Nice cruise ended with terrible experience

With my friend, I boarded the ship on address Gorky park.Everything seemed interesting to me and gave me the hope that everything would be great.However, after we drink coctails and make some pictures, my battery on the phone is on 0.After that,I went down to the first level of the ship specifically to the restaurant, to ask employees at the bar to turn on my phone to charge the battery.After 1h, my friends also go to first level to take my phone and battery adapter with cable, but i recieved false old and not original adapter with cable. So,some of my staff stole my new phone charger, one of the employees saw a new cable and adapter from my phone and replaced it. When I came to complain it, they convinced me that I gave them that old adapter with old nylon, doing that way to me a crazy man. I asked to see the cameras they refused me: The ship manager also voiced the stupid reasons and said that none of them had a samsung phone and that it could not have been interesting for them. Very rude and bad behavior and a move that ruined my cruise. Thieves are working in that company!!!

Went to this restaurant after reading some reviews from internet. Great idea to organize nice short trip to see moscow through moscow river. Amazing view of red square and Kremlin. Unfortunately the food not so amazing as the view.

We had taken the night cruise . It's about 2 hours worth every minute as night sights under lights were fantastic. Food slightly expensive.

We enjoyed this cruise tremendously. The night view was breathtaking, and the food delicious and priced reasonably. Do not miss the mushroom soup which was heavenly. Get the professional photographer on board to take pictures if you want a picture with a particular spot. The photo are nicely and professional taken and the photographer will even give suggestions on how to pose. I will definitely do this again if in Moscow again.

We really enjoyed this cruise. We were on the 19.00 to 21.30 boat from Pier Gorky park and the time was perfect as we got to see Moscow at both at day and night. The boat is very smooth and food and drinks were good and a reasonable price. The views are excellent and you can stand out the front for a better view. Arrive slightly early so you can get on promptly and get a seat next to the windows.
