We always feel welcome in the common areas which is important to us

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and the breakfast had a nice variety..

Everything was top of the line. Comfortable room, nice pool, great breakfast, competent cheerful staff, and great location for our needs.

Very clean, well maintained, friendly staff, nice pool and hot tub. Updated rooms.

All in all, a really good option for driving through on I-80. Beds were very clean. A lot of perfomative cleaning for COVID. I appreciate that my remote control was sanitized and wrapped in plastic, but it would have been nice if the crusty toothpaste from the last person had been cleaned out of the sink.

Overall a good visit. One item to note: at other Hampton Inns, the breakfast was heated up or at least edible. Here, we received the bagged breakfast, started driving, and then realized that we had frozen breakfast sandwiches. (It might be good to let visitors know that they need to heat the food up themselves). Besides that, very good visit.

Probably one of my least favorite Hampton inn properties that I've stayed at. Room is super cramped and what ever lighting they are using in the room is not relaxing it's super bright white lights. Hotels empty tonight it appears based on the parking lot and did not get an upgrade as a Hilton Diamond member.

Even though it looks like the parking is ample there are reservation guest who have already or will be arriving and rooms must be saved. We apologize you did not care for the size of your room and also that you felt there was not enough lighting. CAUTION! CHILDREN AND ANIMALS! Found half a capsule on the floor of Prozac which made my kitties sick. wtf. I'm thouroghly disgusted. unacceptable. manager blamed me and straight out said I put it there. MY TWO CATS HAD EATEN HALF A PILL FOUND IN FLOOR Hotel manager is absolutely rude and didn't care at all. please be careful everyone. the whole place was dirty as well. my main concern is the pill eaten by my cat. if this can save someone from the emotional anxiety we have had to go through and/or save a small child thank God. please please please beware

Providing our guests with a safe and enjoyable experience is of extreme importance to us. If necessary we will be addressing your concerns.

The renovations are complete and the hotel was very clean and well managed. The day shift manager was super friendly and really helpful picking a room that worked with our pet. We had a great nights rest and a nice breakfast in the morning. The hotel is in a convenient location near I-80 as well as several nearby restaurants. The price was very high for what it was - $185 is a little high for what was offered. This may have been driven by the high occupancy rate, not sure.

This roadside hotel rocks for being out of the city. Rooms are spacious, clean, and tastefully renovated. Check-in was prompt, smooth, and friendly (even late at night). Even the standard hotel breakfast is a notch above (protein, eggs, yogurt, TWO kinds of waffles, various other carb options (cereal, toast, bread, bagels). Free water upon check-in is available at the counter if you need a bottle -- I also happened to have massive back pain and the front desk was able to provide me some emergency ibuprofen free of charge! Will definitely stay here again should I need to be in Joliet!

I have to give an early review. We haven't checked out yet but the experience so far has been super great. So let me set this up. We came into town because of some immediate and unexpected business that came up. So this was a last minute trip, and we've never stayed in Joliet before. All I know about Joliet is from my childhood, so I was curious as to how this would work for us aside from cutting our drive time down a bit. Well I have to say, I am impressed and will likely stay in Joliet again. And...in this vicinity; near Joliet Junior College. There are other places of hospitality in the area along with local eateries and gas...everything truly is right here at your disposal. But!!! when it comes to how the Hampton Inn has served us up...the service has been tremendously welcoming and energizing. We all know that last minute travel for business is no fun. But when I tell you every staff person we encountered has met us with such energy it was like we were being greeted with song, and every shift change had another staff person singing the same song. I can tell you this...during long weeks and unexpected business needs if the hospitality team is going to greet me with songs of energy and welcome, I'm coming back. This location offered complimentary muffins and fresh fruit for breakfast. They even had some bagged up for folks who were hurrying out of the door. On top of that, what I understood was, if I asked for yogurt or boiled eggs they'd provide it. They also offered all day coffee and teas, fresh fruit and individual bottled water and microwave popcorn. Now, because of the pandemic, housekeeping is limited on being in your space during your stay but we were only gonna be in town for two nights, so that was no big deal for us. Besides, everything was fully stocked so there was no need for additional toiletries or towels. I am so glad we stayed here...and I encourage you to do the same. Thanks to Jess, Michelle, Rosalee!! You guys are the beat. Ummm...and Ms Nina, these ladies need a raise! There amazing!!!

Main Guest Entrance

Sooooooo irritating. This place sucks. Charged me $3500 a full two months before I ever stayed a night. Spent 2 hours on the phone trying to get them to refund/cancel unsuccessfully. I am a Hilton Diamond member... what happened to free cancellations within 24 hours of stay? Let alone 2 months before. I show up and this is the oldest/ worst Hampton Inn I've ever seen. By far. The entire hotel smells bad and everything is dated. Yet the price wouldn't suggest that.

I stayed here for two nights during my Illinois Route 66 trip. This helped me not to worry about staying anywhere near Chicago and not so far from there. Though the hotel is right off the Interstate (80), it is away from the hustle and bustle from the cities, especially Joliet. Not too far from the I-55 intersection, which is convenient for many. A few good restaurants are nearby. The hotel experience was great. Everything was clean and tidy, as was the pool area. Unlike some of the other hotels during Covid-19, they provided a sack breakfast. Every staff member was friendly, and nothing to complain about. Would stay here again if ever in the neighborhood!

I'm so impressed with this hotel. The service has been amazing. Jess at the front desk is friendly, offers to assist beyond what's expected, and obviously loves her job. The rooms were clean, housekeeping friendly/timely, and breakfast had lots of choices! We really enjoyed our stay and will make this our go to when in the area. Enjoy!

Bed bug on my pillow! They captured the bug and offered to move me to a new room. Also offered to heat all my belongings. Staff was courteous but this is hard to overcome.

Convenient spot on high way. Reasonable price. Very clean. Friendly staff. Actually quiet being so close to hi way. Decent snacks for breakfast.
