For more than a decade, we at RLYS have aligned ourselves with these well-respected manufacturers that focus on a limited production vessel. Each of these manufacturers offer semi-custom production boats that surpass similar boats of their size and type and have established a unique niche in the marketplace.

RLYS is more familiar with Antares, PDQ and Camano than any other dealer/broker in the country. We are in a unique position to ensure that each vessel we sell is appropriately customized to meet the owners' cruising needs. Why? Because we are cruisers ourselves!

Our Commitment to You

The relationship with us doesn’t stop the day you buy your boat. For more than 15 years, we have been the “go-to” people for anything PDQ, Antares and Camano related. If we don’t know the answer, we can usually get it!

We have also built on the success of the PDQ and Antares brands by holding annual events such as owner’s rendezvous, seminars and our very popular flotillas (Baltic 2007, Exumas Expedition 2014 and Georgian Bay 2016 to name a few). These events bring like-minded owners together to share their experiences, connect with new friends and explore new cruising grounds.

Rhumb Line Yacht Sales was established in 2002 as the southeast dealer for Camano trawlers. In the fall of 2003, RLYS also began representing the PDQ Powercat trawler. And in the winter of 2010, RLYS partnered with Antares Yachts to be their exclusive brokerage arm.

Dick and Carol Tuschick, RLYS founders, have years of cruising and live aboard experience, both here and abroad, and are uniquely qualified to understand the needs of a cruising yacht buyer. Dick has been active in the Florida marine marketplace for the last seventeen years and Carol for the last ten years. Prior to that, they lived aboard their sailboat, enjoying two years of extensive east coast and Bahamas cruising.

In 2005, their daughter, Beth Simkins, opened a second office for RLYS in New England and most recently relocated to Stuart, FL. Beth has an extensive marketing and marine background. She is a sailor and an avid boater. Beth, a Certified Professional Yacht Broker, has the expertise in the one-on-one interaction that is so important in selling yachts of the Antares, Camano and PDQ caliber.

With Dick and Carol stepping out of the day-to-day operations, and instead leading the event and flotilla programs, Beth welcomed Ross Walton to the Rhumb Line team. Ross joins Rhumb Line with three years of living experience on his PDQ Antares 44. Having thousands of nautical miles under the keel gives him the hands-on experience and knowledge to aid in the purchase or sale of the PDQ and Antares line.

Beth and Ross can offer a buying or selling experience not usually found in the market today. Their personal interaction, knowledge of the product and real-life cruising experience makes choosing Rhumb Line an obvious choice for your buying or selling needs!

Basing our southeast operation in the Stuart, FL area provides excellent on-the-river facilities to demo and support potential owner needs. As a buyer, you can benefit from our extensive knowledge gained from delivering and outfitting your new boat for your specific needs.
