Hawaii nautical is one of hawaii's largest ocean-activity providers..
We have a fleet of vessels islandwide serving many harbors across Oahu and the Big Island. We believe in delivering service, safety and the spirit of Aloha. We respect the ocean and the ecosystem, and we follow strict guidelines so that all marine wildlife is protected. Additionally, we honor the host culture and support the local communities in which we operate. We want the natural environment you enjoy today to be here tomorrow and for every tomorrow after. That’s why we are Hawaii’s first Dolphin SMART-recognized operator. The National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration’s Dolphin SMART program educates guests about dolphin conservation and advises not to seek activities that pursue close interactions like swimming with dolphins in Hawaii in the wild. We also follow the guidelines of the Coral Reef Alliance, to establish lasting change and promote coral reef health around the world. That includes sustainable practices — such as not feeding fish. Coral conservation aims to save these valuable ecosystems, unite communities and preserve cultural identity. For decades, we’ve been wowing guests of all ages in Hawaii. And while provide exciting experiences for our guests, we practice the highest level of safety in everything we do. We treat guests like ohana , the Hawaiian word for “family,” which permeates everything we do.

Snorkeling,Turtles, Great Onboard Bar !!! Spirit of Aloha Catamaran!
LOL Too fun... This little catamaran leaves from the little pier on the Hilton Hawaiian Village shoreline by Tropics Bar. We went for the daysail to do the snorkel to Turtle Canyon, a short jaunt from the hotel. We saw turtles galore. Really fun. Crew on the Spirit of Aloha, the catamaran, were great. The trip was totally safe... and people of all ages were on the sail. The crew was fun and organized... which insures a nice trip... and they offered non-alcoholic beverages for free, and alcoholic beverages (two included) in the ticket price. The bartender made me a great drink, which he hasn't named yet... went down like fruit juice... the best kind... kind of a cross between a mai tai and a pina colada... So far, the best snorkel of this year's visit!
The highlight of our Oahu vacation! This sunset cruise of Waikiki and Diamondhead is gorgeous with a very spacious two-deck catamaran and caring crew concerned about your every need. Captain Dustin Getty does a professional job with a smile for everyone. Drinks are strong and the rum with pineapple juice is delicious along with the blonde beer. Pupus include meatballs, wings, fresh veggies. Music is great and not blaring. Price is $79.00 per person and well worth it -- don't bother taking the cheaper sunset cruises with other companies. (We saw them from our boat and they looked like sardines crammed together on one deck.) This is the one!
This is a fantastic boat with a professional, friendly and knowledgeable crew. My son and I took the snorkeling, sail and lunch cruise and while it is not the cheapest out there, it was worth every penny. They provided the gear including prescription gogles if you need them. (I did) We went straight out to the turtles and saw between 15 and 20 very quickly after we started. One of the crew was in the water with us, guiding us, answering questions an making sure that the passengers and the turtles were safe. It was the trip of a lifetime for me. At one point I swam a little away from the group (which was ok) and ended up swimming alongside a huge sea turtle for about five minutes. It was a thrill! The crew is professional and protective of the turtles. They anchor the boat around 200 yards away from where the turtles tend to gather and they are very watchful to make sure that no one crowds or touches the turtles. Once back on the boat, a nice sandwich bar was laid out along with unlimited free pop and juice and two free alcoholic drinks per adult. I think you could buy more alcohol if you wanted but it really wasn't a party boat at all. Once people wer dried off and had their lunches made, we set off for about an hour long sail out to Diamondhead and around waikiki. It was so relaxing. We were very lucky the day we went as the boat has capacity for 48 passengers but we only had around 20 passengers and 5 crew. Overall, a perfect outing!
We took an afternoon (mid-week) cruising sail (about an hour and a half). It left right from the dock behind the Hilton Hawaiian Village. What a beautiful sail. The captain and crew were helpful, friendly and funny! They put all the passengers at ease. When we boarded, we removed our shoes and they were returned to us after the sail. There were about 12 passengers total and we felt like we virtually had the boat to ourselves. The views of Waikiki and Diamond Head were stunning. We saw the surfers on the way out, the Screamer go-fast boat and the Nautilus Submarine submerging and loading passengers on their cruising vessel. We had an amazing trip, with beautiful weather. We brought our kids (7 and 5). We were a little nervous about the safety for smaller kids but, it really is a safe ride. They also provide snacks and 2 drinks (alcoholic or otherwise). I highly recommend this trip.
My family and I travel to Hawaii every year for the past six years. We always stay in the Hilton Village. On our most recent trip, in June, we decided to take an afternoon short cruise around the area. Coincidentally, we were the only passengers booked at that time on the day, so we had a great private sail. My mother, sister, nieces and I had a ball. The crew was AWESOME! They were sooo kind to my niece, who is 4. They guided her around the boat, prtended to let her steer and made her feel like a fearless member of the crew. The scenery was really nice, and we took some lovely pictures. I generally get a little seasick, so we only booked for the hour. Unfortunately, we forgot our wallets and sadly did not have a sufficient tip to show the crew how much we appreciated their kindness (not that they asked). However, we just want to say, we had a great time, and would highly recommend this excursion to anyone. Thank you!
I enjoyed the sunset/full moon rising over Diamond Head cruise last week. The crew were a very friendly lot, and even caught a large tuna while out. I was impressed that the Captain of the catamaran rescued a lone surfer who had blown out to sea. They helped him aboard and ensured he was OK. This was the full stop to my Hawaiian Holiday, and I loved it. Do it if you get the opportunity. Recommended.

Overall rating
Purchasing on line was a breeze. Check in was quick and easy. The all-female crew was professional, knowledgeable, and FUN. Cruising along the Waikiki shore was exhilarating and relaxing at the same time, and we had no p ... roblem seeing whales. We even got to see the illusive tail flip! Cannot recommend this enough. It was the highlight of our vacation. (We were first-time Waikiki visitors)
Amazing!!!! Great tour, including seeing multiple whale contacts. Weather and boat were awesome, and the crew were amazing, being informative and making sure all the guests were happy and involved. This was our second ... year of touring with this catamaran and even though I do not really like the water, it was fun, relaxing, and thrilling all at the same time.
The crew was attentive and kind. Drinks and snacks were plentiful And we saw the whales!
