Cloud 9 Yacht Charters has two luxurious yachts you can charter for your special occasion. The Cloud Nine III can host anywhere from 10-75 people, making it ideal for intimate celebrations. The Cloud Nine IV accommodates 75-150 guests comfortably and is best for grand affairs with all your loved ones. Both boats have three floors, black granite bars stocked with top-shelf liquors, private decks featuring DJ booths and lighting, and comfortable lounge seating. The Cloud Nine IV has a large dining room with eight-foot ceilings, which gives it a roomy feel. Along the walls, floor-to-ceiling windows provide 360-degree views of the harbor and cityscape. This banquet hall has a state-of-the-art sound system and a Yamaha baby grand piano. If you so choose, your meal can be accompanied by the tranquil sounds of this piano, which will create a refined and romantic ambiance. Upstairs, both yachts have a private suite with vanities where you can prepare for the festivities with your wedding party.

Literally on Cloud 9

Absolutely one of the coolest things I have ever done was to take a sailing trip on Cloud 9 while vacationing in St John. Captain Jason is professional and friendly. He took us to a great place to snorkel and even though I am not at all proficient with fins he was very encouraging, to which I am so grateful for the experience. Thank you Jason!! I’m practicing up for my next visit!!

The only enjoyable aspect of this night was viewing the fireworks while on the boat. For $293 a person, not only was the food and drinks terrible, the flyer was misleading. There was no private chef, only food that tastes microwaved at best. Also, the open bar was a complete rip off. Not one drink including the wine, tasted as if there was any drop of alcohol in it. Do yourself a favor and spend your money elsewhere.

I used to bartend here and it should have been a great weekend job. In man ways it really was; my coworkers were great people, the crowds appreciated good service and were often be generous with their tips and compliments, and every staffmember at my level sure earned their split. However, I can't understate how much I had to do before a shift to get to a decent level of hygiene for service. There wasn't quality control, so if there was a "personal party" / the person before me just left things a mess, an hour before an event I'd have to clean out old limes, a questionable ice bucket, etc -- I'll never forget the time I found a used bandaid in it, and that's a container for ice that goes into people's drinks. (The gag is real.) I sure don't mind work or being a team player, but after working in other bars, that alone was pretty absurd, and I got the impression that the family running this show was going to change much. Lastly, I'm afraid that the other reviews about the owner and his son being hotheads are well-founded. I'll say that a rude, shouting way of being confrontational -- especially if it's completely unnecessary is not a good or smart way to run a service-based business. I was told that the captain, Peter, once yelled "I write the staff's checks! I can talk to them how I want!" So in short, he's a nice chap and I love him :-P

My best friend was married on this boat & I can not recommend it enough! The boat is HUGE, clean, modern and super fun. We showed up early to set up for the party (I had not seen it before), and the staff were helpful from the minute we arrived. They helped us decorate, brought us some DELICIOUS snacks and drinks and really pampered us. My friend was obviously extremely stressed, and by default we were too so the care they took really put us at ease. The boat has three floors, we had the ceremony/reception and dinner on the main floor and the cocktail hour/dance party on the top floor. The food was excellent, and I was told they prepare everything fresh there on board. The drinks were well mixed, and the bartenders were awesome, remembering our drinks and bringing them too us before we asked for refills. Open bars can be sketchy at some places, but here they used top shelf liquor and kept it flowing all night (leading to rough hangover the next day). The DJ was great, very personable and really read our crowd well, spinning 90's classics with current dance music. The staff kept the party moving smoothly, everything was perfectly on time, from the horderves passed by hand, to the photo ops in front of the Statue of Liberty and Brooklyn Bridge, to making sure every person had everything they need. If you have never been on a NYC boat tour, you must! The city looks so amazing from the water, beautify in the day, but beyond impressive at night. I don't know how expensive the party was, but the entire experience was 5-star and my friend told me the cost was reasonable. If I wasn't already married, I would have wanted to have our wedding here too.

We had such a wonderful event for my daughter on Cloud 9 yacht! I have only great things to say about the Yacht itself, the staff and the service. Victoria was welcoming and worked with us to make the event run smoothly. She referred us to outside vendors for party favors, DJ and MC. Choosing the menu was easy and efficient, the food was delicious and plentiful, we had an open bar at high quality, the staff was accommodating, worked with our budget and was helpful in carrying out our program for the Bat Mitzvah. Cruising around the south of Manhattan with breathtaking views of NY skyline, the bridges and the Statue of Liberty made the party extra special. The yacht is very inviting with decks all around, a separate dance floor and enough locations to please the young and the adults. Our event was affordable, at high quality and very unique. Our guests couldn't stop raving about the entire experience and I found myself enjoying the breeze on the deck while sailing under the Brooklyn and Manhattan Bridges, marveling at Lady Liberty and knowing that I made the best decision choosing to have our celebration on Could 9.

Nancee, her team and the boat were amazing! They were incredibly professional, efficient and available to us all throughout the trip and really helped us find a package that made sense for our party and budget. The food was incredibly delicious and plentiful - loved that the desserts came from Little Italy! I had many compliments throughout the day, so many thanks to her and her teams!

Had the worst experience ever!!!. The captain of this cloud nine boat in NYC was very rude, unprofessional and unaccomidating to the vendor who were capturing an event there. The house DJ also agreed as well that the caption is very rude and hot headed. I would stay away from this boat...the food was mediocre at best. Nothing special here.

