Lagoon 65 Sixty 5 features

With improved ergonomics and maximum comfort.

Sleek, intrepid, thirsty for wind & waves, embodying precision and finesse, the Lagoon 65 Sixty 5  is made to navigate the known and the unknown, to share adventures with your loved ones, and above all, to be at one with your yacht.

OUTDOOR: UNIQUE OPPORTUNITIES FOR THIS YACHT CATEGORY

“With its slender hulls, all in sculptural curves, the Sixty 5 displays its belonging to the world of luxury sailing yachts. The secret of its beauty lies in the sensual lines, an alliance of both tradition and modernity, which orchestrate its generous proportions.” – Patrick le Quément – Exterior design

INTERIOR: LUXURY AND COMFORT COME WITH SPACE AND LIGHT

“Aboard the Lagoon Sixty 5, you can look straight through fore to aft and out over the surroundings with commanding 360° views. The main saloon is comfortable and luxurious with open spaces and natural light. The same design concept is applied to cabins, which enjoy good overhead height and excellent natural light and views. The level of finishing repeats the luxury of the saloon while the owner’s cabin picks up and improves concepts from the successful Lagoon 620: a private water access aft like a terrace on the sea. Of course the master cabin is my favourite place on board, where luxury, comfort and style are best combined.” – Massimo Gino – Nauta Design

“The simplest thing is simplicity itself. A beautiful boat is defined by the generosity of its dimensions; her length and width perfectly accommodate quality rigging and powerful sails, which open up voyages and adventures. Everything is there, everything can be seen without required explanation, the Sixty 5 is a beautiful boat that exudes discretion and is a rite of passage. Her design expresses herself naturally, seamlessly integrating expertise and creativity into the finished product.” – Patrick le Quément –  Exterior design

Lagoon 65 Sixty 5 AFT RIG, PERFORMANCE AND EASY MANOEUVRING

“The Sixty 5 is a yacht on a human scale. I’m a sailor at heart, and there was no way the Sixty 5 wasn’t going to be really easy-to-use yacht that you could cruise far and wide under sail in comfort and with seakeeping qualities inherited from her big sister. I dream of going long-term cruising on this boat. Her long legs allow you to eat up the miles, and then you can enjoy her comfort at stopovers.” – Marc Van Peteghem – VPLP design

Lagoon 65 (Sixty FIVE)

lagoon sixty 5

Description

The Lagoon Sixty 5 is the “smaller” sister to the SEVENTY 7. This is another semi-custom luxury cruising catamaran, one of the new fifth generation designs.

With her tapered hulls, and curved profile, this is an attractive luxury yacht with improved ergonomics, optimal comfort user friendly systems.

The Lagoon team have worked hard with designers VPLP to provide breathtaking 360° views of the horizon. The saloon is luxurious and very comfortable with open spaces flooded with light. The same design ethos extends to the cabins which have good headroom, excellent views and natural light.

The level of finish in the hulls reflects the luxury of this yacht. The owner’s cabin has direct access to the sea aft. the whole design of this yacht is a big step up from her predecessor: the Lagoon 620.

Lagoon SIXTY 5 Boat Tour at La Grand Motte Multihull Show

The 67-plus-foot Sixty 5 is also famous for its flybridge helm with commanding views over the sea and around the yacht. This yacht has twin helms with comfortable bench seating, four dual-speed Harken winches, all sheltered by a solid overhead Bimini.

Up here you ‘ll find a “fly galley” with a fridge, a sink, an ice maker, a Kenyon grill, and plenty of seating to throw a lunch party.

Down below, there is a second indoor helm station in the saloon.

The Lagoon Sixty FIVE is all about choice: this is a semi custom boat. Owners have many choices to make when they are ordring one of these yachts. You can opt for four, five or six staterooms; the galley can be up in the saloon or down below,  and there is plenty of choice of wood finishes and upholstery.

LAGOON SIXTY 5

Luxury cruising catamaran, sleek, intrepid and unique.

Lagoon, the world’s leader in catamaran manufacturing has once again made a bold step forward with the introduction of the all new Lagoon SIXTY 5.  A clear leader in this segment, the new 65ft catamaran promises to deliver on all the learnings gained from the incredible success of the now legendary Lagoon 620.

With over 100 Lagoon 620s sailing safely around the world, this model is now recognised as the most successful catamaran in its sector. Lagoon have since stepped further into the big boat market with the Lagoon SEVENTY 7 and combining their learnings from these two incredible models have created the latest pocket superyacht, the Lagoon SIXTY 5.

