The shape of the hull is influenced by the sleek lines of motorsports, while the rear of the vessel is the core feature of the Linea Sportiva. The T55 does the near-impossible: a 55 metre luxury yacht with all the benefits of staying under 500 gross tonnage. Open spaces flow one into the other, in continuity with the interiors. The beach club sits under the water line, with a window half-submerged by the sea. It is a huge pleasure area that includes a large pool and space for lounging and sunbathing. Below, on the water line, almost hidden by the yacht’s sleek lines, is the spa. The owner’s “suite on the sea” includes a private indoor/outdoor terrace, with Jacuzzi. The fly deck features an additional pool and sunbathing space. The bow design allows for tenders and toys to be placed forward, in an open-but-concealed tender bay. The retractable mast doubles as a mount for the open air cinema screen. Enjoy movie night at sea from the lounge area that sits in front of the wheelhouse.

Because she is designed with children in mind, the GECO yacht is an excellent choice for families. Her layout includes a master suite that is situated on the main deck, one VIP cabin, two double cabins, and two twin cabins. 

There are a total of 10 beds, one of which is a king bed, three queen beds, four single beds, and two Pullmans. In addition, she has the capacity to accommodate up to twelve guests and thirteen crew members, making her the ideal choice for luxurious yacht charters.

GECO yacht was constructed with an aluminum hull and an aluminum superstructure with teak decks.

She has a semi-displacement hull, which contributes to her remarkable seakeeping abilities as well as her amazing top speeds – 16 knots for cruising and a maximum of 18 knots. Additionally, the superyacht has a beam of 8.8m, a draft of 2.8m, and a volume of 499 GT.

Her range is 3,500 nautical miles from her 63,000-liter fuel tanks while traveling at 10 knots, thanks to her twin Caterpillar engines that allow her to accomplish these feats.

Heesen delivers brand new 55m charter yacht RELIANCE

The 55-metre Heesen motor yacht, previously known as Project Gemini and now named RELIANCE , has been successfully delivered, prior to joining the global charter fleet. 

Expressing delight over the completion, Heesen stated: "We are thrilled to announce that the 55m Steel YN 19755, motor yacht RELIANCE, has been handed over to a satisfied family. The entire team at Heesen is excited to see this new yacht sailing and extend their best wishes for smooth sailing to the owners and crew."

Available for Mediterranean yacht charters in summer 2024, RELIANCE was launched from the Heesen outfitting shed at the Oss shipyard in October 2022. The luxury charter yacht' s dynamic exterior design is a creation of Omega Architects, while Luca Dini is responsible for the elegant interiors. Built with a steel hull and aluminium superstructure, RELIANCE is part of Heesen's popular 55 Steel series which includes five delivered yachts, among them being VIDA and LAURENTIA .

Initiating the construction of RELIANCE as a speculative venture, she was bought 15 months into its build by a client who admired the characteristic shark-grey exterior, robust lines, and predatory profile, which has been achieved via a "shark tooth" feature on the superstructure forward.

Although the yacht’s exterior design is the result of a well-established partnership, RELIANCE is the first Heesen crewed yacht charter to feature interiors designed by Luca Dini. The Italian designer and his team have created a sophisticated atmosphere using warm tones and a stylish theme. Boasting several custom features, including a unique layout in the owner's cabin en suite and windows in the transom door for natural light to flood the beach club, RELIANCE is already shaped up to make a splash on the charter market for both family vacations and corporate yacht charters .

Able to accommodate 12 guests in its six generously sized cabins, RELIANCE features an expansive 82-square-meter owner's cabin on the main deck forward and a VIP on the bridge deck. The remaining guest cabins, comprising two doubles and two twins, are situated on the lower deck.

RELIANCE is powered by twin MTU 8V 4000 M63 IMO-Tier III diesel engines, offering a top speed of 15.5 knots and a transatlantic range of 4,500 miles at a cruising speed of 13 knots.

S – Force

S – Force is a 55 meters project under construction at the Group’s shipyard.

This innovative super yacht is able to guarantee high cruising performance with 2 engines CAT C32 Acert and it is also capable of reaching a top speed of 18 knots.

Thanks to a careful study of proportions and volumes and despite a lower tonnage of 500 GT, S -Force boasts environments typical aboard of the larger yachts.

S - Force 55

Externally there are ample and generous spaces, including two decks aft, both with dining and lounge areas, and a sundeck which features a jacuzzi and a range of sun angles. The main deck features a large, circular area where guests can sunbathe and relax and that, if necessary, can also be used as a touch-and-go helipad to allow easy access for guests at all times. A spacious garage can hold a tender of 8 meters long and other water toys for fun in the water.

