We are sure that couples will love this location just as much as they did. The Yacht Classic offers a choice of private beach or decked terrace for the ceremony, both looking out over the bay. The wedding reception will take place alongside the hotels private marina. Renowned for the quality of food and service, this is certainly an extremely elegant and stylish venue to celebrate a marriage.

While our standard ceremony & reception package is listed below to give you a good idea of what's available, many couples want to add some unique touches of their own. NB: The 12 hour wedding day commences at noon with a visit to the hair stylist and barber with the reception concluding at midnight - current Turkish legislation does not permit music to be played at open air venues after midnight. If you would like to continue partying into the small hours we are more than happy to take you to one of the clubs or bars of your choice in the area that remain open - however, having done so, this is where our responsibility ends.

Yacht Classic Hotel in Turkey

Situated right on the waterfront and boasting splendid marina views, the newly renovated and stylish Yacht Classic Hotel offers friendly service and attractively furnished guest rooms in a modern style. Additionally there are five villas with guest rooms comprising a spacious open plan bedroom with living area, bathroom and terrace, plus access to an exclusive outdoor pool shared between the villas.

Breakfast and a la carte dining can be enjoyed al fresco by the waterfront during the summer, and set in the tranquil gardens is a charming outdoor swimming pool with plenty of sunloungers and serviced by a pool bar. In addition, the spa offers a range of massage and beauty treatments as well as a Turkish bath and sauna.

The hotel is an easy 1km walk from restaurants, cafes, bars and shops in Fethiye centre, and just 15 minutes’ walk from the Telmessos ruins and the Lycian Rock Tombs although the nearest beach, Calis, is 3.5km away.

Your Wedding Ceremony will take place at the Yacht Classic Hotel - package is for up to 10 Adults (including Bride & Groom). Additional Guests are charged at £61 per adult and £30 per child (Subject to reconfirmation 3 months prior to your wedding)

• In-resort wedding coordinator to assist with all of the final arrangements

Weddings in 2023 and beyond:

We are taking wedding bookings for 2024 and 2025. Our wedding package prices are confirmed up to the end of  2024, however if your wedding is in 2025 please note that prices are subje ct to an increase of up to 10% and for 2026 weddings please allow up to an increase of 15%. (This is the maximum increase you can expect for you wedding package)

Romantic Beach Wedding in Turkey

Located on Turkey’s Turquoise Coast, the popular port city of Fethiye, known for its natural harbour and sparkling blue waters was the destination Ali and Paul choose for their beach wedding in Turkey. With the help of wedding planners  My Wedding in Turkey by EGG Organisation  the couple planned a relaxed “wedding holiday” for 65 of their friends and family.

We wanted warmth and sunshine, a relaxed atmosphere, good food and drink and value for money. Turkey ticked all of our boxes…

The wedding was held at the gorgeous 5 star seafront Yacht Classic Hotel.  The ceremony took place on the hotel’s private beach followed by a reception overlooking the marina. We are delighted to share the couples wedding story and images which were beautifully captured be  Murat Sarica of Numbeos Photography.

Why a Beach Wedding in Turkey …

We both love Turkey and knew that this would be our wedding destination. We wanted warmth and sunshine, a relaxed atmosphere, good food and drink and value for money. A beach wedding in Turkey ticked all of our boxes as well as being one of our favourite holiday destinations and places to be!

We chose the Yacht Classic Hotel due to the ideal location overlooking the marina and it is not too far from the airport. We also loved the hotel’s style and the service/menu/cost that was offered to us by the hotel. It had a great feel and look, and is a beautiful place for a wedding with no need for many decorations etc.

Wedding Vision…

We wanted a relaxed occasion which didn’t last all day. We wanted an evening of fun and laughter with a ceremony that wasn’t too formal.

Planning…

We used Egg Ltd, who we were recommended to by the hotel. Egg Ltd organised everything for us so all we had to do was make some decisions!

We would recommend Egg Ltd to anyone who wants a stress free wedding. It was so much easier to pay someone else to source/book all the wedding suppliers and make any last minute changes. Totally worth the cost!

The suppliers were all sourced by the wedding planner and were all pretty good. The belly dancer was excellent!

Advantages of having a Wedding Abroad…

It’s an excuse for all guests to have a holiday! The wedding celebrations last more than one day and we got to spend time with many of our closest friends and family away from home for more than one day.

The Biggest Challenges…

I don’t think there were any extra challenges that we wouldn’t have at home except the legal paperwork. The form we had to complete was not easy but only due to the formatting! We also had to apply for a full birth certificate which included our parent’s names. We also had to have our affidavit notarised which was an extra cost and a bit of a pain but nothing major.

The only real disadvantage was the cost of flights and accommodation for our guests and that some older less mobile members of our family were unable to attend.

I wish I had of…

There’s nothing I wish I had known before planning our wedding abroad luckily, as I’d done a lot of research prior to booking, including a pre-booking trip to Turkey to view venues and ask questions (a good excuse for a trip away!).

In hindsight I wish I had discussed my photography more with the photographer prior to the day as I didn’t get a chance to do this properly. Also, I wish I had thought more about the order of the day, timings and ensuring guests had a drink to toast for the speeches! We lost a lot of time due to certain aspects of the day which was a shame.

Extra Activities for Guest…

We both arrange a stag/hen party whilst in Turkey (quad-biking/drinks for the men and lunch for the ladies), as well as pre-wedding drinks the night before the wedding, and a visit to the local waterpark a few days after the wedding. Most guests were staying in the same hotel as us so we were able to spend lots of time with them at dinner, around the pool, on the beach and in the evenings at the bar.

Wedding Ceremony…

Our ceremony took place on a small beach belonging to the Yacht Classic hotel. It commenced at 5pm and started with the Turkish legal part. Following this our Celebrant talked about Paul and I, and about how we met and our strengths as a couple. A close family member then read a poem she’d written herself. We then read our vows which I’d written myself. We incorporated a Turkish traditional red ribbon cutting which our bridesmaids helped with. We finished with exchanging the rings and some final words. We didn’t want a religious element. We wanted it to be informal and light-hearted.

Wedding Reception…

The reception was held in the garden area of the hotel at first, followed by on the hotels’ terrace area over-looking the yachts on the marina. We visited the venue a year prior to the wedding and then a few days before to finalise things. We would certainly recommend this wedding venue as it is smart and beautiful, with professional service and great quality food. It really would impress any guest! Location, food/drink and service were important to us.

Details and Unique Ideas…

I (the bride) made a speech which is not so traditional but really wanted to say some personal thank yous and some words about my husband. I think everyone was pleasantly surprised and enjoyed it. It was nice for my husband too.

The Belly Dancer really got everyone into the party mood. I would definitely recommend some sort of fun entertainment like that – and it was traditional Turkish entertainment.

Favourite Part of the Day…

Bride – It was lovely to spend time with my bridesmaids and my mum at the beauty salon being pampered. I really loved walking down the aisle and reading my vows/exchanging rings. Standout moments – Belly dancer, first dance, dancing with my friends and family. Walking down the aisle and saying my vows was probably my most standout moment though.

Groom – Seeing the venue on the wedding day prior to the ceremony, and watching people arrive and seeing their reactions to the venue. Being able to see the last minute preparation being completed. Standout moment   – Watching our children and Ali walking down the aisle!

Bride: Ivory wedding dress from wed2b, fresh flowers from salon for my hair, silver sandals from Quiz, Pandora bracelet and Swarovski crystal stud earrings.

Wedding dress: Travel box which I took as my hand luggage in the cabin (wasn’t very sturdy so wouldn’t buy this again).

Online booking based service website and company will be referred to as "Service Provider". The passenger whose name is provided in the online reservation will be referred to as "Customer", together with the other passengers he represents in the same reservation.

This contract is made between the “Service Provider” and the “Customer. The service that the “Service Provider” is taken by creating a reservation registration, and the contents of the service is provided in details on the related pages of the website.

3- Duration of Contract

This contract of business; from the moment the reservation has been approved by the "Service Provider", the reservation shall be terminated upon the execution of the transfer service at the date and time of service indicated by "Customer" on the reservation.

4- Payment and Invoice Information

4.A- Cash Payment in the Vehicle

If cash payment option is selected at the time of booking, "Customer" is obliged to pay the service fee at the time of receiving the service.

The invoice will be delivered in the vehicle if the invoice demand is stated in the Note section of the reservation form.

5- The Procedure of Cancellation, Change and Return

• "Customer" shall be entitled to a full refund of the service fee if he / she cancels the service more than 24 hours prior to commencement of service.
• "Customer" will be refunded 75% of the service fee if he / she wants to cancel the service 12-24 hours prior to commencement of service.
• "Customer" will be refunded 50% of the service fee if he wants to cancel the service 1-12 hours prior to commencement of service.
• "Customer" shall not be refunded for cancellations made 1 hour prior to commencement of service or in the absence of service. However, a 50% discount is applied for the next transfer request for one way. (In order to be able to apply the discount, "Customer" must inform about the cancellation of the past reservation in the Note section of the new transfer order.)

6- General provisions

The Service Provider will try to divert a different vehicle when the transfer cannot take place due to obstacles to the provision of the service (traffic accidents, traffic jam, mechanical failure, weather disturbance, security precautions, etc.), and the "Customer" will be given status information. If the vehicle cannot be provided, the full service charge will be refunded and a 50% discount will be applied on the one way fare of the next transfer order.

All passengers receiving the transfer service are insured and in case of a possible accident or injury, the health expenses are covered within the limits provided by the insurance policy.

7- Validity

This contract is made up of 7 main items and, if necessary, shall be drawn up in two copies and signed by the parties. In case of disputes arising from the contract, the provisions of the Law 4925 on Road Transportation shall be applied. .... Court and executive offices are authorized for the dispute arising from this agreement. I declare that I have read and agreed to the terms of the contract on behalf of the person (s) and / or my name (s) on the booking form. This statement is valid even if the reservation has been executed and / or accepted by someone else instead of myself. I declare that I have read and understand all of the provisions stated in the Service Contract and "Terms and Conditions" pages, which is organized for our name as the “Customer”, the responsibility of the correctness of my information on the booking form I have sent, the Road Transport Law No. 4925, and the information on the website of the “Service Provider”.

Amadeus Description

Built by the famous Dynamique Yachts shipyard, and having undergone a total refit in 2018, S/Y Amadeus was designed to please the most demanding of yachtsmen. Built for smooth sailing, this elegant cutter rigged sloop has a sleek hull design, comfortably reaching top speeds of 12 knots and ensuring excellent sailing performance. S/Y Amadeus has just undergone this past winter (2018) a major refit such as total repaint top to bottom, new rigging (BSI Denmark), Novourania with new Evinrude 75hp outboard, Splash pool, new Bimini/Sprayhood/Awnings, new exterior fabrics and many other enhancements. In 2016 new “North Sails” were placed onboard. The yacht is maintained in excellent condition with a five-star crew year round. Her generous uncluttered teak deck offers plenty of space for sunbathing. The spacious and unique outdoor saloon has two tables seating upto 12 guests and is a perfect setting for outdoor dining and entertainment. Thanks to a special canopy and roll-up windows, the deck saloon has the added attraction that it can be fully enclosed, making it ideal for all weather conditions. Her forward area includes a splash pool and sun bathing area which can also be shaded with a removable awning. From the cockpit, a stairway leads to the light-filled spacious saloon offering ample seating, ideal for relaxing or enjoying a drink from the bar, and offers a formal dining area. This area also includes a LCD TV, entertainment center, ipod dock station, playstation, and is ideal for indoor activities. She can accommodate 10-12 guests in one full width master stateroom, two double bedded cabins each having one extra single bed and two twin bedded cabins which can be easily converted to double beds (upon request), thus, making her the only 5 double bedded sailboat in the Greek market. She also has a nice selection of toys which include water ski (adult and children), tubes, inflatable canoes, wakeboard, fishing rod and snorkeling gear.

CAPTAIN - Harry Fotopoulos Captain Harry is a graduate of the Merchant Marine Academy and holds a Captain Class A’ Diploma. He also holds a Canadian Commercial Pilot license class B, sailing and speedboat license. He has over 15 years of experience onboard many types of Charter Yachts. He holds Certificates in GMDSS, Fire Fighting & First Aid, Personal Safety, Life Saving, and Ship Security. He has a great knowledge of the Greek islands and will navigate guests to remarkable destinations. During his one season on board he showed great leadership skills and received positive feedback from all guests. He is calm yet very outgoing and speaks very good English. DECKHAND - Konstantinos Santas CHIEF STEWARDESS - Mirella Davint Mirella has 8+ years of experience as a stewardess onboard charter and private yachts. She has a very pleasant personality and she aims to accommodate her guests to the fullest. Comments received from previous guests are memorable. This will be Mirella’s eighth season onboard. Mirella speaks English and she is 38 years old. ENGINEER - Stelios Mandos Stelios holds an Engineer Class B’ Diploma from the Greek Merchant Marine Academy as well as a Sailor’s License. He has over 15 years of experience onboard Ocean-Going Vessels and Charter Yachts. His hobbies include spearfishing and sailing. He speaks good English. Stelios is 45 years old, married with two children. CHEF - Thanasis Kiritsis Thanasis is 39 years old and has worked as a chef for more than 20 years in numerous hotels restaurants, yachts and resorts including owning his own pastry shop / bakery for 5 years. Thanasis looks forward to welcoming his guests on board and introducing them to his culinary world. He speaks good English and Greek. He is a young chef full of energy, skills and passion towards his job. We are confident that he will serve his guests unforgettable flavors. ASSISTANT STEWARDESS - Anastasia Yurash Anastasia is 31 years old and has been in the yachting industry since 2021. Her working experience includes 7 years as a housekeeper and assistant stewardess. Anastasia speaks very good English. One of Anastasia’s strongest attributes is her appetite for work. She is also very sociable, welcoming and looks forward to having guests on board S/Y Amadeus. Her hobbies include Latin dancing, snowboard and yoga.

The en-suite bath includes a shower and separate large bath. Two double cabins with additional single bunks situated forward. Two twin cabins situated aft. A General Description of Sailing Yacht AMADEUS

AMADEUS was previously registered as project/yacht name Amadeus 1er. This 33 metre (109 ft) luxury yacht was built by Dynamique Yachts in 1991. Sailing Yacht AMADEUS is a well proportioned superyacht. The yacht is a modern sloop with a cutter rig. The naval architecture office whom authored the design work on this ship was Philippe Briand. Luxury yacht AMADEUS is a quality yacht that is able to accommodate as many as 12 guests on board and has a total of 5 crew members.

Sailing yacht AMADEUS was built by the famous Dynamique Yachts shipyard .The yacht features superb sailing characteristics which are complimented by her spacious interior and abundant deck space. Sailing sloop AMADEUS can accommodate 10 passengers in five cabins. With one large master stateroom and four additional cabins which are all air conditioned and have en suite bathrooms. She also has two separate salons and a full dining room. The aft deck is fully covered with seating. The fore deck has an unique pool on deck and swimming in the sea is made accessible by a large swim aft platform.

The Construction & Naval Architecture relating to Luxury Yacht AMADEUS

Philippe Briand was the naval architect firm involved in the formal nautical design work for AMADEUS. Also the company Philippe Briand skillfully collaborated on this undertaking. In 1991 she was actually launched to triumph in Marans and following sea trials and final completion was afterwards passed on to the yacht owner. Dynamique Yachts completed their new build sailing yacht in France. A reasonable proportion is brought about with a maximum beam (width) of 7.5 metres / 24.6 feet. With a 3.6m (11.8ft) draught (maximum depth) she is reasonably deep. The material composite was used in the building of the hull of the sailing yacht. Her superstructure above deck is built with the use of composite. Over the deck of AMADEUS she is 32.7 (107.3 ft) in length. In 2004 extra refitting and modernisation was also finished.

