Location, location, location! Our extra large 5th floor, penthouse layout condo faces the Gulf of Mexico overlooking the most beautiful emerald green waters you could imagine. The views are amazing – the best views not only in the building, but possibly all of Destin! The direct ocean front views are seen from our living room, kitchen, family room and all 3 bedrooms as well as both of our over-sized balconies. Watch the yachts and dolphin go by. We close to both gulf and pass beaches.

Our Marina and optional slip is on property. Our slip will hold a wave runner or boat up to 35 ft  either in the lift or docked on the other half of our 70" slip. There are other slips available up to 60' for rent as well. Water taxi pick up service is available for easy travel to many restaurants, bars, and watersport activities on the harbor. You can even get a ride to Crab Island! You are in the middle of EVERYTHING!!!

Our spectacular condo is located at 100 Gulf Shore Drive, Destin, FL 32541. We are the last building on Holiday Isle and so have uninterrupted views of the gulf and East Pass. Our condo is on the 5th floor of a 6 story building.

Our extra large (2200 sq ft) condo faces the ocean rather than the less private harbor and the views are simply amazing – the best views in the building. The direct ocean front views are seen from our living room, kitchen, family room and all 3 bedrooms as well as both of our over-sized balconies.

Our completely renovated condo includes all the conveniences of home – we have gone the extra mile to make sure we provide you with everything you need to make this your best beach trip ever!

Our open concept main living area provides you with ocean views from all angles. We designed our kitchen with entertaining in mind including an extra large breakfast bar with seating for 8, granite counters, custom cabinets, tray ceiling, travertine back splash, stainless appliances, Hansgrohe faucet and many extras including electric kettle, Kurig Cafe w/Frother, toaster oven and upscale gourmet cookware. Our large dining area includes solid teak seating for 8 as well as a dry bar storage area with wine rack. The condo bedrooms are furnished in the Tommy Bahama Carribean style with a Mid Century West Indies feel in the common areas. All with upgraded furnishings. It is the most luxurious accomodations in East Pass Towers.

In our living room relax on our extra large sectional in order to take in the ocean view or enjoy the oversized LED flatscreen TV. Great for watching sports or late night movies with the family. Walk out onto Balcony 1 with gulf views and the pool area below which also has community gas grills. An additional seating area is provided in the family room area adjoining the kitchen. This area also has an LED flatscreen TV w/ Sonos Sound Bar, gorgeous ocean views and walk-out access to Balcony 2.

The master bedroom and 2nd bedroom both have king sized beds and there is a queen bed in the 3rd bedroom. There is also a queen sized sleeper sofa in the family room – the condo can easily sleep 8. All bedrooms have luxury mattresses, anti-allergy duvets and LED TVs. Blu-ray DVD players are also provided in the living room, family room, master-bedroom and bedroom 2. We have also provided free wireless internet access.

The master bathroom has a walk-in tiled shower stall, separate tub, and 2 sinks. The guest bathroom includes has an oversized walk-in tiled shower and 2 sinks. There is also an additional half bathroom.

Enjoy incredible views from either of our 2 large balconies. Each is furnished with a table and 6 bar height chairs and additional lounge chairs (4 total).

Our condo also includes our own laundry room which houses a full size washer and dryer as well as an additional refrigerator for storing extra drinks or food for your vacation..

East Pass Towers is the signature property of the Destin Harbor and is a private gated community on the end of the island making it a peaceful retreat while being close to the attractions of Destin. Our building includes a heated oceanfront pool, hot tub, private beach, and outdoor grilling area.

Immediately adjoining our building you can take a walk in the sand to watch the pelicans and herons or take a swim in the ocean. Longer walk/jog trail starts at the front of our building and take you to the miles of sugar white sand of the main Destin beach.

Take a water taxi from our marina (or a 3 min drive) to the harbor which offers some of the best eateries and bars in Florida. Here you can also watch the largest fishing fleet in Florida sail by or rent Pontoon boats, jet skis, fishing boats or take a dolphin cruise. If you are bringing your own boat you can also rent a boat slip at the East Pass Yacht Club or you can charter Happy Hour, our 63' Euro-Yacht. Check her out at www.destinyachting.com

We are also just 5 minutes away from Big Kahuna water park which includes go karts, miniature golf, and much more. Destin is a Golfer’s Paradise, with hundreds of holes for your enjoyment. From the World Class Sandestin Golf and Beach Resort courses that host the PGA Seniors Championship, to local public courses that will challenge your handicap.

Just a short drive down Hwy 98 are some great shopping opportunities including Silver Sands Outlet Mall, Destin Commons, and The Town Square in Sandestin Golf and Beach Resort.

Our happy place

We have been coming to East Pass 508 for over fifteen years. So many wonderful memories and pictures have been made there. My grandbabies have sat on the balcony waving their little American flags as the air show (with fighter planes) that flies over at sunset. We would fish till the fireworks show at 9 p.m. that happens every Thursday evening. We’ve ate breakfast, lunch and dinner all together at the bar that sits everyone so it makes for fun cooking and awesome relaxing conversation. In the evening, we have taken the boat taxi across to Harbor Docks for dinner. A few years ago, my 5 year old grandson rode the zip line … we were all there to celebrate him on. We’ve also celebrated our June birthdays there, playing games on the deck, dolphin watching, boat watching…don’t forget the pirate ship! Like I said, so many memories. This condo has everything you need and then some to enjoy your vacation. Btw, the beds are so comfortable, well equipped kitchen for all of your cooking, two great rooms divided by the huge open kitchen. Also, we rented a boat slip across from East Pass. Great place for family pictures for an unobstructed sunset. Done that too, although it’s time for another session. As you can tell, we love this place.

