NIRVANA Yacht – Exquisite $300M Superyacht

The $300 million superyacht was built by Oceanco, featuring a design from Sam Sorgiovanni and naval architecture from Azure Yacht Design & Naval Architecture.

The yacht was delivered in 2012 and continued to be a luxurious charter yacht on the water for guests to enjoy.

Sam Sorgiovanni designed the interior of the NIRVANA yacht. The award-winning yacht has accommodation for 12 guests in 6 cabins with one master, 1 VIP, and four double suites.

The master suite features amenities like a wraparound window and a private deck area.

The accommodation for 27 crew members creates a luxury experience for the guests onboard.

She features luxury design elements inspired by the earth and rainforest by using natural materials like teak, woven bronze, silk, and onyx.

There is a helicopter pad on the sun deck. A 7.5m swimming pool converts into a dance floor for partying all night and day on the yacht.

There are premium wellness facilities, including a massage room, steam room, sauna, and gym facilities. All of these are complemented by the on-deck jacuzzi.

The yacht is kids friendly with several safety features that make her a child-friendly vessel. The two vivariums that are forwards of the dining salon are another fascinating design element of the luxury NIRVANA.

The vivariums, or reptile tanks, are home to water dragons, neared lizards, turtles, frogs, and chameleons.

The bespoke entertainment areas set this yacht apart and provide the most luxurious experience on board.

The beach club is the perfect spot for guests to enjoy the superyacht lifestyle with a spacious area on the water level.

The fun on the yacht continues in the water with a garage that is filled with water toys and tenders. The water toys include aqua park inflatables, wave runners, and jet skis.

The NIRVANA yacht exterior features a design from Sam Sorgiovanni, with a deep dark blue hull that is slightly flared at the bow.

She features a downward curve aft of amidships and bright cap rails and transom, which gives her a classic look.

It was built by Oceanco with a steel hull and aluminum superstructure and was delivered in 2012. Her naval architecture was penned by Azure Yacht Design & Naval Architecture.

Billionaires from all over the globe, you need to hear this! The ultra-luxurious megayacht “Nirvana” has been listed for sale at a staggering price of $320 million. Designed by Sam Sorgiovanni and built by Oceano, the ultra-luxurious megayacht ‘Nirvana’ made its debut in 2012, and at 290 feet long is the 39th-largest yacht in the world.

It can go up to 22 miles per hour (about 19.5 knots maximum speed) and the “spectacular trans-Pacific cruiser” just won Boat International Media’s prestigious award for Best Exterior Design & Styling. Arriving from the swim platform or the passerele, guests can relax onto the vast aft deck complete with a 7.5m counterflow pool and a large sunbed aft.

The floor of the pool rises to create a huge deck for entertaining guests while forward, in the main salon, you can find a bar and an exotic reptile house separating it from the dining area. All guests cabins are located on the main deck, with floor to ceiling windows as well as the full beam VIP stateroom. The silver engraved elevator services all decks and leads guests up to the Owner’s deck which can be made totally private.

The owner’s stateroom dominates over half of the upper deck, with a private sunbathing area with a lovely Jacuzzi, a salon with terraces over the sea and a covered dining area aft. Exterior stairs on the aft deck lead to the bridge deck and the enormous and superbly equipped gymnasium and spa.

The secluded sundeck has a 3m plunge pool and sunbathing area, and on the fully certified helideck you can find an additional sunbathing and entertaining area. Taking the lift four decks down to the lower deck brings guests to the 3D cinema and twin tender garages with 2 x 11 metre tenders, skiboat and 10 jet ski/waverunners.

Back in July 2008 OceAnco began the work on the stunning 88-meter superyacht Nirvana (ex-project Y707). She was launched in 2012. The yacht's naval architecture was projected by Oceanco and Azure Naval Architects. Nirvana yacht's keel was laid in Zwijnenburg hull-building facility and her finishing is taking place at OceAnco.

Motor Yacht Nirvana by OceAnco is an explorer style vessel with six decks. She was designed by Sam Sorgiovanni , and has beautiful sleek lines harmoniously flowing to her main deck, where there is a large 7.5 m pool with an infinity edge and a bar for her owners and their guests. A helicopter pad can be found on the superyacht's sun-deck, as well.