With a wealth of knowledge, Lagoon has again teamed up with long time collaborators, the highly acclaimed naval architects VPLP, as well as Patrick Le Quement for the exterior architecture and design and Studio Nauta for the interior flow and finishing.  Luxury and design have reached a new level brought on by the experience and design only achievable when you have so many successful builds under your belt.

The Lagoon SIXTY 5 sailing catamaran brings new innovations to the table to maximise safety, handling and experience.

The SIXTY 5 features the soft lines and floating roof we have all come to appreciate in the new generation of Lagoon models. Everything comes together smoothly with windows framed by the moulding and flush hatches on the wide walkaround decks. The SIXTY5 now offers the same saloon to bow access through the forward door. This Lagoon is the ideal luxury cruising catamaran for any adventure.

‘When you’re in a wheelchair there’s a lot of places you never see or you can’t get to. They’re just not accessible. Yesterday when we were out we sailed past some of those places that I have never seen before,’ Cliff said. For many sailors the freedom of the sea is one of the attractions. For Cliff, it’s life changing.

Of all the tweaks and changes in the design and layout of large cruising catamarans, surely the most innovative has been the addition of the flybridge steering station and “upstairs” lounging space.

Sale of Lagoon 65

Here we explain the advantages of the cruising sailing catamaran Lagoon 65 for sale, as well as your benefits and bonuses when buying it through the topRik marketplace.

The hotel at the sea – that’s how the Lagoon SIXTY 5 is called. On the deck with a total area of 90 m² and in the cabins, more than 10 people can be comfortably accommodated. Basically, it repeats the motorized version of the Lagoon SEVENTY 7 – much larger and more expensive vessel. Two Volvo D4 engines with a capacity of 175 HP (instead of the standard 150) allow a cruising speed of 8-9 knots at 1800 rpm and a fuel consumption of 20 liters per hour. And of course, impressive sailing gear and equipment was also added.

The winches are installed in front of the mast, they are controlled through buttons from the flybridge. An additional option is the protection of the flybridge from the wind, in the basic version - a bimini awning.

By the way, about additional options. Would you like to create your own version of a catamaran? The topRik marketplace provides you with such an opportunity. Free and without registration, go to price calculator designed specifically for this sale of Lagoon 65 page and build your configuration based on your planned costs.

While having fun with the virtual configurator, feel free to contact the marketplace staff for advice - we provide this service for free. All topRik employees are experienced sailors who know the products of all the leading shipyards in the world. They picked up on favorable terms and delivered dozens of yachts to our marinas for our fleet and skipper school. All their experience is working for you today.<

The saloon occupies an area of 30 m², with the bar and dining area large enough for 8 people. It can house either a modest galley or a full-fledged kitchen - at the choice of the buyer. The 36 m² aft cockpit also features a galley, large table, plush sofas and cushioned loungers. The bow cockpit (13 m²) is the ideal place for sunbathing and evening gatherings in good company.

Cabins are located in the hulls of a cruise catamaran, in different versions - from 4 to 6 rooms ranging from 9.5 to 12 m². All cabins have all the necessary amenities. The owner's cabin can occupy an area of over 21 m² - this is half the area of the starboard hull. It provides maximum comfort and coziness - a huge comfortable double bed, a table, wardrobes, shelves for things and books, TV, air conditioning, shower, toilet.

If you have decided on your version of Lagoon SIXTY 5 for sale and don’t want to deal with the burdensome search for the cat and negotiations with the manufacturer or dealers, if you don’t know how to control the quality of the purchased yacht, how to haul it or what documents are required at different stages of the process, just contact our experts. They will take care of all these concerns - you will only have to worry about the celebration of the yacht’s arrival at your berth.

Right now, we are ready to receive your call, e-mail message or provide answers for you through our feedback system.

Lagoon 65 (2021) 'Justified Horizons'

Lagoon 65 'Justified Horizons'

‘Justified Horizons’ accommodates 10 guests in 5 ensuite queen cabins.

The Lagoon 65 crewed yacht ‘Justified Horizons’ Crew

Ryan and Dani are an award-winning duo, amassing a lifetime of experience and knowledge throughout their chartering career to date.

These two possess a genuine ability to seamlessly mix fun with professionalism, leaving guests feeling welcome and well-accommodated. In their 3rd season aboard Stop Work Order, Dani and Ryan continue to bring the culmination of their vast career experience to their guests.

