She was designed by Michael Leach Design , who has designed 9 other superyachts in the BOAT Pro database.

The naval architecture was developed by Feadship De Voogt Naval Architects , who has architected 102 other superyachts in the BOAT Pro database, and the interior of the yacht was designed by Reymond Langton Design , who has 33 other superyacht interiors designed in the BOAT Pro database - she is built with a Teak deck, a Steel hull, and Aluminium superstructure.

LADY S Yacht – Astonishing $180M Superyacht

LADY S yacht is a 93-meter (305.1 ft) luxury yacht built by the Dutch shipyard Feadship in 2019.

She was delivered to her owner, the American billionaire, for a reported price of US $180 million.

LADY S is currently available for charter and is ranked in 69th place on the list of the largest yachts in the world.

Reymond Langton Design worked on the interior of LADY S. The London-based design duo has worked on superyachts such as AVIVA and KISMET in the past.

LADY S yacht can welcome twelve guests in seven cabins, including a spacious master suite, four VIP cabins, and two twins, making her a fantastic family-friendly yacht.

Onboard LADY S guests can enjoy features such as a basketball court, a glass-bottom pool, a steam room, an IMAX cinema, and a gym.

Each cabin features 8k flatscreen TVs and modern entertainment systems. 31 crew members are available to tend to the needs of guests and fulfill their every wish on board LADY S.

LADY S specifications

The LADY S yacht is 93 meters (305.1 ft) long with a 14.1 meter (46.3 ft) beam and a 3.9 meter (12.1 ft) draft.

Her cruising speed lies at 14 knots, and her maximum speeds go as high as 18 knots. The weight of LADY S is 2,999 tons, and she is powered by twin CAT engines.

The high-profile designer Michael Leach worked on the exterior of LADY S. The yacht has a large helipad on the top deck, while the bow is reserved for sunbathing or storage if required.

She has a jacuzzi on the aft as well as a spacious beach club that can be opened on several sides to provide a seamless transmission between indoor and outdoor living.

LADY S carries at least two Tenderworks tenders both painted red to match the color of Snyder’s NFL team .

LADY S is an all-white yacht with large tinted windows which allow guests to have complete privacy while on board.

The owner of LADY S purchased the superyacht for a price of US $180 million in 2019.

She generates a further US $10 to 15 million in running costs every year depending on usage. She is currently available for charter at a rate of US $1.47 million per week.

When she was launched in 2019, LADY S set a new standard in luxury. She boasts a combination of amenities unseen on other luxury superyachts, including a fully certified EC 155 helipad, a glass-bottomed swimming pool, a sports court, a hammam with an ice plunge pool, and the largest hidden outdoor C SEED TV in the world at 201”. And she’s got a crew of 31 to cater to your every whim.

Interior design & engineering

When you step on board the LADY S yacht, you’ll be dazzled by her huge sparkling crystal chandeliers and light, white interior. The Reymond Langton Design interior feels like “a contemporary jewellery box”, which is complemented by the use of rare materials sourced from around the world.

LADY S accommodates 12 guests across seven cabins. The extremely spacious master suite includes an office and balcony and is surrounded by windows for breathtaking views. The rest of the party is spread across two VIP staterooms, two doubles and two cabins.

Wherever you sit, you’ll enjoy fabulous views through large windows, with fold-out balconies to get you closer to the ocean.

Yacht facilities & entertainment

There’s no shortage of entertainment options during your LADY S yacht charter. For starters, she’s got the largest hidden outdoor C SEED TV in the world, measuring 201”. Her IMAX Dolby theatre was the first to be installed on a superyacht and comes with two viewing platforms.

On the bridge deck of the LADY S motor yacht, you’ll find a glass-bottomed swimming pool with a swim-up bar and a circular shower, with a spa pool aft. It’s flanked by plenty of casual seating for cocktails or snacks, but if you prefer a more formal setting, you can head indoors to the dining room that seats 12.

When night comes, you can make your way over to the bar and create your very own nightclub. With an interactive dance floor and wall, you’ll be throwing shapes until the early hours.

The beach club on the LADY S yacht is the perfect place for some much-needed rest time; you can sweat it out in the hammam before jumping into the ice plunge pool and enjoying a massage.

Another unusual feature of LADY S is her sports court, where you can play a range of games, including basketball, football and badminton. You can also practice your swing with her golf tee and simulator or keep up with your fitness regime in her large gym with panoramic views.

