Harbour Ridge Y and CC is located on the north fork of the St. Lucie River in Palm City on the Treasure Coast. It has a beautiful clubhouse, three marinas, two championship golf courses, tennis center, fitness club, pools, pickleball courts and walking trails. The golf courses are Audubon certified and include numerous lakes, marshes and upland woods which are home to a variety of wildlife and birds.

Harbour Ridge Yacht & Country Club is an award-winning private, gated, recreational community situated on 885 acres along the wide St. Lucie River.
Located in Palm City on Florida’s Treasure Coast, all residents enjoy an active sporting lifestyle of golf, tennis, pickleball, yachting and fitness.
The clubhouse has three dining locations, including outdoor riverfront dining. Harbour Ridge has low density and is 70% green area providing an abundance of nature and natural settings.

Harbour Ridge is a warm and friendly community of 695 families. Every resident is a member of the club, thus ensuring universal interest in the care and integrity of the community and the club itself.
Harbour Ridge Yacht & Country Club was named ‘Community of the Year’ for 2015, ’16 ’17 ‘ 22 by the Golf Course Home Network for being the most visited golf and waterfront community over the course of the year.
Harbour Ridge Yacht & Country Club is a boater’s delight. Located along two miles of the mile-and-a-half-wide, north fork of the St. Lucie River, community residents have direct access to the Atlantic Ocean, the Inter-Coastal Waterway and the Locks leading to Lake Okeechobee and Florida’s West Coast.
There are 98 boat slips located in three sections–south dock, center docks and north dock–which accommodate boats and yachts of all sizes to more than 60 feet in length. Slips are for rent or lease.

Harbour Ridge features two championship golf courses designed by two of America’s top leading architects. The Golden Marsh Golf Course was designed by Joe Lee and the River Ridge Golf Course, by Pete Dye and his son, P.B Dye.

A professional golf staff is available for expert instruction. A two-sided, state-of-the-art practice facility assures that you can practice every kind of shot.

Tennis & Pickleball Courts
The tennis program is designed and managed by Peter Burwash International, the world’s leading tennis management company.
Under the direction of Fabio Vansconcellos, Harbour Ridge has an active tennis program, excellent instructors and offers both friendly, team and inter-club competition.
In addition to Fabio, the teaching staff includes Simone Vasconcellos, the U.S. No. 1 female player in the 50 & up category, and Sophie Tazzioli. The Pro Shop is fully stocked. Harbour Ridge Yacht & Country Club added six pickleball courts in 2021 and a new passion was born. The courts are active all day and in the evening, too.

Located at Lakeside Lifestyle Center, the community’s new state-of-the-art gym offers the very latest and High-Tec equipment.

Harbour Ridge Yacht & CC Real Estate Options
Harbour Ridge is divided into 28 separate villages, each responsible for their own government, but under the control and guidance of the main Property Owner’s Association. Custom homes are featured in two sections of the property, River Pointe Village and Harbour Village.