Amazing GEM!

We stayed at East Pass 508 the week between Christmas and New Year’s. We found the condo beautifully decorated and fully stocked for anything you might want during a week vacation! The owners are great to work with and it was especially nice to have an extra refrigerator in the laundry room for sodas and water! We have stayed on Holiday Isle many times and love how it seems quiet and laid-back but close to all the action. The views at East Pass 508 are the best anywhere in Destin and would definitely recommend East Pass 508 to anyone looking for a fabulous vacation in the Destin area!

This condo is GORGEOUS! There are views from each window and every room is well appointed and comfortable. There is a lot of space too! The kitchen has everything you need – unless you are a baker. If you are, bring your own mixer. LOL Everything else is there! The balconies have plenty of seating to watch the constant parade of boats that come and go. The water is brilliant emerald, turquoise, and blue during high tide. It’s hard to not just sit and stare! We had front row seats to the fireworks Thursday at 9:00 p.m. hosted by the Emerald Grande. Having a washer and dryer in the condo was so handy as was the extra refrigerator! We kept water and soft drinks in the second fridge leaving plenty of room in the kitchen for regular items. We spent most of our beach time at the O’Steen beach which is in the pass. At high tide, the water is brilliant.   I loved the slower pace of Holiday Isle and the ease of access to so many restaurants and shops. There is no doubt in my mind that you would enjoy a stay at 508N in East Pass Towers.

Perfect in every way!

This condo is wonderful. The view the decor everything was perfect. Spacious living and the kitchen over stocked with everything you could need.

We have stayed in countless condos in the area and this one was by far our favorite!! The attention to detail was second to none and the views were absolute paradise!!! We had a dolphin show in front of the condo every day and the kids LOVED it! There is so much space so everyone isn’t on top of each other and the privacy of the location is a dream!! All the perks of Destin without all the chaos! Catherine was excellent to work with and we can”t wait to book here again!

Great Location!

Really enjoyed our stay. We were able to rent a boat slip in the marina and have our boat close to be able to enjoy all Destin Harbor has to offer. Easy access for the water taxi to pick you and your family up and take you to any restaurant in the Harbor. Fantastic views and great patio. Owner was very easy to work with.

Recommended for: Families with Young Children, Tourists without a Car.

Great Views

The condo was great and the views are spectacular. You cant find a better place to watch the sunset. The condo is huge and has plenty of room for 8 people. Building is not very crowded and neither is the beach. I would definitely stay here again.

Recommended for: Families with Young Children, Sightseeing, Girls Getaway, Age 55+, Romantic Getaway, Families with Teenagers.

This was our first trip to Destin and it was awesome

This was our first trip to Destin and it was awesome. The condo is super nice and it has more than enough room for 4 adults and 4 children. The balconies were huge and the views are wonderful. The kids really enjoyed the pool. The laundry room and extra refrigerator were surprisingly handy. I was a little worried about the trek to the adjoining public beach but it really wasn’t that far or that crowded. Perfect for our beginner swimmers and full of ocean life. I felt sorry for the hermit crabs but they all made it back home by the time we left for the day :). We would definitely like stay here again when we come back!

Recommended for: Families with Young Children, Age 55+, Families with Teenagers.

Great Times

What a great place to stay, the view was just unbelievable and the condo had more room than expected. It’s very convenient to wherever you need to go and we kept our boat just across the street at the new marina. I look forward to stay there again, it has spoiled us. We have always stayed at the Emerald Grande but no more.

Beautiful Condo with Amazing Views!

This condo is beautiful! You can’t beat the views and the two large balconies allow you to enjoy them fully. The condo is spacious and has everything you need. It is beautifully decorated and very well-maintained. The pool is very nice as well. It was great to be able to watch the fireworks right from our balcony! The owner was organized and made the entire process seamless. I would highly recommend staying here!

Recommended for: Families with Young Children, Age 55+.

Found a New Favorite Place in Destin

We have been coming to Destin for the past 20 years and have never stayed on Holiday Isle. I wish we had investigated this area sooner. Came down for a relaxing Mother/Daughter and friend vacation before she started her Senior year of High School. I was afraid 2 teenage girls might be bored, but they loved every minute of it.

The way the condo was layed out, there was plenty of room for everyone, lots of TV’s, so next time I hope to bring more of our family because it has 2 separate family rooms. The kitchen was absolutely fabulous where we actually stayed in a couple evenings and cooked so we could just sit and eat on the balcony and enjoy the view. The place was very quiet, we had the beach area almost to ourselves, took the water taxi in the evening over to the Harbor Walk. The girls took the water taxi over to rent Paddle Boards one afternoon, while I walked down a little further to the end of the island to swim. I cannot wait to come back again, but from the look of things, it looks booked until January. Owner was very easy to get in touch with, so everything was perfect.