Captain Ryan took to the great outdoors from the very start, growing up in the countryside of Ohio. Whether he was playing football or baseball, boating on the many nearby lakes, or taking family fishing trips to the lakes of Canada, he could be found enjoying what nature had to offer.

Ryan brings that same appreciation for the outdoors to his career as a professional charter captain. He holds a 100-ton Coast Guard Credential with a sailing endorsement and gained a wealth of critical knowledge over the past 4 years, captaining a sailing catamaran all throughout the Caribbean.

Diving is such an extreme passion for Captain Ryan that he is a PADI-certified dive instructor with over 400 recorded dives. Ryan is also known to whip up award-winning cocktails, having won Best Cocktail at the Fall VICL Yacht Show 2 years in a row!

Chef Dani brings along an adventurous spirit that is bound to rub off on those around her. Also growing up in Ohio, she spent her time being very active whether it was playing softball, golfing, fishing, or, most of all, being in or near the water.

Her first trip to the Virgin Islands at age 17 made her realize that one day she would trade the ponds and lakes for the ocean. She made that trade in 2012 and has been immersing herself in the Caribbean culture ever since.

Captain Ryan

Ryan took to the great outdoors from the very start, growing up in the countryside of Ohio. Whether he was playing football or baseball, boating on the many nearby lakes, or taking family fishing trips to the lakes of Canada, he could be found enjoying what nature had to offer.

Dani brings along an adventurous spirit that is bound to rub off on those around her. Also growing up in Ohio, she spent her time being very active whether it was playing softball, golfing, fishing or, most of all, being in or near the water.

For the last 4 years, she has been the chef aboard her charter catamaran, honing her culinary skills and delighting her guests’ taste buds with a wide range of cuisines. She has been professionally trained and holds a Certificate in Culinary Arts from Ashburton Chefs Academy, a CTH Level 2 Award in Culinary Skills, and a HABC Level 2 Award in Food Safety. She has also taken classes at the Culinary Institute of America.

The passion that she has found in food continues to inspire new and creative dishes which led to her winning 2nd place in the dessert category at the annual VIPCA Yacht Show.

Her attention to detail and great sense of humour leaves her guests well-fed and entertained! She is up for any challenge to create new and exciting meals that fit her guests’ preferences and desires.

Ryan and Dani are excited to deliver high-end vacations to their guests, offering friendly, personable service and professionalism that matches the luxury, comfort, and accommodation of Stop Work Order. Over the course of the last 5 years, they have sailed over 7,000 nautical miles spanning all the way to Grenada. Their passion for people, food, love of the water, and sailing creates both an adventurous and a welcoming environment felt by all.

Dani has been professionally trained and has received the following awards: Certificate in Culinary Arts from Ashburton Chefs Academy CTH Level 2 Award in Culinary Skills HABC Level 2 Award in Food Safety Her training has expanded her knowledge and inspired her to continue down the creative path of culinary arts. She cannot wait to share her passion of food with her guests!

First Mate Christian Doyle

Hailing from sailing-centric Annapolis, Maryland, Christian’s origins are in the maritime community. It was here that she fell in love with the beach, tall ships, and the ocean.

Making her way down the coast, she studied psychology at UNCW, and following graduating in 2006, it was a cheap one-way ticket and the dream of being an “island girl” that brought her to St. John, Virgin Islands.

It was in the Virgin Islands that Christian fell in love with and learned to respect the beauty of sailing. Her passion for hospitality, food, health, and wellness is what eventually brought her to study holistic culinary nutrition at Bauman College in Berkeley, California.

Once becoming a certified natural chef Christian worked with private clients, and top restaurants in the Virgin Islands, and cheered on Luxury catamarans/ Motor yachts. Her flexibility, excellent teamwork, and positive attitude have awarded her the opportunity to work alongside a number of talented chefs and charter crews. Christian has continued her culinary education by attending Ashburton Cookery School in Ashburton, England.

She worked alongside chefs from all over the world. There in England is where she and Chef Dani Querrys friendship blossomed both in & out of the kitchen. Chef Dani, Captain Ryan, and Christian have been working in the same fleet for a number of years supporting one another from different boats.

To say this three-crew team will be a rockstar team is an understatement. Christian is looking forward to working with a team that recognizes each other’s strong qualities and supporting one another to provide guests with their dream sailing vacation.
