The Moorings Golf & Country Club is your own private retreat. A member owned debt free club, nestled within a prestigious residential neighborhood, is a place to meet friends and develop new friendships. Exciting times are ahead at The Moorings as the club is undergoing an incredible clubhouse remodel featuring an open air, indoor/outdoor bar, expanded kitchen and remodeled patio.

The Moorings Golf & Country Club features a regulation 18-hole golf course with our Bermuda celebration turf grass on the tees and fairways, as well as expertly manicured TifEagle greens. It is a challenging course that is in pristine condition all year around. Boasting 9 Par 4’s and 9 Par 3’s, they provide the perfect layout to enjoy a game of golf the way it was intended… without crowds.

You can finish a round of golf in 3 hours riding or walking. A putting green, short game area, two Trackman Simulators and hitting nets are available year-round. Several weekly golf events are always scheduled, plus special events throughout the season. Tee times are readily available every day, even the middle of the season. There are Men’s and Ladies Golf Associations and Mixed Golf-play in an organized league or for fun with your friends.

Our members not only share a passion for the game of golf, but also enjoy a great social environment. We pride ourselves on being a second home for our Members and will also maintain a relaxing and welcoming experience. Everyone goes out of their way to welcome new incoming members which provides them with a smooth transition into the Club. Our Food and Service rivals the fine restaurants and clubs in Naples. The Club provides a variety of casual and fine dining opportunities including a fantastic Sunday brunch.

We cater to all our members and their needs. We also feature holiday celebrations, live entertainment, Bridge & Duplicate Bridge, Car Club, Mah Jongg, Poker, Bingo, Book Club and Investment Club.

Our Bocce Leagues are active and held twice a year.

Golf at The Moorings Golf & Country Club

The Moorings Golf & Country Club is a private golf course located in the heart of Naples, just 2 blocks off US 41. The well-manicured course provides a player friendly atmosphere while challenging golfers of all abilities. The course is available for play seven days a week in season, and is very well suited for the recent retiree’s skill set, because of its length, but at the same time each hole provides the many challenges of sand, trees, water, and pin placement. Our golf Pro is readily available for lessons to improve your game and/or fit you with needed golf equipment, as well as golf attire. A practice Putting and Chipping Green are also available.

Here at The Moorings Golf & Country Club, we offer men’s and women’s associations. 18 and 9 hole groups for men, women and Twi-nite golf are very popular for friendly competition which are scheduled each week during the season. A number of special golf events are also scheduled throughout the season.

Membership at The Moorings Golf & Country Club

Founded in 1963, the Moorings is a private Member-owned golf club that offers both golf and social memberships. Located in a quiet residential neighborhood, two blocks from the Gulf of Mexico, the Mooring’s limited number of memberships fosters a collegial environment that is conducive to forging new friendships and exploring new interests.

Your Golf Membership entitles you to full use of our 18-hole Par 63 golf course throughout the year. It features a wide ranging calendar of golf events for men, women and couples golf in addition to lessons and tournaments. The beautifully manicured course provides a player friendly atmosphere while challenging golfers of all abilities.

Tee times are readily available, and players can walk the golf course, any time of the day, in three hours or less. You may think you are taking a walk in the park, and you are. Our course was designed by a landscape architect and carries the Audubon certification for wildlife and natural habitat protection.

Your Golf Membership entitles you to participate in the Club’s full calendar of interesting events, clubs, lectures, and parties.

Moorings offers both casual and formal dining, whether it’s lunch on the patio after golf, hors d’oeuvres and cocktails in the lounge or to savor our bistro dinner with friends. Our award winning creative chef showcases his culinary talents while also being served by our experienced staff in our personal and welcoming atmosphere.

You do not have to reside within the Moorings community to join The Moorings Golf and Country Club.

REGULAR GOLF MEMBERSHIP (Non-Refundable Equity)

This voting membership provides the Member, their spouse and dependent children under the age of twenty-six (26) full golf and clubhouse privileges.

Dining at The Moorings Golf & Country Club

The fondest memories are made when we gather around the table.

For lunch and dinner, we offer indoor or outdoor patio seating with breathtaking views of the golf course. The lunch menu features new menu specials each week. With a different dinner menu each night there’s something for every taste.