Characteristic elements of the interiors of this mega yachts are the sophistication of the furnishings and the elegance in the finishings who prefer rare and precious materials in light colors. With particular attention to the brightness of the environments, thanks to the large windows that flood of natural light, S – Force features a full beam in the  main salon a dining area. A refined master suite complete with a private studio is located on the main deck along with a VIP cabin also this full beam. On the lower deck there are also five other cabins reserved for crew.

Heesen 55m M/Y Vida

When you board a yacht and enter the main saloon that features a backlit onyx arch as part of its design, you know you have encountered something special. Created to provide a ‘wow’ effect for guests boarding the vessel, it was the invention of the ship’s interior designer Elmer Benavente. The designer wanted something that immediately impressed guests as they entered the ship, and the installation of a boldly lit onyx arch does just that. In addition to creating a brightly lit entrance to the boat, it features a selection of 21 floating wine bottles to add to the opulent effect.

The 55-meter mega yacht is the result of a collaboration between Heesen, Omega architects, and BeDesign. This is Benavente’s first nautical project, but with his excellent style, strategic use of color palettes, and flowing interior design elements, the results are stunning. 

From the start, it is obvious that Vida is not a typical mega yacht.

The exterior styling of Vida is by Frank Laupman of Omega Architects and conveys a strong and muscular profile characterized by floor to ceiling windows. These allow the maximum flow of natural light into the yacht and provides spectacular views for those on board. A powerful profile with a fast-displacement hull and aluminum superstructure makes M/Y Vida a head-turning spectacle. The sharp exterior look is reminiscent of a blade as the yacht slices effortlessly through the water. 

‘Vida’ literally means ‘Life’, and this sumptuous vessel is designed for just that with an array of comfortable living areas, entertaining lounges, and outdoor dining. The owner is a keen sports fisherman, and this yacht is his home from home as well as a fueling and charging station for a fleet of smaller vessels. The need for this level of functionality, combined with the yacht serving as a residence, gave rise to the comfortable yet elegant furnishings and color palette selected for the living areas. The warm tones and wood features create a warm, sophisticated look that repeats through Vida’s living and sleeping spaces.

Vida has an overall impressive 740GT volume and offers spacious rooms and accommodations to relax and entertain. It can comfortably house 12 guests and accommodate a crew of 13. Powered by 2 MTU diesel engines, she has a top speed of 16 knots and a range of 4500 nautical miles. Engineering on Vida has exceeded the performance norms and features a selective catalytic reduction system (SCR) to reduce NOx emissions and meet the strict IMO Tier III exhaust emissions regulations.

It was the owner’s passion for sport fishing that led him to seek out a yacht that would be the head of his fleet. Yet also provide a comfortable, liveable space to stay when competing in fishing tournaments. One of the primary requirements was for some of the living spaces to be larger, specifically calling for a bigger master suite. The design team at Heesen held a series of discussions and meetings regarding the customization of the yacht. Peter van der Zanden is Heesen’s design and development manager, and he restructured the yacht’s layout and extended the main cabin to greater proportions to comply with the owner’s request.

€1.9M price drop on in-build 55m Admiral Silver Star

A €1,900,000 price drop has been announced on the in-build 55-metre Silver Star , listed for sale with Jean-Claude Carme at TWW Yachts . The Admiral S-Force model is nearing completion at the Italian Sea Group with delivery scheduled for July 2023, 

The all-aluminium motor yacht is the second in the S-Force 55 series following on from the builder's first hull Geco . Design is by The Italian Sea Group’s art director Gian Marco Campanino and the broker pointed out that she now has "a stunning interior by the legendary Italian luxury designer Giorgio Armani".

Accommodation is configured for 12 guests with the master suite on the main deck complemented by a similar-sized VIP suite on the lower deck, alongside the remaining four guest staterooms. There are five crew cabins. Guests also have a well-appointed main saloon with an adjoining circular-shaped dining room that can be opened up to the exterior at the touch of a button with extra-wide glass sliding doors. 

Other key features include a beach club, a large multifunctional circular helipad and the upper deck, sporting a Jacuzzi, bar and connecting lounge creating the perfect indoor-outdoor social environment.

“The ‘50+ metre sub-500 GT’ concept of this yacht is gaining popularity among many builders and designers,” explained Carme. “An owner can avoid the constraints that come with building over 500GT, and benefit from a design that truly recognises how owners choose to spend most of their time outdoors in the beautiful environments they cruise to.”

This 499GT yacht for sale has a top speed is 18 knots and a cruising speed of 16.5 knots. She boasts a maximum cruising range of 3,500 nautical miles at 10 knots with power coming from two Caterpillar diesel engines.

Silver Star is now asking €34,500,000.
