Libra Gulet is 31.50 meters in length with spacious cabins, a large deck and saloon are designed for your comfort. There are 2 Master cabins, 4 Double cabins, and each cabin has a private shower and toilet. All the yacht including cabins are air-conditioned. There is a TV, DVD and music system in the saloon and all cabins..

On the rear deck, there is a spacious cushioned seating area, dining table, and dining area. The salon has a separate dining table and your meals are prepared in a fully equipped separate kitchen. Libra Gulet has enough sunbathing cushions for all guests.

Gulet Libra is crewed by 4 people to meet all the needs of guests. A professional crew is committed to the safety and comfort of the guests. The organization of daily activities is its responsibility, as are all meals and drinks. Safety, cleaning and other services are all the responsibility of the highly professional crew. It has its own separate accommodation and bathroom departments independent of guests.

Measuring 34 metres in length, Libra is one of the most spacious gulets plying Dalmatian waters. Her traditional elegance and superb deck layout set her apart, with 4 double cabins amidships and 2 master cabins in the bow, with a separate entry point, maximising privacy and comfort for guests. The main al fresco dining area is in the stern, there is a separate outside sitting room for cocktails in the middle and a large sunlounging area up front.

The cabins themselves are furnished in beautiful varnished mahogany, with portholes or overhead skylights providing an abundance of natural light. They have a number of period fittings to add to their character and each comes with individual climate control and a modern en suite bathroom.

Libra’s crew are excellent. Captain Marko and his brother are joined by a very able stewardess and a talented chef, who prepares delectable regional cuisine in the galley. Marko knows every inlet and anchorage along the coast and as such can find you a deserted beach on an uninhabited island for the day, and the best mooring within a short walk of the village taverna for the evening. 

Slightly unusually, Libra carries a couple of electric scooters, if you would like to explore the islands on two wheels and otherwise she has an excellent selection of aquatic toys including paddleboards, a kayak, a kite board, and water-skis for the speed merchants in your party.

Boat Description

Gulet Libra is a perfect example traditional Turkish gulet, with rounded lines and wood everywhere. Refitted and well maintained, this gulet is an excellent choice for a relaxed cruise in Croatia.

Guest cabins configuration :

• Each of the cabins has wardrobe, 24 V/220 electricity, hair dryers, its own ensuite bathroom, home like, with shampoo, toilet paper, soap, shower box with curtain
• Beach towels:2 per person per week
• Bathroom towels: 4 towels per person per week.
• Additional beach or bathroom towels :  on request
• Bedding info : bed sheets are included in price.
• Air-condition: 24 hours/ day is included in the price.

Deck: The deck does not have a usual configuration which you will find with most gulets. In the back, you have the standard dining area, with a table surrounded with sofas and chairs. However, instead of a cushioned area behind the dining area, you will find a lounge area in the front, with comfortable armchairs and coffee tables. The sunbathing mattresses are set up on a raised part of the deck, to give you a better view while you enjoy the sun.

Salon areas: Indoors, the salon has a very comfortable, huge sofa with tables and chairs, so it servers as a dining area as well. The well stocked boat bar provides any drinks you require. The cabins are designed with a traditional, wooden feeling, and it combines well with the white colours of the fabrics. The wood makes the cabins feel warm and cozy, and together with the sunlight from the porthole, it creates a very charming atmosphere. All cabins are air conditioned and have en suite bathrooms.

Libra stands out from our offer for her beautiful and spacious mid area where the lounge set is placed. A comfortable seating area and elevated area with a couple of daybeds so you can catch some rays in peace before simply siding into the sea using one of the stairs on both sides when you need to cool down. This mid-area in addition to the sunbathing area at the front and al fresco dining area on the aft makes Libra's outside deck space completely approachable for the clients, there is no part of the deck that is not used for relaxation and enjoyment, which is one of the main reasons for her outstanding charter accomplishments.

Libra can accommodate up to twelve guests in six elegant cabins, including two master cabins with a separate entrance on the bow.

