This $39 million superyacht comes with a $3 million Bugatti and a spot on deck to park it — take a closer look at 'Xenos'

Companies often try to lure customers in with attractive buy-one-get-one deals, but one design studio is taking that a step further by offering clients a Bugatti with the purchase of their next yacht. 

Lazzarini Design Studio has penned a new superyacht concept called Xenos, and it comes with a complimentary Bugatti Chiron. Odds are that someone with the cash for a $39 million superyacht already has a supercar or two in the garage, but what's one more for the collection?

Not to mention, Xenos has a few more tricks up its sleeve, such as roof-mounted solar panels, auto-tinting windows, and a claimed top speed of more than 100 mph.

Xenos is a superyacht concept that offers something most other yachts don't.

It comes with a Bugatti Chiron — one of the quickest, most powerful, and all-around wildest vehicles on the market today — included.

Not only that — the yacht has a compartment to store your new Chiron while out on the high seas.

Thanks to an extending ramp, you can hop in your Chiron, rip a burnout right onto the dock, and speed away to your waterfront villa — all with minimal contact with the common folk hanging about the marina.

You see, it's all about COVID safety.

When the Bugatti's in the shop, Xenos owners can keep other toys like jet skis and boats in the garage.

But the $39 million superyacht has plenty more going for it than just a free supercar.

Built from carbon fiber and aluminum, Xenos's 130-foot hull is designed for high speeds.

Lazzarini Design Studio, the firm behind the concept, says Xenos will be able to hit speeds of 90 knots — roughly 104 mph — in its most powerful 15,000-horsepower configuration.

That would make it the fastest 130-foot yacht in existence, Lazzarini says.

Plus, it'll be available in standard and hydrofoil versions.

The yacht comes with windows that automatically tint depending on how bright it is outside.

Not to mention, there will be solar panels integrated into the roof ...

... and Xenos will be available in a hybrid-electric version.

As for the interior, buyers can choose from various layouts.

Ice-breaking superyacht Ragnar has been designed to cruise the farthest reaches of the earth, and her fleet of toys and tenders are well suited to that job. Sitting on the top deck of the 66 metre shadow catamaran Hodor , you'll find a Nautique ski boat, a custom Metal Shark landing craft, and a 388 Skater powerboat with with a top speed of 165 knots. But that's not all - below there's a whole garage full of goodies. Hodor 's toy garage houses nine Jet Skis, two Yamaha ATVs, four Yamaha TW200 trail motorcycles and a three-person submarine.

The garage on the award-winning 83.5 metre Feadship Savannah opens up her smooth flank to reveal a wealth of toys. In addition to her four tenders, guests will find two Yamaha stand-up Jet Skis, two Seadoo Spark Jet Skis, two Jet Surfs, four seabobs, a Laser sailing dinghy, four mountain bikes, an inflatable slide, and the list goes on. The garage also creates a sweeping platform from which to launch them.

Yachts for charter

With a Snuba, Jet Surf, and inflatable slide among her many toys, it's easy to see why the 58 metre  Benetti superyacht  Illusion V  is a charter favourite. As well as an inflatable dock for all her toys, Illusion V also boasts a Jetovator and a Flyboard, for soaring out of the water and floating serenely above it, respectively.

The captain calls the toy garage of this 107.4 metre Kleven superyacht a man cave and it's no wonder why. This toy box is home to Harley-Davidsons, Ducatis, KTM off-roaders and all-terrain vehicles, ideal for on-shore exploration.

Silver Angel

The toy box on this 64.5 metre Benetti boasts a pick and mix selection of treats including Jet Skis, wakeboards and scuba kit. As if that wasn’t enough there’s also gear for kiteboarding, kneeboarding, deep sea fishing, an even golfing thanks to a Teeit Golf machine on sun deck.

Hate waiting for your turn on the Jet Ski? The 96 metre Blohm & Voss superyacht  Palladium solves this problem with a tender garage big enough to store eight personal watercraft - enough for every guest on board should they be willing to share. Luckily she also has quarters for 34 crew so getting them out on the water takes no time at all either.

Another popular charter yacht, 69 metre Saluzi packs all sorts of novelties, from Sea Bobs and waterskis for speedsters, to paddleboards, glass bottom kayaks, an on-water pool and a dive centre for guests looking for a more sedate experience.

