Turkey Gulet Kayhan 8 is a traditional Turkish motorsailor based in Fethiye Harbour. The gulet was originally built with 10 cabins however the owner completely refitted the gulet in 2008 . Kayhan 8 has now been redesigned with only 6 cabins to offer guests more spacious accommodations. Her new configuration includes two master suites and four double cabins, all with private ensuite bathrooms and air conditioning.

Port taxes and mooring fees in Turkish territorial waters, transitlog, yacht insurance, fuel fee for 4 hours daily cruise time, cleaning and staff service are included in the price.

Food and drinks, port taxes and mooring fees in Greek territorial waters, fuel fees for cruising longer than 4 hours per day, fuel fees for water sports and land tours, VAT are not included in the price.

When your tour details become clear, we confirm the boat between the dates you specify in accordance with availability by receiving 50% prepayment. The remaining payment can be made when you arrive on the boat before the Tour starts.

Boarding time is at 15.00 (03.00 PM) in all our tours. Departure from the boat is 09:30 AM after breakfast on the last day. After that, the boat is prepared for our next tour guests. Bookings are usually taken from Saturday to next Saturday. On other days, boarding and landing are covered by ask&sell. You can contact Charter by Dorist team for detailed information.

Start and finish the tour from different regions are covered by ask&sell. If the previous tour finish location and the next tour start location are available to start and finish the tour in different regions, you can start or finish the tour from different ports for an additional fee. Yes, we can. If you have a request for a special menu or a special diet menu, you must inform us in writing at least 2 weeks before the tour date.

All our yachts are covered by insurance. It cover 3 individuals to a certain limit. Our guests who wish can make their own personal health and travel insurance.

Passports belonging to our guests who will participate in foreign tours must cover at least one month after the end of the tour. Our guests must have visas and health insurance that will be valid for tours. All documents must be fully approved and transmitted to us before the date of the tour. All documents that may be required during foreign tours are our guests' own responsibility.

There is no need for crewed sail charters. But on sailboats that are allowed to rent without a crew, it is mandatory to submit the license document at the time of booking.

The tip rate is usually between 5% and 10% of the tour price. Tips are given to the captain to be evenly distributed among the staff team.

We recommend buying small suitcases to take up little space in cabins or soft bags to be practical. You can also buy a swimsuit, clothes that you can relax in, and cardigans for evenings that can be cool.

Yes, you can join private yacht charters with your baby.

It depends on the state of the obstacle. But cabin toilets are not suitable for wheelchair use, as the boat's internal and external stairs are narrow. We ask our disabled guests to inform us of their special status at the time of booking.

According to the rules, pets are not allowed on our boats.

Smoking is not allowed in closed areas inside the boat; in the hall and cabins. Our guests who smoke can drink in the open area.

A  gulet  ( Turkish pronunciation:  [ɡuˈlet] ) is a traditional design of a two-masted or three-masted wooden sailing vessel (the most common design has two masts) from the  southwestern coast  of Turkey, particularly built in the coastal towns of  Bodrum  and  Marmaris ; although similar vessels can be found all around the eastern  Mediterranean . Today, this type of vessel, varying in size from 14 to 35 metres, is popular for tourist charters. For considerations of crew economy, diesel power is now almost universally used and many are not properly rigged for sailing.

We offer full board accommodation for your yacht charter. You can choose between standard, luxury or deluxe menus and pay between 35 and 75 Euros per person per day.

You can supply your alcoholic beverages or you can order us.

All service is provided by boat staff.

Most of the gulets are rented on a WEEKLY basis from Saturday to Saturday, especially during high season (June-July-August-September). Smaller gulets with lower capacity can be rented for shorter periods. In May and October, which is called the Low Season, charters can be done for any period.

The time of boarding is after 3.00 pm on Saturdays and disembarkation is by 10.00 am following Saturday.

If you wish to exercise your right to cancel the reservation, the following cancellation conditions apply, depending on the date interval in between approving and canceling a charter agreement;

a) If cancellation is done 90 days prior to arrival, the deductible will be 20% of the total charter price  

b) If cancellation is done between 89 and 30 days or less prior to arrival, the deductible will be 50% of the total charter price

c) If cancellation is done 29 days or less prior to arrival, 100% of the total charter price will be required

Description.

This 30 m long gulet was built in 1997 , and renovated in 2010 . She is docked in Ece Marina, Turkey.

Kayhan 8 can accommodate 12 guests in 6 cabins. A shower and 6 toilets are available on board.

5 crew members are on hand to ensure guests' comfort.

An ice maker, coffee machine, dishwasher and a freezer supplement the standard kitchen equipment.

In hot weather, guests will benefit from air conditioning and a generator .

Sailing is great fun on this gulet as kayak and snorkel sets are included in the price.

Besides the outdoor dining area, sun pads are also prepared on the deck.

This gulet is operated by the charter company Alesta Yachting.