Built of mahogany in Turkey in 1997, LIBRA has enjoyed a major refit in 2014, converting her to the Croatian model.  LIBRA boasts timber panelling throughout and offers the best of both worlds – contemporary furnishings and modern day tech equipment, with all the charm of a finely-crafted motor sailer.  

At 34m, GULET LIBRA accommodates 12 guests in 6 cabins: two 'master' cabins with walk around double beds, and four double-bedded cabins, all with ensuites.

Her interior saloon and accommodation is finished in gloss woods, light toned panels and white décor, creating a fresh, nautical ambience. The saloon is a comfortable lounging area with a full length bar and open galley, a popular relaxing and conversation area.

On deck forward, guests have the choice of either sunbathing on sun pads, or relaxing under the retractable bimini shade and sinking into the comfortable chairs a popular lounging area (refer brochure pics) for sunset cocktails. Aft there's a dining table which comfortably seats 12 guests for alfresco dining under a completely shaded bimini.

LIBRA comes complete with a Zodiac tender with Yamaha 75 hp engine, windsurfer, sea kayak, snorkelling equipment, water skis, deck shower, deck barbeque, TV and DVD player in saloon and internet onboard.

This gulet has been completely refitted in spring 2014 in order to provide it’s guest the highest cruising experience . Gulet Libra can comfortably accommodate up to 12 persons in it 6 cabins. All the guest cabins of the gulet Libra including 1 master cabin and 5 standard double cabins are modernly furnished  and air conditioned and have private bathroom.

The salon is very spacious and consists of huge seating area and yacht bar and is also air conditioned. The galley is separated.

The deck consist of sun bathing area covered with mattresses, dining area with large table and lounge area with cocktail table and chairs.

Gulet Libra has 4 crew members including the captain, cook and 2 sailors. The Libra crew members are very professional and friendly dedicated completely to their job providing the outstanding level of service on board. Libra provides the ultimate cruising pleasures, even to the most demanding guests.

Libra offers a good selection of recreational equipment and water toys including tender with 90 HP outboard engine, water ski, kayak, wind surf, snorkeling and fishing equipment.

Port and Tourist Taxes

PORT TAXES: Port fees, anchorages, and Tourist taxes are to be paid on spot (in cash), according to actual costs in ports/anchors. The total cost per week depends on the selected itinerary/port costs. It is not obligatory for the yacht to be in the port each night, it can also be anchored, which lowers the mooring fees (approximate cost is between 500 – 1.500 €/week). In the case of the large consumption of water or fuel during the cruise yacht should go to the port to refill.

Non-Mandatory Extras:

Private Marinas:

• If a client wishes to use private marinas the costs can vary from 300 and up to 800 €/night.
• Tips are not included in the price of the charter and are a voluntary way of showing appreciation for a good service. Usually, it is 7% to 15% of the charter price, according to your satisfaction, paid to the captain at the end of the charter and distributed equally by the captain to the rest of the crew.

Additional Motorized Water Sports:

• Libra has water skiing, tube ride, wakeboard, and Ringo ride which is charged 100 €/hour according to clients usage. 

Other Options on request:

• Land transfers, fishing licenses, guided tours, excursions, restaurants, bike rentals, car rentals.

How does the charter agreement work?

Once your chosen yacht has been confirmed, we will send you a standard MYBA or Goolets charter agreement that needs to be signed. If your chosen cruise route requires a different embarking or disembarking place other than the yacht's central harbor, delivery/redelivery fees may apply.

What are the payment terms?

After signing the MYBA or Goolets charter agreement, a deposit of 50% of the total charter cost is required. You can pay the fee via bank transfer or credit card (only Visa or MasterCard). The other 50%, an Advance Provisioning Allowance (if applicable), taxes, positioning fees, and any previously agreed charges are payable via bank transfer eight weeks before departure.

What are the actual operating expenses?