Spend hours on the water with Titania 's inflatable climbing frame, Kawasaki stand up Jet Skis, flyboard and 12.7 metre inflatable slide. Plus, two qualified Jet Ski instructors are on hand to show you the ropes. Launched in 2006 with a refit in 2018, the 72 metre Titania is in shipshape for the coming charter season. She is currently offered for charter through Burgess .

Strand Design 166 superyacht has sportscar garage, optional bullet-proof Samurai leather

You might remember Gray Design's  Strand Craft 122 , a sleek, curvaceous yacht which integrated a garage for a sports car to take you from the marina to your choice of restaurant. For some, though, a mere 122 feet is far too unimpressive; what they'll be wanting is the Strand Craft 166 , a new superyacht that has the same handy garage but a whole lot more space on-board. There are a full five en-suite double staterooms, each lavishly equipped with iPad control units and 52-inch Bang & Olufsen TVs. The carbon-fiber foredeck has a jacuzzi and wet bar, while the flybridge and radar mast both retract – as you can see in the animation below – so as not to spoil the aesthetic when they're not required. You get the feeling the Strand Craft's designers have spent a little too long in dank, underground nightclubs: there are lashings of red leather on the walls, chrome and brushed aluminum, and you can optionally have the whole interior clad in bullet-proof Samurai leather.

The car itself is a custom creation by Gray Design, though you could easily slot in your own Ferrari or Lamborghini instead. A 40 knot top-speed rounds things out nicely. No word on pricing – let's just imagine lots of zeros – and no sign of a date as to when we might see the first Strand Design 166 take to the waves; this may well end up another design exercise that never actually gets wet.

Supercar tender Following Strand Craft's automotive tradition, the SC166 comes equipped with it's own custom supercar tender. Created in the same design language as it's carrier, the tender ensures you can roll out at your favorite port in ultimate style. With a V8 engine producing 620 horsepower and a top speed of 305 kph, the tender is an accessory that will certainly put a smile on your face. Alternatively, you can order your own choice of conveyance to accessorize your superyacht. Be it Koenigsegg, Maybach, Lamborghini, Ferrari, or a waterborne tender, the choice is yours. Interior and exterior automotive styling The automotive theme is rich in the SC166, from the cockpit like glasshouse on the upper deck to the red leather covered upholstery that adorns large surfaces of the interior. Chrome highlights sparkle in every part of the cabin and the walls are treated to a highly polished gunmetal automotive lacer. Brushed aluminum trims the windows and bar area and the hallways are bathed in soft LED spotlighting. Bulletproof The SC 166 comes with the option of having upholstery made from an exclusive Japanese Samurai tread leather. These custom designed leathers are woven from a bullet-proof textile made of Vectran fibres. A Super-Yacht With a Garage For Smaller Boats Is Luxuriously Obscene

It's okay to desire the finer things in life, but at what point do you draw the line between luxury and exorbitance? Probably somewhere well before this insane 200-foot long mega-yacht from CRN called the J'ade, which features a built-in garage that smaller boats can drive right into.

Larger boats carrying smaller boats isn't a new trend by any means; they usually serve as tender craft carrying passengers to shore when the yacht is simply too big to pull into a dock. But those boats are often raised and lowered using cranes. The J'ade is the first luxury yacht to feature an actual garage that floods, allowing a 26-foot speedboat to be driven right inside.

Once the smaller boat is secured, the flooded garage can be drained in just three minutes, reducing the weight the yacht's pair of massive 1500kW engines has to push around.

As for pricing, if you have to ask you'll want to just move along. This isn't the kind of toy you order at your local boat show. It's the kind of thing that's custom-built and delivered to anywhere in the world you need it. But with capacity for 13 crew members and 10 guests, maybe you can find 22 friends who are willing to split the cost with you, and then work out a sort of time-share deal. Forget about the humble motorhome, Dembell is launching the world’s most luxurious “land yacht” for explorers who appreciate the finer things.

The fledgling German outfit designed by Ustory Branding has just unveiled a lavish new RV that is more akin to a superyacht than perhaps anything else currently on the roads. Built around a three-axle Mercedes chassis, the camper is decidedly sporty with sleek lines and a red racing stripe, but it’s inside where things really get interesting.