The LADY S yacht carries a myriad of aquatic toys for a fun-filled charter. Chase the adrenaline on WaveRunners, waterskis, surfboards, or the flyboard and e-Foil board, or zoom into the sea on the inflatable 15m slide. With a selection of towable inflatables, and toys like Seabobs, kayaks and SUPs, there’s no shortage of ways to stay entertained. You could even try to catch your supper with the fishing gear.

93m Feadship charter yacht ‘Lady S’ with IMAX theatre nearing completion

After leaving Feadship’s facilities in Amsterdam on Wednesday, the 93m/305ft superyacht ‘Lady S’ set out for sea trials this morning.  

Heading out for the first time on February 7, Lady S is completing another round of sea trials in the North Sea. Following their completion, the Feadship-built superyacht will be delivered to her owner and then go on to spend the summer season chartering in the Mediterranean .

With her cutting-edge technology, stellar selection of facilities and Feadship pedigree, Lady S is expected to become one of the best-equipped superyachts for charter in the world.

The superyacht was captured cruising through the canals of IJmuiden, in North Holland, showing off her Michael Leach-designed exterior. In spite of her sheer volume, the British-based design studio has maintained a sleek and elegant profile, with long glazed sections, solid steel bulwarks and delicately curving lines penned in her superstructure.

While little is known about the interiors of the superyacht, they have been created by Reymond Langton Design and are expected to reflect a contemporary jewellery box, with chandeliers dripping with crystals and bright whites offset by sky blue.

In spite of her sheer volume, Michael Leach has maintained a sleek and elegant profile.

Charter guests are sure to love cruising around Mediterranean hotspots such as Italy and the South of France on board the superyacht. She boasts a number of stand-out features, including a certified helipad that can double as a basketball court, and a duplex IMAX cinema for the ultimate entertainment experience.

What’s more, guests can enjoy a spacious pool on the main deck aft, complete with a glass bottom and separate shaded and sunning zones.

Upon delivery, Lady S will rank in the top sixty in the World’s Top 100 Superyachts, and is currently the largest Feadship yacht ever built to be publicly available for private yacht charters .

She is also set to become the first Feadship superyacht to be completed at the shipbuilder's new facilities in Amsterdam, which cater specifically to new builds and refits of yachts measuring over 160 metres.

Feadship started the sea trials of Lady S on 1st April 2019 and nears the delivery to the experienced owners. Lady S is the first yacht entered the new Feadship facility in Amsterdam with short ways to the open sea. The yacht is well-equipped with a lot of features, like an IMAX theater over two decks and a fully certified helipad with Jet A fuel. Lady S accommodates fourteen guests in six staterooms alongside two guests in the master suite. A crew of twenty people serves guests and yacht.

Powered by two Caterpillar 3516C (2350 kW @ 1800 rpm each), the maximum speed is 17.5 knots, the cruising speed is 12 knots. At the cruising speed, the yacht has a range of 6,500 nautical miles with a fuel capacity of 246,850 liters.

Burgess New Construction does it again.

The 93m Feadship  LADY S has triumphed at the 2020 World Superyacht Awards in the Displacement Motor Yacht 2,000GT - 4,999GT category. Warding off fierce competition, this accolade celebrates the fine craftsmanship, superior engineering and masterful design work from all involved.

Her build was painstakingly project managed and overseen by the Burgess New Construction (BNC) and Burgess Commercial teams over the course of five years, working hand in hand with her visionary owners from conception to delivery and through into operation. She is a direct reflection of the work of a truly masterful team of designers, builders and project managers.  

The 15 th annual World Superyacht Awards, held remotely on Friday 13 November paid tribute to the continued hard work, innovation and robustness of the superyacht industry during what has been an unprecedented year.

‘This was an incredibly challenging project,' says Rory Boyle , naval architect and project manager with Burgess New Construction . 'The client set the bar extremely high in so many respects, but it has resulted in a standout and now, award winning yacht. We would like to extend our congratulations to all involved, and especially the owners for their pioneering vision.'

Speaking from the WSA, the judges based their decision on LADY S’ 'radical shapes and complex engineering, it is, in the judges view, a very special yacht!’

'The whole yacht was built around the double height IMAX cinema which also incorporates Dolby Atmos sound, the first on any yacht. There isn't a cubic centimetre of this yacht that hasn't been considered and reconsidered, solutions applied and then optimised to make this happen.'

Other stand-out features include a 201" Porsche-designed C'Seed TV screen that rotates, folds and withdraws into the deck - another first for any yacht.

But for Rory, in common with the rest of the Burgess team, LADY S is not just an outstanding - indeed award winning - yacht. She is the product of a multitude of challenges overcome through commercial and technical knowledge by an industry leading team of experts who have spent a considerable span of their lives working towards this result.

