We will navigate southward, passing by the bustling Port of Wilmington, en route to the scenic vistas of Southport, Oak Island, and Bald Head Island. Should conditions permit, our exploration may extend towards the Cape Fear River's mouth, where the river meets the sea.

As we make our return, our path will take us by the serene Pelican Island, a sanctuary for migratory pelicans and a diverse array of exotic birds. This protected, uninhabited island offers a unique glimpse into the region's thriving avian life. Our course will also grant us views of two historic lighthouses, standing as sentinels over the river's rich history. The journey promises opportunities to witness dolphins and an assortment of exotic wildlife in their natural habitat, amidst the tranquil beauty of various uninhabited islands.

Our Cape Fear River cruise is offered starting at $720. This 4-hour cruise accommodates up to 6 passengers to maintain an intimate and personalized atmosphere. This cruise can be extended for an additional fee of $180 per hour.

With all of the amenities and comforts of home, this luxury yacht has all of the positives of boating with none of the drawbacks. Ample room, comfortable beds, a well appointed kitchen, 3 bathrooms, 5 beds (2 queen beds and 3 single beds) and a living room mean you and your guests will have a private, comfortable and luxurious stay.

With a perfect location that's walking distance from downtown, the  amphitheater, and convention center, all while being a short drive from Wrightsville Beach, means you'll experience everything that Wilmington has to offer while having a luxurious  and private stay.

Overnight stays include only the yacht and the amenities/systems on it, but if you decide to charter or cruise with us then many things are already included, like the Captain, fuel, docking, all safety equipment, a floating dock, 4 paddle boards, ice, water and soft drinks.

What options do you offer?

We offer 2, 4, 6 and 8 hour cruises/charters as well as local overnight charters, destination overnight charters, and overnight stays at our dock which is conveniently located in walking distance to the bars and restaurants downtown. 

Where can I view pricing?

Most of our prices can be found by clicking this link , with the exception of our overnight bookings. We offer overnight bookings at the dock and on charter, and both of those options we quote out depending on your itinerary. Please email us through the contact form on the site or at [email protected] to learn more.

What itineraries can we do?

We have a number of itineraries available for you to choose from, and we will recommend some to you depending on the time of year and day which your cruise is, the predicted weather, and how long you book the yacht for. Some sample itineraries are a sunset cruise, a yacht party next to a nearby private island, a day trip to Bald Head Island, a yacht party at Masonboro Inlet, a cruise along Wrightsville Beach, or multiple day trips to Myrtle Beach, Ocracoke, Charleston and beyond.

​What do I need to bring?

Guests should bring any alcohol or food they'd like to eat, we should have just about everything else like all necessary safety equipment, the crew, etc. Soft drinks, water and ice are included and already onboard.  

When should I arrive?

​We recommend arriving about 15 minutes prior to your departure time so that you can get settled and receive your safety briefing before we depart.

What if I have more than 13 people?

While the Coast Guard does not allow us to carry more than 13 guests at sea, we absolutely can have a dock party with more than 13 guests. While we won't be able to leave the dock, you can still party the night away on a yacht!

What's Included?

All bookings include fuel, docking fees, the cost of the captain, his mate, and full use of the yacht and its water toys which include 2 kayaks, 2 paddle boards, a floating dock, music throughout the boat and free internet, YoutubeTV and Netflix. If you hire the chef or hostess, their services and food will be included as well.

What's NOT Included?

The price online does NOT include tax, gratuity,  or alcohol. Food is not included unless you hire the chef. Lastly, we do not have any decorations onboard so please bring any decorations you wish to put up depending on your occasion.

Can we choose the time of our charter or cruise?  

Yes, absolutely! Any time that you want to leave and return, we can make that happen!

​What's NOT allowed?

While we want you to have the most amazing time aboard our beautiful yacht, a few things are strictly forbidden such as: Unsupervised Dock parties with more than the approved number of persons, sleeping more than 7 people onboard overnight, smoking, drugs, fireworks and flushing anything besides toilet paper down the toilets. 

​Where do I park and how much is it?

Complimentary parking is included and you will park in the Port City Marina parking. If there is a parking attendant there, let them know that you're there for a Carolina Yacht Charters cruise.  