My wife and I recently chose Cloud 9 to host our wedding ceremony and reception aboard their Cloud Nine IV yacht. From start to finish, we could not be happier with the service they provided. Vicki and Mariann from Cloud 9 guided and helped us through the entire planning process every step of the way, they removed the "wedding planning stress" and made it easy. In less then 3 months my wife and I were able to put together and have the type of wedding that we could only dream of, and the credit goes to Cloud 9 !! The entire Cloud 9 staff was extremely courteous, professional and attentive. The food was great, the yacht is luxurious, and the breath taking views of the NYC skyline and bridges as we cruised around Manhattan made for the ultimate story book setting for our wedding. My wife and I, family, friends and guests are mostly middle age and have been to a lot of weddings in our time. When everyone tells us it was one of the best weddings they ever attended, and what a great time they had - well that's saying something !! If you are planning an event in the NYC area, give serious consideration to Cloud 9 Charters, you will not regret it !!

We had a birthday party, on the cloud 9 the bigger boat, not the smaller one,the son of the captain Tj was very rude not only to me even to the photo booth guys , the lady in charge of the crew was the same. I would never go & have a party on this boat Cloud 9. It was not a good experience

This is primarily about the amenities. The cruising itself is great and the boat is really pretty, modern, and fun. I wish our holiday party wasn't in December when it is so darn cold outside. So...tet me begin by saying I should have reviewed this last December for the company holiday party. Everything was great and the staff are super. Shout out especially to Eric, bartender extraordinaire. That would have been a 4 star review. This year, the staff (and again, Eric and the other bartender - I'm sorry I did not get your name - lovely young lady) was terrific. However, the bar was the show for us last year and Eric created a fantastic concoction for me. Our entire table loved it and we couldn't wait to recreate it this year. Sadly, there was no heavy cream (or even half and half) on board. Additionally, we were told they ran out of Bailey's Irish Cream at a party the night before. Now, in fairness, I don't know if the company whose party it was, is in charge of the bar or the Cloud 9 people. However, a "holiday" party without Bailey's and without any type of cream for drinks, seems to be greatly missing something. Sorry, it's like my coffee - I do NOT want milk; I want cream or half & half (which, they did not have for the coffee either). Now Eric and his partner attempted a ton of concoctions for us and were super-accomodating, but it was a real disappointment. Lastly, the food. Last year's sit-down dinner was very good, as was dessert. This year's buffet had vegetarian options, which I did not try, but those who did try them enjoyed (with the exception that they were cold). The meat was good, but cold. The tilapia was ok, but cold. The pasta (from the veg. section), I did try and it was great. But cold. The bread was hard and relatively tasteless. I did not sample the salad. The desserts were cookie platter - ok. Cheesecake - good; carrot cake- YUCKY; and a mousse-type oreo-looking cake that was pretty good. DJ was terrific; photo booth really good- again, I assume the company whose party it was, hired them, but if not and they were Cloud 9 people, they were great.

We chartered the boat on Saturday August 5th 2017 for my fathers 87th birthday celebration. What a great experience from the ambiance staff and the food. The staff was fantastic from the time we boarded to the time we docked. I would definitely recommend this cruise and looking forward too booking our next event. Thanks too all the staff and captain Pete for a wonderful evening.

At 88.5m/290'4", iconic charter yacht Samsara features a compelling line-up of living areas and modern amenities and abounds in luxury and comfort

The 88.5m/290'4" 'Samsara' motor yacht built by the Dutch shipyard Oceanco is available for charter for up to 12 guests in 7 cabins. This yacht features interior styling by Dutch designer Sinot Yacht Design.

Built in 2015, Samsara is custom-built for world-class luxury yacht chartering, offering a wealth of spacious living areas and fabulous amenities, you'll be in for a treat from the moment you step on board. She has sensational features such as a movie theatre, elevator, underwater lights, beach club and gym.

Guest Accommodation

Samsara offers guest accommodation for up to 12 guests in 7 suites comprising a master suite, two VIP cabins and four double cabins. Excellent service is guaranteed, with twenty-eight crew members on board to look after your every need.

Onboard Comfort & Entertainment

A charter on Samsara is comfortable and convenient thanks to the provided amenities, notably a state-of-the-art movie theatre for movie nights. The swimming pool is perfect for exercising or admiring a romantic sunrise. Make your day truly exceptional at the beach club or you can visit the well-equipped gym so that you can keep up with your fitness routine at sea. Soak up the bubbles in style in the deck jacuzzi.

Samsara benefits from some excellent features to improve your charter, notably an elevator, making any part of the yacht quickly and easily accessible. Soak up the atmosphere after dark with dramatic underwater lights or whether you want to work, use social media or stream movies on board this yacht, you can with Wi-Fi connectivity. Guests will experience complete comfort while chartering thanks to air conditioning.

Performance & Range

Built with a steel hull and aluminium superstructure, she offers greater on-board space and is more stable when at anchor thanks to her full-displacement hull. Powered by twin MTU engines, she comfortably cruises at 14 knots, reaches a maximum speed of 20 knots with a range of up to 6,700 nautical miles from her 280,000 litre fuel tanks at 13 knots. Samsara features at-anchor stabilizers providing exceptional comfort levels.

Set against the backdrop of your chosen cruising ground, you and your guests can enjoy endless days of fun on the water with the exceptional collection of water toys and accessories aboard Samsara. Principle among these is a Flyboard which is a must for any self-respecting thrill-seeker, prepare for supersize thrills - even beginners will enjoy the thrill of swooping skywards and ‘dolphining’ back into the water. Take to the sea on the Jet Skis offering you power and control on the water. Additionally, there are towable toys offering fun and adventure. If that isn't enough Samsara also features a Kite Surfer, a seabob, wakeboards, kayaks, WindSurfers and much more. When it comes to Tenders, Samsara has you covered - with three tenders, including a 11.6m/38'1" Hodgdon Limo Tender.

Samsara and her crew are available for charter this winter for cruising within the Caribbean. She is also accepting bookings this summer on request.