Once you made the final payment of the charter, you pay the Advance Provisioning Allowance (APA). Under MYBA terms, this fee is usually between 30% - 40% of the total charter cost.

This covers the operating expenses of a charter (explained under Charter Terms), such as fuel, food, drinks, port fees, and ad hoc incidentals. The APA is given to the captain before the start of your charter. Some yachts and gulets also offer food/drinks packages which are normally paid in cash during embarkation, while the port taxes are paid during embarkation according to the costs presented by the captain. The Captain ensures that the yacht is fully fuelled and stocked when you step on board. 

While an up-to-date summary of accounts can be requested at any time during your charter, a full set of accounts will normally be submitted by your captain at the end of the cruise. 

In case of surpassing the amount of money already paid during your yacht charter (with the APA), additional funds (in cash) will be required at once. If there is an outstanding balance from the yacht charter, it should be settled in cash or by bank transfer before you disembark. In case of a remaining credit at the end of your charter, you will be fully reimbursed. 

If a transfer by car to and from the yacht is required, it can be arranged either by the charter company or by the yacht’s captain, payment for which will be deducted from your APA.

How can we make your yacht charter personalized?

To ensure a unique and tailor-made charter experience, we will send you a detailed questionnaire eight weeks before you embark on your yacht. You can tell us your group's preferences and special requirements, such as dietary or medical needs, any particular wishes regarding exercise, entertainment, or if you are celebrating a special occasion. 

Are internet and satellite TV connections available onboard?

In case you really need to get some work done during your vacation, no worries. On most yachts, there is mobile broadband internet and satellite TV, so you will stay connected to the rest of the world. Just keep in mind that the service can be limited in some areas (you are in the middle of the sea after all). If you anticipate regular usage of the internet, let us know prior to embarking, as upgrades might be subject to availability and additional fees may apply.

Is smoking allowed onboard?

Smoking is permitted only on the outside decks, and on some yachts, only in dedicated outdoor areas. Please consult our charter brokers for more information. For safety reasons, smoking indoors is strictly prohibited on all yachts.

Are tips for the crew mandatory?

Even though tips are not mandatory, the guests normally extend a gratuity to the devoted crew. The amount depends on the guest's satisfaction, but it is approximately 10% of the charter fee. The tips are equally distributed among all crew members by the captain.

Should I get any insurance?

In case of unforeseen circumstances that might prevent the charter, we highly recommend taking out the Cancellation and Curtailment Insurance to protect the investment. Besides that, the guests should be covered by Personal Accident and Medical Insurance, and their belongings are insured against theft, loss, or damage. Charterers’ Liability insurance is also highly recommended. Contact your broker for further assistance and additional advice regarding the insurance.

How are the charter rates calculated?

Charter rates are estimated weekly. If a charter exceeds seven days, they are calculated pro-rata against the weekly rate divided by seven and multiplied by the number of charter days. Keep in mind that some yachts are only chartered on a weekly (Saturday-Saturday or Sunday-Sunday) basis, especially during the high season.

High and low season rates vary depending on charter locations and types of yachts. The high rates apply to the most popular charter periods (July/August and Christmas/New Year), and to all major events. Low season rates apply to all other periods.

The charter rates on our website are up to date but may be subject to change. 

What are the charter terms?

Most charter rates are based on MYBA Terms, which entail that the yacht is in full commission, with all necessary equipment, properly insured for marine risks, and managed by a crew, whose wages, food, and clothing are the owner’s expense.

All other operating expenses are charged to the charterer and include (but are not limited to): fuel and lubricating oils for the yacht and her tenders; local taxes; pilotage; port, harbor, and marina dues; customs clearance; water and power; personal laundry; all provisions, wines, beers, spirits, soft drinks and consumables for the charterer’s group; shoreside excursions, telecommunication, and internet costs.

Please note that, occasionally, a yacht may offer an alteration on the terms described above. For further information about specific yachts, consult your broker.

Do any other taxes apply?