‘This was truly an all-encompassing Burgess project’ says Peter Brown , Senior Partner, ‘BNC and the Burgess Commercial teams worked seamlessly together from the very start researching the various design and build options with the owner, to whom enormous credit is due for choosing such an adventurous and visionary path. We are incredibly proud of the result.’

Huge congratulations must go to her amazing owners, to Feadship, Michael Leach Design, Reymond Langton Design, Richard Hein, LADY S Captain, the crew and all the other members of the team involved to bring this project to life.

Lady A showcases a streamlined exterior, with a sharp vertical bow, a sleek steel hull, and a lightweight aluminum superstructure. Teak runs across all six decks, creating a classic, high-class feel.

With a beam of almost 38 feet, Lady A offers an abundance of space onboard, too. Designed by the in-house team, the interior combines rich Curly Maple and Macassar Ebony wood with gleaming black and white marbles by Saint Laurent. Step aboard Virgin Voyages' adults-only, luxury cruise ship, which has 17 decks, a tattoo parlor, and a playground for grown-ups

• I sailed on a luxury, adults-only Virgin Voyages cruise ship called the Valiant Lady.
• It can hold more than 2,700 guests with unique amenities like a tattoo shop and an adult playground.
• Here's a tour of the ship's 17 decks full of cabins, restaurants, and communal spaces. 

In August 2023, I took my first cruise with Virgin Voyages , a relatively new luxury cruise line I've heard about from friends and other travelers for the last couple of years.

Virgin Voyages launched in 2021 as an adults-only cruise line , according to its website . Since then, it's won several awards, including five from Cruise Critic for its cabins, dining, service, and ships in 2023.

Virgin Voyages has four "lady" ships: Scarlet Lady , Valiant Lady, Resilient Lady, and Brilliant Lady. A representative from Virgin Voyages told Business Insider that the ships are pretty much identical, aside from some differences in artwork and entertainment. 

I cruised on Valiant Lady, which began sailing in March 2022. Like the other ships, it can hold more than 2,700 guests.

Virgin Voyages ships sail in Europe and the Caribbean. I took a seven-day Mediterranean cruise that left out of Barcelona.

My ship sailed round-trip from Barcelona, Spain, to ports in Italy and France, including Toulon, Ajaccio, and Marina di Carrara . The cruise ended with an overnight stop in Ibiza .

I booked a room with a balcony that typically costs about $5,910 for two people on my itinerary.

The ship has 1,408 cabins and suites, according to the cruise line . I booked a mid-tier stateroom with a balcony — a step above sea-view cabins, which only have a window. BI received a media rate for the cruise.

The room I booked was 225 square feet, including the balcony. I thought the cabin made great use of the tiny space, including luxury details , from smart controls to a private terrace with a hammock.

But a lot of the fun takes place in the ship's communal areas.

According to Virgin Voyages , the ships are 912 feet long and pack in 17 decks filled with cabins, restaurants, and communal spaces. 

During my cruise, I never got bored. From shops and swimming pools to game rooms and swing sets, I thought there was so much to do.

To get up and down the ship's many decks, elevators take guests to 13 of the 17 levels.

The lower three decks of the ship are only accessible to crew members , and the top deck is only accessible from the outdoor portion of deck 16.

Sparkling details like light projections in the elevator and iridescent panels along the staircase made me feel luxurious while getting around the ship. 

The fun starts on deck five, the lowest deck with staterooms. It also houses the ship's spa.

Hot stone massages, hydrating skin treatments, and indoor pools can all be found on deck five at Virgin Voyages' Redemption Spa .

These treatments and amenities come at an additional price. Massages and facials start at $155 and passes to access amenities start at $39.

Upstairs, decks six and seven are packed with communal spaces, including several show venues.

A reporter at The Points Guy recently called Virgin Voyages' wide range of entertainment the best on any cruise line. During my voyage, I thought it was easy to see why. There were dance parties, live music, comedy shows, and more.

Many of the venues for these events are on decks six and seven, including the Red Room for performances; On the Rocks, a music bar; and the Manor, a nightclub and theater.

These lower decks also house many of the ship's restaurants and eateries, including fine dining rooms and an ice cream shop.

From personal pizzas to juicy steak dinners, there's plenty to eat on decks 5-7. 

There are more than 20 restaurants and eateries on the ship. Food and drinks are included in the price of the ticket, save for alcoholic and specialty drinks as well as select menu items in some establishments. 

On deck six, High Street is a strip of high-end shops that is reminiscent of a mall.

