Luxury yacht CINDERELLA NOEL III measures 35.2m (115'6") and was built by the UK shipyard Princess Yachts. She was launched in 2019, offering beautiful interior and exterior areas with accommodation for up to 10 guests in 5 cabins, with a skilled and friendly crew of 5 on board.

Same as the other Sunseeker 116 yachts, CINDERELLA NOEL III features beautiful exterior lines and a sporty look.

The flybridge features a vast seating and a sunbathing area. Aft of the flybridge hosts a Jacuzzi, a spacious sunbathing area with a huge U-shape sofa. There is also a bar where guests can get some delicious drinks prepared by the crew. Outdoor area aft of the main deck features an alfresco dining and relaxation area.

Placed on the main deck, the salon benefits from lots of natural light coming through the large windows. The open-plan living area hosts the formal dining space forward, and the ample lounge behind it.

CINDERELLA NOEL III Specifications

The yacht is powered by two 2 x MTU 16V 2000 M96L engines, which can produce a top speed of 25 knots. At her cruising speed, she has a maximum range of 1,500nm.

The master suite in on the main deck, while two double and two twin cabins are on the lower deck. A crew of 5 can sleep comfortably in the crew quarters forward of the main deck.

Penned by Clifford Denn, the exterior is characterized by long, flowing lines and a round-bilge hull. The owner, who is a skilled seafarer, added a second steering position on the flybridge and a foldable mast that allows the vessel to pass beneath bridges. He also opted for a hybrid propulsion system (a first for Heesen) that ensures cleaner cruising and reinforced insulation to keep things cozy even in northern areas.

“Heesen’s Smart Custom solution represented the perfect starting point for an experienced yachtsman to concentrate on the important details for him and his family,” the owner’s representative, Stefan Zucker, said in a statement . “ Cinderella Noel IV is a testament to Heesen’s intelligent approach, allowing this family to create their dream machine with the certainty of a result which would have taken considerably more time and cost to build individually without being sufficiently tested.”

The owner worked closely with Luca Dini Design and Architecture and Heesen’s in-house engineering team to create a layout suited to long periods at sea. The living quarters feature his and her working spaces and sliding partitions that create privacy as needed. The decor is the epitome of “quiet luxury,” with subtle white, greige, and taupe furnishings contrasting rich wood flooring. There are pops of deep blues and greens, too, with the colorway reflecting the high-latitude parts of the world Cinderella Noel IV will cruise.

The exterior decks are nothing to sneeze at, either, with a glass-bottomed swimming pool, a fire pit, and multiple lounge and dining areas.

“ Cinderella Noel IV is imbued in every detail with the owners’ passion and experience,” adds Heesen CCO Mark Cavendish. “The energy they have put into creating a yacht that perfectly suits their lifestyle is impressive.”

Cinderella Noel IV is expected to officially take to the seas in March 2024.

In a marriage of maritime expertise and technological advancements, Heesen, the esteemed Netherlands-based shipyard, has officially launched its latest masterpiece, the YN 20150 Project Oslo24, now proudly named MY Cinderella Noel IV. The 50-meter, round-bilge, steel motor yacht is an example of Heesen’s ‘Smart Custom’ offering, where clients can add their own creativity and personal flair to Heesen’s solid foundations and proven engineering platform. It is a ‘best of both worlds’ approach, allowing for dynamism and client-specific adaptation without having to reinvent the wheel.

Using this approach, Heesen transformed its award-winning 50-meter steel series into a bespoke vessel that seamlessly integrates quality, customization, and efficient delivery. The result is a floating work of art that reflects the owners’ unique yachting knowledge and experience.

The christening ceremony for the MY Cinderella Noel IV took place amidst the winter holiday festivities, with the owners, their family, friends, and the dedicated team at Heesen in attendance, marking the beginning of a new era in luxury yachting.

Designed with flowing lines by the acclaimed Clifford Denn , the yacht successfully brings to life the owners’ vision. Every detail speaks to their lifestyle, taste, and intended use. From reinforced insulation for operation in northern areas to its glass-bottomed pool and outdoor fire pit, every aspect has been meticulously considered. The owner also requested an elevated standard for the ship’s crew, whose dedicated area now features a separate outdoor deck, heated floors, winter tents, and mosquito nets.

The owner’s passion for navigating the open seas led to the incorporation of a second steering position on the fly, creating a seamless transition from the flybridge to the wheelhouse. The yacht also boasts a hybrid propulsion system, a groundbreaking feature for Heesen that further underscores the yard’s commitment to innovation. Additionally, a foldable mast facilitates passage under bridges, and channel navigation lights ensure safe canal and lock passages, showcasing the vessel’s adaptability to diverse maritime environments.

Collaborating closely with Luca Dini Design & Architecture , the owners tailored the layout for extended stays, incorporating “his and her” working spaces. Sliding partitions add versatility, allowing for privacy or openness depending on the occasion.

The interior, a Scandinavian-chic interpretation of refined luxury, is both soothing and sophisticated. Soft furnishings in white, greige, and taupe harmonize with high gloss Indian rosewood and dark oak flooring. Deep blue and musk-green accents punctuate the space, reflecting the yacht’s design to navigate northern latitudes. Foglizzo Atelier crafted fine leather panels depicting antique sea charts, adding a touch of history to the onboard ambiance.

On 22 December, the launch and christening of Project Oslo24 took place at Heesen Yachts. The yacht is now named Cinderella Noel IV and is a 50-metre, round-bilge steel motor yacht. Delivery is planned for March 2024.