Super Yacht Nirvana's interior is very spacious, offering accommodation in one Master suite, featuring an office and a private exterior deck area with a whirlpool. Further accommodation is offered in one VIP suite with a lounge and his & hers bathroom, as well as in four double VIP cabins.

NIRVANA Specifications

Each of the six decks has their own private exterior space, giving her the flexibility of being used as a private yacht, charter yacht or if her Owner wishes, for corporate functions. All interior and exterior are expected to be stylishly designed with the utmost luxury in mind. The interior and exterior spaces on every deck are interconnected through large sliding doors. This concept opens up the interior area to the outside deck area, making it even longer and giving guests the possibility of being both inside and outside at the same time.

Oceanco's Nirvana is the shipyard's first yacht with the MTU 20V 4000- series engines, characterized by impressive power. Although powerful, they are with reduced noise and economic fuel use. She will be able to reach a maximum speed of approximately 18.5 knots.

Nirvana is a truly exceptional superyacht available for charter in some of the world’s most incredible destinations. Nirvana offers charter guests indulgent levels of luxury, a first-class service and the charter experience of a lifetime.

Built by the OceanCo shipyard and launched in 2012, the five-deck 88.5m Nirvana offers accommodation for up to 12 guests across six spacious and stylish suites. The palatial master suite rivals even the most opulent of shore-based apartments, with an overhead skylight, his-and-hers en suites, a beautifully-appointed study, and its own private deck with a Jacuzzi.

The guest accommodation is located on the main deck and the VIP can boast a private lounge as well as a large en suite with a bathtub. There are four further double cabins, all en suite and with walk-in wardrobes, and two of these have sofa day-beds which serve as extra single beds, as well as additional pullman bunks.

Onboard guest facilities include a fitness centre with fully-equipped gym and adjacent sauna, a massage/spa treatment room, an 18-person dining room and a 3D cinema suite.  Nirvana’s main saloon, which has plenty of comfy couches as well as more formal seating areas, can be transformed of an evening into a ‘nightclub lounge’, with atmospheric lighting, a bar counter with stools and an impressive audio-visual system.

Nirvana’s interior has been designed by Sam Sorgiovanni and is inspired by the earth and the rainforest. The decor and furnishings utilise natural materials such as teak, woven bronze, silk and onyx, and feature subtle patterns taken from the shapes of nature.

On deck, Nirvana not only has a 7.5m counterflow swimming pool (which can be converted into a dancefloor or a stage for parties), but also a 3m plunge pool on her sun deck, which is flanked by deep-cushioned sun pads.

Nirvana is ideal for families and actively welcomes children. Optional protective netting can be applied to all decks to keep the little ones extra safe, and the friendly crew will help younger guests feel right at home.

Vitters Shipyard is a well established and respected custom yacht builder situated in Zwartsluis, The Netherlands. The facility opened in 1990 and has delivered an impressive list of yachts, working with top designers, up to 75 meter in length.

Nirvana measures 53.48 metres in length, with a max draft of 10.00 metres and a beam of 11.51 metres.

Nirvana has an aluminium hull with an aluminium superstructure.

Considered the flagship of her fabled builder, sail catamaran NIRVANA, is an Eleuthera 60 model, and one of the largest production catamarans available in the charter market. Arguably the most prolific builders of cruising catamarans in the world, Fountaine Pajot set out to build a spacious charter sailing yacht, with a large, yet comfortable cockpit area for guests to relax. The result is the Eleuthera 60 sail yacht NIRVANA – a catamaran of both impressive size and striking, modern appearance.

FOUNTAIN PAJOT

The team behind the unique appearance of Fountain Pajot catamaran NIRVANA is France’s Berret-Racoupeau Yacht Design. They undertook to design a yacht that appealed to all senses – a yacht with the feeling of warmth melded with the tranquility that is synonymous with space and comfort. Examples of her distinctive and successful design abound everywhere onboard, including oval hull ports, round skylights, a large cockpit with teak sole, and a dining table large enough for a banquet.

A beneficial charter feature worthy of note is the design of the yacht’s transoms. The catamaran’s large transoms are extra wide and located close to the water. The design allows the charter crew to easily move around the cockpit terrace without the need to go through the seating area. This unique deck layout means the crew can undertake sailing maneuvers and operate the yacht without disturbing any charter guests sitting in the cockpit.

