Beam, 18 ft. /arma's extended, sleeps 4, marine head w/ holding tank, galley w/ 2burner stone, sink, ice chest, standing headroom in the hulls/ head, full dining table w/ room for 4, 25 hp Tohatsu 2 stroke outboard w/ 12 gal. built in fuel tank, Hood main, jib and150%, Mylar furl screeches on retractable bow sprit, very simple mast raising system , 46 ft. air draft, draws 9" w/ rudders up, am/fm/cd, VHF, shore power, Rocket alum. tandem trailer, 4 wheel disc brakes, tows perfect, 8 ft. Catamaran dinghy / 2.5 Mercury, easy trailer to water boat, step the mast and you are ready to sail, trampolines are in great condition, one of only two built, sails great, there is a video on you tube of this boat during sea trials under Quadcat 28,

• The arena offers a limited number of parking spaces for vehicles with handicap tags.  Otherwise, the arena does not offer public parking for most ticketed events. Event parking for 1ST SUMMIT ARENA is provided at all of the downtown parking garages.

Venue Information:  Please note this facility has restrictions on the following:

• Concessions may be purchased inside the venue.
• No firearms.  
• Saturday: 10:00 AM
• Sunday: 9:00 AM
• All performances and awards ceremonies will take place in the Hall A.
• Athletes are encouraged to bring their own water bottles to the event and throughout the warm-up process. There are water filling stations available throughout the venue .

Concessions & Vendors:

• Concessions will be available.
• Event Merchandise will be available.
• RT Productions will be providing action shots of your team throughout the weekend. To view these photos, please visit   https://www.rtevent.com/

Media Policy:   

• Varsity will allow recording on personal devices. No commercial recording (audio or visual) or commercial live streaming is allowed in the competition venue or other event related venues (including but not limited to, hotels and restaurants) or on the grounds of any such venues (collectively, ‘Event Locations’).
