Cancellations

• Renter must cancel at least 48 hours in advance for one boat reserved and one week in advance for more than one boat reserved or you forfeit your reservation deposit.
• Reservations canceled within 48 hours of excursion date will be charged $100.
• $10 cancellation fee applies on any cancellation before 48 hours prior to excursion date.
• No shows/no notifications the day of rental will be charged full rental price.

Departure Location:

Rock Harbor Marina is located just 8 miles West of downtown Nashville. Free parking & restrooms are available onsite with access to many of the great amenities along the Cumberland River. Follow signs to Boat Rental Nashville and use the address: 6615 Robertson Ave, Nashville, TN 37209.   Access to the dock requires you to call Boat Rental Nashville to open the gate on your left.

Our add-on options are there to make your day easier, during check out you can add on such options as a cooler, ice, & Lilly pads! Give us a 24-hour notice to ensure we have these items ready for your rental!

Where do i pick up the boat rental.

Rentals depart from Rock Harbor Marina , which is located just 8 miles West of downtown Nashville which makes for easy rideshare.

Our Marina is located on the fuel dock side of Rock Harbor Marine. The address is 6615 Robertson Ave, Nashville, TN 37209 Please follows the signs to “Boat Rental Nashville” We are located at the fuel docks which use a separate entrance and will require us to remotely open the gate for you. Do not exit your rideshare/car unless you see our signs at the gate and call us to open.

We offer plenty of free parking & restrooms and are the only marina located on the Cumberland River near Downtown Nashville with boat rentals & pontoon rentals available.

DO YOU PROVIDE A CAPTAIN FOR OUR RENTAL?

No, we do not provide captains for your rental. You are responsible for driving the vessel under TN State law and must meet all requirements. If you are looking for a Booze Cruise in Nashville we recommend the Pontoon Saloon. They provide captained two hour cruises right from downtown, a safe way to get on the river!

The new owners and the team at Rock Harbor invite community input and help.

We want to thank you for your continued support. Our Community Input Survey closed in December 2023 and received over 500 responses. Your input has played an integral part in helping us shape the future of this Nashville landmark. Please help support Rock Harbor through the next critical phase of the rezoning process by following the link above and completing a letter of support to the Nashville Metro Planning Department. Your support letter will help bring our collective vision for the future of the marina closer to reality.

Please review our zoning document and vision map below. We hope to achieve several things through the re-zoning of our property, including (but not limited to):

Public access to the Cumberland River for neighbors of Charlotte Park and greater Nashville.

Greater walkability to, through and around rock harbor.

How? Sidewalks, bike paths and internal walkways/docks. A clear separation of industrial traffic, creatively shielding and otherwise orienting any new development toward the water is critical.

Increased amenities throughout our property including access to items like coffee, ice cream, food and drink. Live music at reasonable hours is also desirable.

How? We will provide landside and floating retail and other opportunities for the public to enjoy.

Creating a cohesive mix of uses where people can live, work and find recreation both on and off the water.

How? Our plan allows space for restaurants, bars, music and other recreation. Uses such as floating short-term-rental and apartment housing round out a successful mixed-use district. The uses are thoughtfully placed to ensure privacy, accessibility, and overall inclusiveness.

Our technicians have over 100 years of collective experience servicing marine equipment and our 55 ton travel lift can accommodate your haul out needs.

Our fuel dock is open 24/7 and we offer refreshments and other boating essentials at our new fuel dock store.
