Departure Information

Ask anytime, you choose! Flexible scheduling. Let us know your perfect departure time.  On weekends we generally depart Riviera Beach City Marina at any of these 4 times unless you wish to book a 6-hour trip or any charter on a weekday: 10am – 2pm 2:30pm – 6:30pm 2:30pm – 8:30pm 5:00pm – 8pm Sunset Cruise 7 days a week all year long. On weekends due to the high demand, we try to depart at these times if they work for you.  On weekdays, we will have more flexibility with start times.  Please ask if you have a “perfect time” that works for you.

Please Note:  We generally depart and bring you back to the same spot/dock. If you wish to stay at a certain locale and get a pickup later, please ask. If you wish to stay longer at a destination, we can always drop you off anywhere and you can take an Uber or Taxi back to your car or home.

Cruising Area

Full payment is due at time of booking. Dates and times of charters can be changed by notifying our team in writing of the request >30 days prior to the booked charter date.

Weather / Cancellation Policy

Florida weather is inconsistent, with many “passing showers”, so for that reason we have a no persistent rain and small craft advisory policy. We do not set sail if it is consistently raining or if a forecast of constant rain >15 minutes is imminent.

We care about your safety, so we will not set sail in unsafe weather conditions or during any small craft advisory. We will generally make those decisions 2-hours before departure time. If our captain decides not to set sail that day, due to rain or a small craft advisory, you will have the option to receive a rain date for a period of 28 months. This allows you 3 seasons to reschedule. We will apply your payment and you will receive your credit towards another charter within the next 28 months.

Once a client books a boat we notify all subsequent inquiries that “the boat is unavailable and booked”,  so for this reason we do not offer any refund on cancellations. If you cancel a reservation greater than 30 days away, we do allow a no-cost change of date. Inclement weather as stated above is the sole reason for a cancellation.

Legisladores de EEUU aprueban restablecimiento de sanciones al régimen de Maduro

Mar. 21—El Comité de Relaciones Exteriores de la Cámara de Representantes aprobó el martes un proyecto de ley para reintroducir sanciones contra el régimen de Nicolas Maduro, en represalia a la decisión del gobernante venezolano de bloquear la candidatura presidencial de la opositora María Corina Machado.

Impulsada por el senador de Florida Marco Rubio y la congresista de Miami María Elvira Salazar, la iniciativa busca declarar al régimen en violación del acuerdo alcanzado en Barbados con la administración Biden y la oposición venezolana y extiende hasta el último día del 2025 los poderes de la Casa Blanca para castigar económicamente al gobierno socialista de Caracas.

Representantes de la administración Biden y del régimen de Maduro habían acordado el año pasado en Barbados un plan para recuperar el perdido sistema democrático de la nación.

Entre otras cosas el plan contemplaba una profunda reforma al sistema electoral, la liberación de los presos políticos y permitir que cualquier opositor pudiese competir en las elecciones presidenciales previstas para este año. A cambio de ellos, la administración se comprometió a comenzar a levantar las sanciones impuestas contra Caracas.

El esquema se vino abajo este año después que el régimen inhabilitara la candidatura de Machado y comenzara a arrestar a sus más cercanos colaboradores.

"El régimen violó flagrantemente los términos del Acuerdo de Barbados al ilegalizar a María Corina Machado, su principal competidora, quien obtuvo más del 90% de los votos en las elecciones primarias de la oposición", declaró un comunicado emitido el jueves por Salazar y Rubio.

"Esto ocurre poco después de que Maduro estableciera un referéndum de distracción para apoderarse de la región de Essequibo, en Guyana. El fiscal general chavista, Tarek William Saab, también ha detenido a varios de los asesores políticos más cercanos a María Corina", añadieron.

En la más reciente manifestación de represión política, el régimen venezolano ordenó el miércoles el arresto de nueve opositores más, incluyendo la mano derecha de Machado, acusándolos de estar vinculados con presuntos actos de violencia para desestabilizar al gobierno.

Según las últimas encuestas, Machado derrotaría fácilmente a Maduro en una elección presidencial, obteniendo más del 70% de los votos frente a un 9% que acumularía el gobernante chavista.

La administración Biden previamente había declarado que Maduro estaba en violación del acuerdo y le había advertido que tenía hasta finales de abril para que comenzara a cumplirlo si no quería ver la restauración de las sanciones a las ventas del petróleo venezolano que Washington había levantado parcialmente tras la firma en Barbados del acuerdo con la oposición.