Are children and kids allowed?

While children and kids are allowed, please know that boats do present a safety risk to our kiddos. They must always wear a live preserver and should never be allowed outside without direct adult supervision.

What Add-Ons Are Available?

We have a number of things available to add on to your experience! All options must be quoted out depending on your party size and the length of your trip. Add-Ons include:

A chef, with all food included

A hostess to serve you and make drinks (included when you book the chef)

YACHT SOURCE IS FULLY BOOKED FOR THE 2024 Charter SEASON

Yacht Source provides year-round charters with options to cruise the waterways, plan day trips to specific locations, and host private events such as bachelor parties, engagements, birthdays, corporate events, and any other special occasion where you want to have fun on the water in first class style.  Our fleet is made up of Blue Bonnet II, a 65’ Sea Ray Luxury Yacht, as well as Baby Bonnet, a 31’ Sea Ray SLX. Both are located at Sea Path Yacht Club in Wrightsville Beach, NC. We can host up to one charterer and 12 passengers for a total of 13 on either vessel, not including the First Mate and Captain. We look forward to setting sail with you shortly.

Memory Maker Charters are perfect for a special occasion, sunset cruise, or half day/full day adventure to the local islands and beaches only accessible by private boat! With 2 boats to choose from, you can pick the perfect vessel for your needs!  The 46 Ft yacht is amazing and has all the features of a luxury vessel, but at a reasonable rental rate!  Features include a head (bathroom), a full galley (kitchen), AC, bow sun pad, swim platform, and a huge upper level flybridge with spectacular views!  The 23 Ft center console is a smaller boat, but with plenty of comfortable seating for everyone in your group.  This boat is perfect size for pulling up to the beach, taking a swim, or stopping for a picnic or romantic stroll on an unihabited island!

If you want to play in the water, we also offer paddleboards, snorkel gear, and a giant floating mat to chill on! Some refreshments are included and multiple coolers are available for any drinks and food you want to bring.  There is no better way to make memories and experience what this special area has to offer than by boat! Our trip with Cpt. Thompson was everything we could’ve asked for! Not too familiar with the area, Cpt. Thompson was knowledgeable and super helpful taking us around each of the local islands, touring us around and telling us all about them. We island hopped and enjoyed ourselves with some awesome weather. He was super helpful and professional hopping between the islands and letting us all enjoy the bachelor trip we were down for - We even ran a little over time at no extra cost! Can’t recommend Cpt. Thompson enough - Great time! Will be booking again

Our group had the best time with Kraig! Kraig was very informative and helpful. His yacht is beautiful, and immaculately maintained. We enjoyed 6 wonderful hours on the water. Kraig even brought out water toys when we lowered anchor for a while. We will definitely re-book with Kraig on our next trip to the Wrightsville beach area.

Reggie was absolutely AMAZING!!! We have done a lot of charters and this was by far the best. Our original day to go out was cancelled due to weather and Reggie went out of his way to reschedule for another day. The boat was great, clean and beautiful. He even had a grill on board! We were able to cook steaks, chicken, hot dogs and more! 5 stars all around!! We cannot wait to rebook with Reggie! A great captain and host.

We had an amazing experience chartering Kraig's boat this past weekend! Kraig, the owner and captain, was incredibly kind and communicative throughout the entire process, making us feel safe and well-informed. The boat itself was pristine and incredibly spacious, providing us with a comfortable and enjoyable day on the water. Highly recommend Kraig's charter services for anyone looking for a top-notch boating experience!

AMAZING! Reggie is professional while friendly and truly interested in us as people. We made wonderful memories and even saw a couple of dolphins playing in the water. His boat was clean and had all of the amenities we needed to make us comfortable. Definitely will charter with Reggie again!

Yes! Listing a boat is completely free. We only take a commission when your boat is rented. We only make money when you do!

What if I'm not comfortable having a renter drive my boat?

If you are not comfortable having a renter drive your boat, we have an expansive network of licensed and experienced captains. Once your boat is listed, you can filter through our network of captains and favorite captains in your area that you would like to operate your boat.
