Built to an extremely high standard the steelwork has been epoxy treated and she has been sprayfoam insulated below decks.�An ideal cruising boat for husband and wife she has passed this test with flying colours and in true Alan Pape style she has behaved impeccably throughout some extremely poor weather. Her long coachroof give her much added room below decks and her mahogany fit out is first class.� Viewing is highly recommended.�� Marina berth available.

GRP holding tank for toilet with manual pump to sea or deck pump out, grey water tank for washbasin and galley sink emptied by manual pump to sea.  Saloon with port and starboard settee/berths one with lee cloth, navigation station aft to port.  Galley to starboard with 2 burner gas cooker, grill and oven, double stainless steel sink, 12v coolbox under saloon floor.  Beautifully finished below with mahogany hard wood trim.

27hp Yanmar 3GM30F fresh water cooled driving a 3 bladed propeller ( 17 x 13) with a 1" stainless steel shaft.  120 amp/hr (2003) and 95 amp/hr batteries charged by engine driven alternator with Sterling advance charge regulator,  Rutland 913 wind generator and 40 watt semi flexible solar panel. Main diesel tank in rear section of keel, approx 55 gallons with 6 gallon day tank filled by electric pump in the lazerette.  24 gallons fresh water Alloy mast and boom with stainless steel standing rigging all by Euro Spars, mainsail, jib, staysail and genoa all by Patrick Selman.

Boatshed London are delighted to offer this Ebbtide 33 for sale. Currently located on a leisure mooring at South Dock Marina, the mooring is available with the boat if you wanted to use this boat as a London houseboat.

The Ebbtide 33 is a classic, long distance cruiser. Built from steel with a full keel and Bermudan Cutter rig, these Alan Pape design yachts feel as sturdy as anything. This boat was first launched in 1998 for a brief period before being completely refitted in 2012 by Danvic Marine. It was used for six months and then kept ashore and covered until late 2016. As a result, this boat has been lightly used with less than 100 hours on the engine.

The cockpit looks to be well set up for shorthanded cruising with four sheet winches and two halyard winches. The boat is well equipped with navigation equipment and a Simrad Tiller Pilot is included.

The saloon and galley is a good size with a large dinette seating area to starboard and chart table with cruising berth on the port side. The galley is fitted with two burner hob and oven, a 12v fridge and double sinks. There is also a charcoal stove for heating. The forward cabin has a V berth and the heads is fitted with sea toilet and holding tank, basin and shower. There is a deck pump out for liveaboard users. The whole interior has been fitted with a solid cherry wood interior with smart, blue and gold upholstery.

As mentioned, this boat has been used as a liveaboard by the current owner and the mooring at South Dock Marina is available to transfer with the boat if desired. Current mooring fees are roughly £5,000 per annum. There is no transfer fee with a leisure mooring at South Dock.

At first glance, it is hard to tell this is a steel boat. The hull shape is so fair and well found. The Ebbtide 33 has a well deserved reputation for a sea-kindly and sure footed blue water cruising boat, especially at this size. She has a pleasant and roomy interior with signs of her substantial build quality everywhere you look. By some measures she is not bristling with lots of kit, but she a superb blank canvas to add to and personalise if desired. On balance, a very credible and serious yacht with enormous potential to go places in safety and with confidence. These boat details are subject to contract.