As a “Smart Custom” solution, the yacht is based on the design of Heesen ‘s award-winning 50-metre steel series, with flowing lines by Clifford Denn, Project Oslo24 is the individualised implementation of its owners’ yachting knowledge and experience. They selected the proven design as the foundation for a yacht that reflects their lifestyle, taste and intended use.

The yacht features a second steering position on the Fly, installing a flight of stairs to facilitate the transition from the flybridge to the wheelhouse as well as reinforced insulation for operating in northern areas, a separate crew outdoor deck area, heated floors, winter tents and mosquito nets.

The décor is a refined and pure expression of quiet luxury and Scandinavian chic. White, greige and taupe soft furnishings contrast with high gloss Indian rosewood and dark oak flooring to create an elegant base for accents of color. Deep blue and musk-green elements punctuate the space beautifully. The yacht has been designed to navigate the fjords and waterways of the high northern latitudes, and the interior scheme complements the natural world where Cinderella Noel IV will cruise. Fine leather panels crafted by Foglizzo Atelier depict antique sea charts of the owners’ favorite cruising areas. A leitmotif of gentle ripples in the woodwork is used vertically and horizontally to emphasize the connection with nature. Iconic pieces of loose furniture have been carefully selected from Cassina, Paola Lenti and Toso, to name just a few. There is no ostentation. The resulting ambience is tasteful and harmonious, with materials and finishes selected for their durability and ease of maintenance. The interior appeals to several generations of families at the same time.

The owner, a passionate skipper, wanted a second steering position on the Fly, installing a flight of stairs to facilitate transition from the flybridge to the wheelhouse. This steel yacht features a hybrid propulsion system, a first-time installation for Heesen, along with a foldable mast for navigating bridge passages and channel navigation lights for planned canal and lock passages. These additions perfectly demonstrate a yacht built and equipped for its intended use.

Stefan Zucker of owners’ representatives ZUCKER & PARTNER commented: “We had a terrific experience with the clients and the shipyard. Heesen’s ‘Smart Custom’ solution represented the perfect starting point for an experienced yachtsman to concentrate on the important details for him and his family. Cinderella Noel IV is a testament to Heesen’s intelligent approach, allowing this family to create their dream machine with the certainty of a result which would have taken considerably more time and cost to build individually without being sufficiently tested.”

The owners also worked closely with Luca Dini Design and Architecture and Heesen’s engineering team to create a layout that suits their life on board, conceived for extended stays with his and hers working spaces. Sliding partitions add versatility and offer more space or privacy for guests as required.

“This project has been a unique experience,” said Silvia Margutti of Luca Dini Design and Architecture, “driven by the owner’s passion and the shipyard’s expertise, with every detail analysed and agreed with the clients. This ‘Smart Custom’ build confirmed Heesen’s ability to achieve excellent results and nurture a close relationship with clients to fulfil their special requests.”

The décor is a refined and pure expression of quiet luxury and Scandinavian chic. White, greige and taupe soft furnishings contrast with high gloss Indian rosewood and dark oak flooring to create an elegant base for accents of colour. Deep blue and musk-green elements punctuate the space beautifully. The yacht has been designed to navigate the fjords and waterways of the high northern latitudes, and the interior scheme complements the natural world where Cinderella Noel IV will cruise. Fine leather panels crafted by Foglizzo Atelier depict antique sea charts of the owners’ favourite cruising areas. A leitmotif of gentle ripples in the woodwork is used vertically and horizontally to emphasise the connection with nature. Iconic pieces of loose furniture have been carefully selected from Cassina, Paola Lenti and Toso, to name just a few. There is no ostentation. The resulting ambience is tasteful and harmonious, with materials and finishes selected for their durability and ease of maintenance. The interior appeals to several generations of families at the same time.

Built in 2010, Cynderella offers guest accommodation for up to 8 guests in 4 suites comprising two twin cabins. The bed configuration includes 2 king, 2 queen, 4 singles and 2 convertible. She is also capable of carrying up to 5 crew onboard to ensure a relaxed luxury yacht charter experience.

Onboard Comfort & Entertainment

Keeping comfortable and entertained on Cynderella is easy thanks to the available amenities, particularly a deck jacuzzi, perfect to enjoy the scenery with your favourite drink in hand.

Cynderella benefits from some excellent features to improve your charter, particularly satellite communications, keeping you connected on any voyage. With Wi-Fi connectivity you don't have to lose contact with the outside world, unless you want to or elsewhere, you can stay comfortable on board whatever the weather, with air conditioning during your charter.

Performance & Range

Built with a GRP hull and GRP superstructure, she benefits from a semi-displacement hull to provide exceptional seakeeping and impressive speeds. Powered by twin Caterpillar engines, she comfortably cruises at 15 knots, reaches a maximum speed of 21 knots. Her low draft of 1.7m/5'7" makes her primed for accessing shallow areas and cruising close to the shorelines.

Cynderella knows a thing or two about fun on the water, with a selection of water toys and accessories for you and your guests to enjoy whilst on charter. You'll be loving the huge adrenaline rush as you zip over the water on a WaveRunner. Also there are towable toys offering fun and adventure. Additionally, there are wakeboards so guests can show off at speed. If that isn't enough Cynderella also features fishing equipment, paddleboards, snorkelling equipment and surfboards. When it comes to Tenders, Cynderella has you covered - with two tenders, including a 10.36m/34' Scout.

Cynderella and her crew are available for charter this winter for cruising within the Caribbean. She is also accepting bookings this summer on request.