Our Dining room boasts fabulous events each month with menus tailored to each event by our executive chef. After a round of golf, come relax and dine.

It’s the place to go grab a bite to eat and enjoy a drink and talk about your game.

Social Activies at The Moorings Golf & Country Club

We have a very robust Social Calendar at the Moorings.  In fact, if Golf is not your thing, but you just want to meet new people and make new friends, you can enjoy the benefits of Social Membership only.. The Moorings is the perfect place for meeting new friends.  Some of the wonderful gatherings that we have had over the years is a Welcome Back Party for our Members and a Bon Voyage at Season’s end. During the year, there is a wide variety of parties ranging from Dinner with Dancing and Entertainment, theme events for July 4th, Memorial Day, Christmas, etc. The Moorings is the place to be for Happy Hour, a casual or formal dinner or even ourTwi-Night Golf dinners every Tuesday night are open to non-golfers as well.

One of our most popular activities is Bocce, a relatively new sport to Southwest Florida. We have two new courts which are state of the art construction with a playing surface of specialty bocce turf atop cement pads. The balls roll true and there is no mess or grime as is the case with Har-tru clay courts. Our season runs from October until mid-May and includes both a fall and winter league. Approximately 100 of our members participate in the winter league which plays in January and February. The bocce program also includes several Twi-Night events and is open to all golf and social members for play at their convenience throughout the season.

The Moorings conducts Mah Jongg classes for members only. We welcome both beginners and those who may have some experience with the game. Mah Jongg is played regularly on Tuesday and Friday at 9:30am. We look forward to meeting you.

Bridge & Duplicate Bridge

Bridge is another very popular at Moorings Golf & Country Club. So popular we offer both Bridge and Duplicate Bridge every week. All skill levels are welcome to play and enjoy Bridge at the club. Typically the Bridge group will enjoy having lunch prior to playing. Whether you have a partner or not, the bridge group is always looking for more participants to enjoy the game with them. It is a fun afternoon for members and a wonderful way to make new friends.

Enjoy Poker? We have an ongoing Poker game every Friday at 12PM here at the Moorings. A great way to spend a Friday afternoon with fellow members who enjoy a fun game of Poker.

Bingo is held every first Friday of the month at The Moorings. As a member you can reserve your place because we fill out very quickly at this very popular event.

Investment Club

The Moorings Investment Club meets for breakfast every second Wednesday of the month. Out Broker gives an update on the market followed by discussion. New members are welcome.

The Moorings Golf & Country Club Car Club meets every other week for lunch in Season and once a month outside of Season. Ownership of any type or quantity of car is not required. There is no dues. We are strictly a social club for people who have an interest in antique, classic or modern cars and like to meet new people.

I've been going to the moorings for the past couple years and it is so much fun for everyone that goes. Amazing staff, food, views, amenities and so much more. Definitely recommend

worked here for over a year and ive seen a lot of things behind the scenes. Getting fired was a blessing in disguise after what I heard from former co workers how they got treated lol. Most of the employees are also high 24/7

Great place! My sis in law booked her bday party here and it was a good choice. Staff was friendly and attentive and the food and drink was delish. Beautiful view at sunset so we took plenty of pics then.

The food we had was all around pretty solid...but the service was the worst I've ever received in my life. Absolutely embarrasing for the management and for our server, redheaded male wont write his name. Forgot our order, then continually had to wait 20 minutes just to get a busboy to help get a request in. Heres the deal.....their tip is included and it's guaranteed so no incentive I guess. But other clubs I go to dont get away with such awful attention and execution, why can the Moorings....I don't get it?

Dear Justin M., We are sorry to hear of your unfortunate dining experience at The Moorings. We are a private country club and unfortunately do not have any members named Justin M from Lake Worth. It appears you came as a guest. I am happy to look into this matter further but would need to know the member in which you visited the Club with. We strive to create an excellent member experience in every area of the Club and appreciate your constructive feedback.

This company treats their employees horrible, unfairlyb and makes employees do hard labor even though they've just gotten out of the hospital, they don't care if you get hurt at work. The managers are extremely rude to the employees and customers. This is not a place to go at all for anyone. I wouldn't recommend it all all. This place treated people horrible and no one should come here:
