If you're Yacht captain or owner seeking professional crew members or a crew professional seeking an employment position, this is pretty good place to go. What makes it good and somewhat different is its departure from the traditional crew agent form of hiring or seeking positions to that of a web base allowing direct contact. You'll also find that the data base contains employees seeking other marine related positions besides crew such as ship yard work & etc. As a tip for those seeking professional crews or posting resumes is to get yourself a professional looking email address. Things like [email protected] or [email protected] are either not going to get you very far or worse, end you up where you probably shouldn't be.
