FIDELIS is a beautiful superyacht from the 56 metre series launched by the Perini Navi shipyard in April 2011. She was designed in collaboration with the New Zealand yacht designer, Ron Holland. She can accommodate up to 10 guests in 5 double cabins.

Fidelis offers vast areas for relaxation and enjoyment of the life on deck, featuring two cockpits, in fore, one aft. The fore cockpit is created around the main mast and has two 'L' shaped couches seating up to twelve guests, as well as two removable tables. This area also has a waxed canvas awning for protection from the sun and built-in lighting for evening enjoyment.
The aft cockpit has a well-protected dining area with a table for twelve and a lounging area with three couches, two armchairs and a coffee table. There is also a guest head and a semi-circular staircase, protected and embellished by a custom-built glass wall, that leads up to the flying bridge. This bridge area has been completely re-modeled compared to her sister ships in that it has a wide sunning and lounging area aft with two central seats from which to enjoy the view, a dining area and the steering stations with sail and engine controls.
Perini Navi's architects are responsible for the contemporary, refined, clean lines of Fidelis Yachts interior. Stained walnut, wengé, parchment, maple, teak, steal, marble and leather were all used to create the beautiful and elegant interior of the vessel.
The main saloon, designed as a light-filled open space, is divided into two areas by an unusual central element that houses both the steel and wenge staircase that leads to the lower deck and two elegant sliding glass doors that separate the living and dining areas.
Fidelis features an aluminium hull and superstructure with an optimised displacement of 545 tons and a tonnage of 497 tons. The ketch sail plan by Perini Navi's Mast Division measures 1,500 square metres. Both the main and the mizzen are in aluminium and are respectively 58.37 and 47.97 metres high. The booms are both in carbon fibre and have in-boom furling systems.
Sailing Yacht Fidelis reaches a maximum speed of 15.5 knots and has a range of 3,500 nautical miles at the cruising speed of 12.5 knots.

Yacht Charter Accommodation
FIDELIS is one of the few sailing yachts available for charter with 5 double staterooms. She offers a full beam master cabin plus four additional queen cabins, two of which also have retractable pullmans berths. The large, full-beam stateroom has a double bed at the center, an office starboard and a couch port. The four guest cabins all have queen-sized beds and two of these also have retractable pullman berths and wide couches that can become beds. Fidelis offers excellent accommodation and her configuration with 5 double cabins is exceptional.

Tenth of the 56m series, S/Y Fidelis never stopped sailing since she was delivered, from the Amazon river to Desolation island and Australia, rounding both Capes. S/Y Fidelis is a true example of the Perini Navi spirit. The owners are very good friends of the Perini Navi family and were extensive charterers before choosing to create their very own Perini Navi. S/Y Fidelis has very contemporary interiors.

Perini Navi Deliver 56m Sailing Yacht Fidelis

After launching in April this year, S/Y Fidelis , the 51st unit of the Perini Navi fleet has been successfully delivered to her proud new owners.
Perini Navi Group , a world leader in the production of large sailing and motor yachts, has proudly announced the delivery of the stunning 56m aluminium ketch superyacht.
The owner and Perini Navi team all took part in a private ceremony in the rear cockpit of the yacht to celebrate the success of the yard’s 51st unit. After the usual formal procedures of a delivery, Fidelis’ crew carried out the traditional changing of flags.
Fidelis will now spend the entire summer cruising in the magnificent waters of the Mediterranean and will then participate in the Perini Navi Cup in Port Cervo from the 1st – 4th of September.

Perini Navi S/Y Fidelis, a yacht made to enjoy life
The ketch sail plan, designed and engineered by Perini Navi's Mast Division measures 1,500 square meters. Both the main and the mizzen masts are in aluminum and are respectively 58.37 and 47.97 meters high. The booms are both in carbon fiber and have in-boom furling systems.
This yacht has especially ample areas for enjoying life on deck with two cockpits, one fore, one aft, which allow owners and guests to enjoy generously comfortable outdoor spaces.

Perini Navi's first 56mt sailing yacht, Burrasca, was launched in 2003 and since then she has been joined by sister yachts Santa Maria (now Zenji), Rosehearty, Selene, Salute, Silvana, Riela (now Asahi), Panthalassa and Melek.

To give you an idea, only the fore-cockpit can accommodate up to 12 guests, fondling them with two large L-shaped sofas, as well as detachable tables that can be removed and the place converted into a terrace to offer the greatest of views. The second cockpit includes three more sofas and two armchairs, perfect location to enjoy your cocktail, plus it combines great panoramas with the possibility of al fresco dining, with enhanced privacy. Most expenses are deducted from an Advance Provisioning Allowance (APA), a fund that is added on top of the charter price. The expenses, such as provisioning, fuel, marina fees, are deducted from the APA. The APA is based on the price of the yacht and ranges from 15% (crewed sailing yachts) to 30% (motor yachts with higher fuel consumption). You can actively control these expenses in your preference sheet (local vs. imported beverages) and by choice of itinerary (distances traveled).