Available in three different trims, the motorhome boasts the finest furnishings and a laundry list of top-notch amenities that includes a separate garage for your supercar. The upscale interior can be tailored to each driver’s needs and was spearheaded by Italian design team Galeazzi e Minotti , which is also responsible for outfitting some of Azimut’s drool-worthy superyachts.

At the front of the RV, the cockpit is equipped with four captain’s seats that each come with air spring suspension and a built-in massage function. This area flows seamlessly onto the plush lounge that sports a large leather sofa, a 55-inch TV, and a lift-away queen bed that can accommodate guests or children when needed. There is also room to add an optional dining table.

The. electric parasol is perfect for alfresco dining. 

The nearby kitchen is fitted with state-of-the-art Miele appliances, including an induction cooktop, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher and microwave to help you cook up a storm while on the road. The bathroom, meanwhile, features stone tiles and a ceramic sink, shower and toilet. The camper also comes equipped with a washer and dryer.

As for the primary suite, it stretches the entire width of the vehicle and comprises a large bed (79 inches by 79 inches), a few drawers and wardrobes and another TV for binge-watching while under the blankets.

Naturally, the camper offers all the requisite creature comforts, such as A/C, central heating, ambient lighting and a Bose home theater system that pairs with the two TVs. It also sports roof-mounted solar panels, an onboard generator and a 1,000-liter freshwater tank for when you want to live off-grid. There’s even an electric parasol for alfresco dining.

The interior resembles that of a luxe superyacht. 

The real pièce de résistance, though, is the “tender garage.” It’s available in three sizes and can accommodate a wide range of vehicles. The first option comes with three slide-outs and offers just enough room to store a quad bike or bicycle. The small garage is fitted with two slide-outs and can fit smaller cars. Finally, the large garage boasts enough space to fit a Ferrari California or any other supercars measuring less than 14.75 feet.

The Dembell motorhome is slated to make its first public appearance at the Düsseldorf Caravan Salon taking place on August 27 in Germany . Details regarding pricing and production are still to come, but this is one land yacht that shouldn’t have any issues finding a captain.

The motorhome is equipped with a lithium battery bank, 2,000W rooftop solar panels, 8-kW generator, and separate holding tanks for fresh, gray and black water making the Performance S an off-grid home you can live in for long stretches of time. What makes this motorhome stand out from the rest is the custom-made Burmester audio system. Apart from it, the rooms of the motor home are docked with lavish interiors.

UnicatMD56c has a Platform for ATV

Costing around $1.5m, this UnicatMD56c can stay on road for 2000 miles without refueling. The secret behind this mechanism is RV being equipped with a 264-gallon diesel fuel tank which maximizes its travel range to about 2,051 miles before a refueling stop is needed.

Moreover, it also has energy sources like solar panels, inverters and a battery system for backup. The six-wheel drive home comes loaded with an aluminum roof rack, lightning rod, and a 6.2-foot loading platform that can hold two motorcycles or an ATV.

Dembell Motorhome Drives Ferrari for a Walk

Dembell Motor home is a three-axle Mercedes Actros truck that serves as the base vehicle and comes with two-three expansion slide-outs for increasing interior floor space. The Dembell Motor home comes with a garage that can accommodate a Ferrari California with ease.

In addition, the front cab seats of the motor home swivel around to face the large living area. Moreover, there are L-shaped bench seats and a removable table available to add maximum comfort.

Vario Perfect Platinum 1200 can Carry a Mercedes along

Dashed with three sealed, electro-hydraulic slide-outs the Vario Perfect Platinum 1200 is based on a triple-axle Mercedes chassis. The vehicle comes loaded with an XXL garage that can rest a Mercedes-Benz Actros 2453 with ease.

The fourth-generation Perfect series features an updated self-supporting fiberglass sandwich bodywork construction and structure-enhancing UV-filtering panoramic windshield design. This motorhome will cost you around $1.5 million.

Hi all, Went to the Ft Laud Yacht Show, was told by someone that there was a Yacht (unsure of the name, sorry!), belonging to a Sheikh, who stored a few exotic cars, specifically a Lambo, in the garage underneath, for usage on mainlands while traveling. I looked and looked but simply did not see, and could not find, this Yacht. I even searched on all the official Boat Show instagram photo feeds & website... Does anyone have info, a name, photos?? Thanks in advance!! P.S. The show was amazing and I had a really great time! (I've gone before.)
