was voiced by the participants of Moscow’s real estate market. When purchasing homes in Moscow, Russia, a good rule of thumb is to select houses within an 18.6-mile (30 km) radius from the center of Moscow. This ensures you will get a well-developed infrastructure, and that the chosen location will be replete with hospitals and schools.