The roominess of the cockpit flows seamlessly into the yacht’s cavernous interior. In addition to the light and airy saloon and dining area, there are 4 roomy guest cabins. Two double aft cabins are each convertible into twins. One of the cabins has an additional Pullman berth for a small child.  There are two double forward cabins.  Each of the 2 forward cabins has access to a single front peak. It is a sort of “mini-cabin” with a small berth suitable for children.  The double aft cabin in the port transom also features a writing desk.  All four cabins have air-conditioning and ensuite bathrooms.

A nice selection of water toys is available for the use of the guests and completes the charter experience.

Performance & Range

Nirvana is built with a GRP hull and GRP superstructure. Powered by twin Volvo engines, she comfortably cruises at 16 knots, reaches a maximum speed of 22 knots. With a shallow draft of 1.65m/5'5" Nirvana can anchor closer to coves and sheltered bays overnight.

Nirvana knows a thing or two about fun on the water, with a selection of water toys and accessories for you and your guests to enjoy whilst on charter. Principle among these are Flite Flyboards which is a must for any self-respecting thrill-seeker, prepare for supersize thrills - even beginners will enjoy the thrill of swooping skywards and ‘dolphining’ back into the water. In addition there are waterskis that are hugely entertaining whether you are a beginner or a seasoned pro. Additionally, there are wakeboards so guests can show off at speed. If that isn't enough Nirvana also features inflatable water toys, paddleboards and snorkelling equipment. Nirvana also sports a Chase Tender to transport you with ease.

One other advantage is the fact the on-board solarium can be converted into a formal al-fresco dining set up.  The set up can be used for breakfasts and lunches too, as it is covered by a hard top offering useful shade during the summer months in the Western Greek islands. The electrical panels and open sliding windows on this rigid roof are another advantage as the indoor air-conditioned area can be converted into outdoor fresh-breeze terrace at the touch of the button. Similarly useful area is private deck forward where couples can retreat or important crew discussions can take place away from preying eyes, in particular in busy ports and marinas where yachts such as SX76 are bound to tie up stern to.  Seating decks and useful cushions are provided here too allowing extensive sunbathing all day long.

Accommodation: The SAN LORENZO’s SX76 ‘’NIRVANA’’ charter yacht provides sumptuous accommodation for 8 adult guests in one master suite, 1x VIP and 2x twin cabins.  With the largest volume in her range, the interior spacious, modern and decorated with contemporary features.  Best of all, full-length windows provide plenty of daylight as well as fantastic views. All areas of the boat are also equipped with audio and TV systems, all controlled by mobile devices, allowing independent usage in each area of ​​the yacht. The master suite features a king-size bed, walk-in wardrobe, a desk and a private bathroom. The VIP stateroom has a queen size bed, and features an en-suite as do the other two double cabins. The cabins are located on the lower deck, while main galley is on the main deck, where full surround panoramic views are provided, making the SX76 also one of the best superyachts to watch chef in action or simply enjoy in cooking too.

Watertoys: As expected from a yacht of this size and volume, she is full to the bream with various toys. Best of all, a free superyacht tender comes along with the yacht which is very rare on a yacht of this size. The on-board crew will assist guests with toys preparing them, launching them and taking them out of the water on request. M/Y NIRVANA carries plenty of latest watertoys including iAQUA, SUP, inflatable sofa, 2x Hobie Mirage Eclipse and 2x Flite E-foil boards (on request) with usual snorkel gear for kids and adults and basic fishing gear on board too. The chase tender Axopar 37 Cross Cabin – Brabus Line is also used for wakeboarding and water skiing for adults. Luxury crewed charter yacht NIRVANA is fully air conditioned throughout. This is a non-smoking vessel. NIRVANA’s experienced super yacht charter crew of up to 3 including the captain Ivan Grbic, have separate heads and shower. Guests may not be allowed to bring pets on-board.

Super Yacht Itineraries: The luxury motor yacht NIRVANA usually cruises around the Western Greek islands of Ionian Sea. Usually based in the region of Island Lefkas, the itinerary will cover a cruise around the neighbouring islands such as Ithaka, Kefalonia and Zante as well as Corfu and Paxos. One way charters towards Athens through Corinth channel can be arranged on request and cruising in the Cyclades islands around Mykonos are not out of the question either. Long-term charters up to 6 months can also be requested.  On rare occasions the guests will also cruise towards other countries such as Turkey or into the Adriatic towards Croatia.