Engines & Speed For S/Y AMADEUS:

She is driven by twin screw propellers. The main engine of the ship gives 375 horse power (or 276 kilowatts). She is equiped with 2 engines. The combined thrust for the boat is therefore 750 HP / 552 KW.

Her master cabin features a walk around king bed, desk/vanity, and en-suite bathroom. Additionally, there are two guest cabins each with a queen bed convertible to two twins, and two guest cabins each with a queen bed and twin bed. Each guest cabin has an en-suite.

Her main salon has a spacious, contoured conversational area, along with a large, flatscreen T.V. The aft deck features al fresco dining with Bimini top. Up on deck there are sun pads and a splash pool for you and your guests to enjoy.

Watersports offered include a 15 foot tender with 75hp engine, water skis for adults and children, tube, wakeboard, kayak, fishing gear, snorkeling gear, and rendezvous diving.

Sailing yacht AMADEUS is a stunning 110 ft yacht available for charter in Greece. With a clean, spacious teak deck and a unique outdoor saloon that can seat up to 12 guests across two tables, it’s the perfect place for outdoor dining and entertainment. The deck saloon can also be enclosed with a special canopy and roll-up windows, making it suitable for use in all weather conditions. At the front of the boat, there’s a splash pool and sunbathing area with a removable awning for shade.

Inside the boat, a staircase from the cockpit leads to a well-lit and roomy saloon area with plenty of seating, including a formal dining area, bar, LCD TV, entertainment center, iPod dock station, and Playstation. Sailing Yacht AMADEUS can accommodate 10-12 guests in five large cabins, including a full-width master stateroom and two double cabins, each with an extra single bed. The two twin cabins can also be converted to doubles upon request, making her the only sailboat on the Greek market with five double beds.

To add to the fun, sailing yacht AMADEUS also comes with a range of water toys, including adult and children’s water skis, tubes, inflatable canoes, wakeboard, fishing rod, and snorkeling gear. She was built by Dynamique Yachts in 1996 and underwent a refit in 2014/2018.

Accomodation is offered for 10 -12 guests in 5 spacious cabins: Master cabin forward features a double bed, vanity unit and generous storage facilities, as well as audio/visual entertainment. The en-suite includess a large bath tub, shower and separate WC. Two identical double cabins with additional single bunks situated forward. Two identical double cabins situated aft which can be convertible to twins. (Total 5 double beds) All cabins with en suite facilities and audio/visual entertainment.

A professional crew of 5-6 members are accommodated in separate quarters.

Charter the AMADEUS

AMADEUS is a 110-foot sailing yacht that can accommodate ten to twelve passengers in five staterooms as follows: a spacious Owner’s stateroom with a double bed, a vanity and an entertainment unit including TV, DVD and music system; two cabins with a double bed and an additional single bed; two cabins with two twin beds each. All staterooms have en suite bathrooms, a TV, DVD and CD player. There are two separate salons onboard as well as a full dining room. The aft deck is fully covered and has seating for all guests to dine in the open air. Forward of the cockpit is a lovely cushioned area for sunning and an unusual pool is found in the fore of the yacht. Swimming in the sea is made accessible by the large swim aft platform.

In the Moscow region there is a small cozy town Elektrostal. Its sights for the most part have no historical value due to the fact that the city has a relatively small history. Today the population of the city is 158 thousand people. Until the beginning of the 20th century there were several small workers' settlements here. After the opening of the electrometallurgical and equipment factories, the place began to be called the natural boundary of Calm. In 1925, the station was named Elektrostal, and the rapid increase in population allowed the village to receive the status of a city.

The founder of the city is a prominent Russian industrialist Nikolai Vtorov. It was he who opened the plant here, creating, in fact, a city-forming enterprise that is still operating. In Soviet times, it was a closed facility, and it was not easy to get to work here.

The appearance of the historical and art museum made it possible for residents and guests of the city to learn a lot of useful information about their native land, the formation of the production process, and the difficult years of the war. The exposition consists of paintings by local artists, historical artifacts, household items, documents, books and much more. The collection is updated regularly. It also hosts outdoor exhibitions, which are always popular with the townspeople.