On High Street, I found a plethora of products from luxury brands including Louis Vuitton, Dior, Fendi, and Bulgari. 

The strip also has a store dedicated to the Virgin brand that sells records and other merchandise.

On the same deck, Valiant Lady has a tattoo parlor called Squid Ink.

Virgin Voyages' ships are the first-ever cruises where you can get a tattoo on board, according to the cruise line . According to Cruise Gear , tattoo pricing starts at around $150.

Upstairs, deck seven is a gamer's paradise.

On deck seven, I found the arcade. It's a narrow, dark room with neon lights and games lining each side. Here, I raced cars and battled with buttons.

On the same floor, there's a larger room packed with tables for playing board games and puzzles, which are stacked on shelves around the space. I spotted decks of cards and a wide variety of nostalgic games from my childhood, including Mouse Trap, Cranium, and Operation. 

Deck seven also has an outdoor lounge known as the Dock.

I thought the Dock was the most relaxing space on deck seven. It's an outdoor lounge at the back of the ship full of beds and sofas. The Dock serves small Mediterranean-inspired plates and hosts events. 

I went to the Dock for a stargazing event. Guests got comfortable and looked up at the night sky while crew members told stories about the stars. 

Decks 8-14 hold nothing but staterooms.

Most of the rooms on these decks have their own balcony. Mine was on deck 12. 

Up on deck 15, there are two pools surrounded by lounge chairs and whirlpools.

The Aquatic Club is on deck 15 and has two pools separated by a bar — the main pool and the Well-Being Pool. 

For a beach club vibe, I recommend the main pool because it's bigger and has music playing all the time. I was surprised to find that the pool felt relatively smaller than on a typical cruise ship, in my experience. But it was never too crowded to use — even in the afternoons — so this didn't bother me at all. 

On the other side of the deck, The Well-Being Pool is smaller and has seating and jets in the water, so it felt to me like an extra-large whirlpool. But like the main pool, this one was never too crowded to go in either. And unlike the main pool, it was quiet, making it ideal for relaxing and cooling off. 

Inside deck 15, there's the Galley, a large dining space with several eateries similar to a buffet.

The Galley is Virgin Voyages' food hall. Similar to a typical cruise ship buffet , there are several stands with a wide range of offerings. But unlike most buffets, servers make the plates and hand them to the customers.

In the Galley, I had tacos, sushi, desserts, and breakfast foods. There's also a burger grill, a noodle bar, a panini shop, and a popsicle stand. 

Additionally on deck 15, there's a standalone restaurant called Gunbae that serves family-style Korean barbecue dishes.  

There was also a gym in the indoor portion of deck 15.

B-Complex is the gym on board Virgin cruise ships. They have free weights and machines as well as fitness classes from yoga to spin sessions. 

I don't like to work out on vacation unless it's a fun activity that makes me forget I'm exercising at all. So I didn't use the gym. But I thought B-Complex's offerings were consistent with gyms I've been to at home while offering a much better view — the ocean.

But I think you can get a more fun workout upstairs on deck 16.

On deck 16, the Athletic Club is home to an outdoor training center with strength and gymnastics equipment as well as a boxing ring. 

The deck has a playground for adults with gigantic netted swing sets and seesaws ...

The adult playground was my favorite part of the ship. Against the backdrop of the sunset over the ocean, I bounced on seesaws and pumped my legs on large, netted swings with the breeze on my face. It made me feel like a kid again. 

... and a wide variety of games and sports, like a giant chess board.

The playground area has a basketball court and other more unexpected offerings like foosball and a gigantic chess board. 

For thrill-seekers, there's a net you can walk — or crawl — around with a view of the ocean below.

The net reminded me of a catamaran. From the outside, I didn't think stepping onto it would be scary. But as soon as I did, my gut dropped. So I immediately got on all fours and crawled to the other side. With butterflies swarming in my stomach, I thought this activity was way more thrilling than I was expecting. 

In my opinion, deck 16 is home to the most relaxing spot — Richard's Rooftop.

Richard's Rooftop is the VIP lounge on Virgin Voyages' cruise ships. The rooftop is reserved for passengers staying in suites — known as "Rockstars" by the cruise line . 

Virgin Voyages gave BI access to Richard's Rooftop , and I thought it was the most relaxing place on the ship. 

It's packed with cabanas, loungers, and whirlpools. It also has a bar and lounge-side service.

Lastly, the top deck, 17, holds the runway, a bright-red track that circles the ship.

On deck 17, the track is the perfect place to run — or walk, if you vacation like me — with constant views of the wide-open ocean.
