This apartment Complex is like a College Dormitory. Management shows up just for a pay check. and complains about residents coming into the office too much to follow up on an incomplete work order. Carol Lee the landlord, will intimidate you (the resident) to deal with the issue yourself. Roaches are everywhere (literally) Mike the maintenance man plays games while on the job in his car. the Corporate offices build cases behind a frustrated resident's back. The Roaches are completely ignored as not Important by the landlord (Carol Lee) and will literally tell you come back later I'm busy. The gates at the Yacht Club apartments are always broken, and management is oblivious to the fact that Roaches are out of control, that the gates are broken. they play the "pick and Choose" card and get annoyed and show it when they don't want to spend time and money into doing something right. But they have money to constantly upgrade the club house every year. and have a stainless steel oven, microwave overhead, and premium refrigerator. They don't care, Management takes advantage of people with Aspergers in which I have.

Love living here. Great location, easy access to highways, tons of restaurants in walking distance, and quite. Office staff is always willing to do what they can to asset in any need you have. Tottaly worth looking at.

There are more shady things at this apartment complex than the trees. The manager and the females he has working the front desk area are unprofessional. And each time you come to the office to get help the female is dazed and confused about anything pertaining to doing their job. They spout inaccuracies and when they are pressed for facts they make it up as they go along. The management is incompetent, unethical and negligent. They will try to bill for bogus charges. When challenged about the legitimacy, the manager screams and makes derogatory remarks at me in front of other people or tenants in the office. I'm still traumatized by my encounter with the two people I faced in the management office.