For charters in European waters, Value Added Tax and delivery costs may be charged on the gross Charter Fee, due to the European Union tax legislation. In other countries, local taxes may also apply. Depending on your chosen charter destination, our brokers will provide any prevalent rates.

Luxury gulet Libra has an impeccable charter reputation as a first rate cruising yacht for private cruises in Croatia. Accommodation on board Libra is laid out to welcome 12 guests in 4 double bed cabins and two master cabins with an additional single bed and a separate entrance. All cabins have en suite bathrooms, air conditioning, offering plenty of comfort and privacy to its guests. The salon features a dining table, leather sofa, chairs, and is predominantly decorated with subtle cream upholstery and polished wood furnishings, creating a restful and pleasant ambiance. On Libra particular attention has been given to the exterior layout which somewhat differs from standard gulets. There is a spacious deck lounge area, an elevated sunbathing area with sun pads and mattresses and a lovely dining area located on the aft deck. Libra is a perfect example of traditional Turkish gulet, refitted and converted in Croatian model in 2014. With 34 meters in length it can accommodates 12 guests in 6 cabins with en-suites. With her experienced and dedicated crew of four, luxurious interior, modern facilities, newest navigation and electrical equipment is well equipped to deliver a memorable gulet charter experience. Rounded lines and wood everywhere will surely add a special touch for you to enjoy your charter around the coast of Dalmatian Islands and towns.

• Personal Cruise Assistant  will find a perfect gulet for you and help you select appropriate itinerary
• Concierge Assistant  will  plan all details regarding your cruise 1 month before the start of your cruise (food, drinks, transfers, detailed itinerary, excursions, celebrations, allergies…)
• Local Representative  is there for you 24/7 during the entire cruise in case you need any additional support (restaurant reservations, excursions, communication with the crew – phone support).

Charter price includes yacht rental, crew, fuel for cruising and  VAT .

Food , beverages and port taxes are charged extra. Port taxes are paid according to itinerary and usage, approximate cost for this is 1.000 €/week.

How is food organized?

Before your departure, You will receive a list of food served on board so you can specify all extra needs you might have or remove any items you do not like. Your cruise assistant will forward all of the group’s wishes, info about allergies, likes and dislikes to the chef on board.

Beverages organization:

• You can buy drinks from the yacht’s bar and pay according to consumption
• All-Inclusive domestic drinks package (Includes Croatia quality wines, beers, spirits, soft drinks, natural and mineral water, coffee, tea, juices): 245 €/person/week
• All-Inclusive domestic drinks package (domestic non-alcoholic drinks, water, carbonated drinks, juices): 105 €/person/week

How are beverages organized?

Before your departure, Your cruise assistant will arrange that all of your favorite drinks are waiting for you in the yacht’s bar. If you decide to buy drinks from the yacht’s bar, you will give a list of drinks you would like to have on board, the crew will get them and sell according to the yacht’s bar price list. The all-Inclusive drinks package includes local alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks; you can bring all foreign brands with you free of charge. If you pay a corkage fee, you will give us the list of drinks you wish to have in the yacht’s bar and we will supply the drinks – you will only cover the supermarket bill.

Crew Information

Gulet Libra has a crew of 4:

Captain : will take you around all the beautiful places and make the trip as safe as possible. He will follow the pre-planned route, created for you by your “ concierge assistant ” if only the weather will allow it.

Chef : Libra is famous for its food and exquisite cuisine. Food is modified according to your taste buds and good planning can make wonders for your cruise.

Deckhand : the right hand of the captain, will make sure the ship is safely moored, your cabins and deck cleaned and everything in order. They will always be around to make sure you get the right wine with your meals, that the table is properly set and cleaned and chilled drinks brought to you, as soon as you get thirsty.

Above mentioned prices DO NOT INCLUDE: Transfers to or from the yacht/hotel/airport, shore excursions, adverse activities (scuba diving, big game fishing, rafting…), national park and park of nature entrances, guided tours, gratuities / tips for the crew.
