A modern masterpiece, BOADICEA has been built to the highest possible standards. At 77m she has elegantly appointed exteriors and outdoor spaces that are perfect for coming together with family and friends. She has an abundance of generously sized al-fresco dining areas on the sun deck, bridge, and upper decks along with a number of spots perfect for sunning yourself. Her sundeck also boasts a hot tub swimming pool and a resistance training system as well as a unique tropical garden. 

Her interiors have been artfully designed with classic finishes. Her living spaces are both elegant and abundantly spacious. The grand salon has a five-meter ceiling, a dramatic atrium, an observation lounge, and two formal dining areas. BOADICEA sleeps up to twelve guests in a full-beam master suite with an office and private deck, and a further seven suites, all finished with crisp linens and panoramic windows.

The yacht has undergone a comprehensive transformation ready for the charter Season, starting with a striking new exterior colour scheme featuring a white hull, white exterior, and black inboard.

Enhancements include the addition of an Aqua Bana pool and e-foil docking system, equipped with a lounge and anti-jellyfish technology, measuring 10.2m by 13m, alongside a new 6.7m Yachtwerft tender and refurbished Castoldi tender to complete the 3 tenders onboard.

Inside, the Owner's Salon has been reimagined with new Roche Bobois sofas, a rug, and handmade coffee and side tables, complemented by a new LC Sound Max 5 drop-down screen (138 inch) and a Cineversum Horus projector.

A new cinema setup features a Cineversum Blackwing Laser R2 projector and a ZHK Black Crystal screen (136 inch).

Motor Yacht

Motor yacht Boadicea was built in 1999 by Dutch shipyard Amels and even now remains a highly impressive and aesthetically pleasing superyacht. With a steel hull and aluminium superstructure, she features interior and exterior design by Terence Disdale. This twin screw diesel yacht measures 70.5 metres and can accommodate up to 14 guests.

Luxury motor yacht Boadicea was constructed for Australian media magnate Reg Grundy and has remained under his ownership ever since. The yacht takes her name from a legendary English warrior queen whose figure can be seen adorning the yacht’s funnel and inside near the dining room.

The superyacht boasts an incredible degree of interior volume and an abundance of open space spread across her five decks. The interior offers a choice of formal and informal areas that are highlighted by soft furnishings in beige and salmon-pink.

The layout has been designed so both intimate spaces and large entertaining areas are catered for. The vessel boasts nine separate dining areas, ranging from casual al fresco lounges to a formal saloon that can seat 16 guests at once. The main saloon follows in a similar vein with a large open space for party hosting and isolated nooks for more private conversations.

Obviously designed with entertainment in mind, the yacht features a 14 seat cinema, stage suitable for live entertainment, piano bar and a gym. Two custom-built Vikal tenders are stored in specially created tender bays on the main side deck. When she was originally built, the yacht had a real grass lawn on one of her upper aft decks to cater for the owners’ dogs when they travelled with them. The lawn space was now been removed.

The bright sundeck crowns the impressive vessel, boasting a lovely tiled swimming pool with a water jet-stream that allows guests to swim against a current. A fixed-stool bar, sun loungers and cocktail seating areas can also be found on the sundeck offering superior views.

Amongst her seven cabins are an indulgent master suite; four double guest cabins; and two twin guest cabins. The master suite features a private bathroom, dressing room with an immense closet and a massage room. The four double cabins all include en suite bathrooms and dressing rooms.

Luxury yacht Boadicea is powered by two Caterpillar 2,590 horsepower engines that allow her to reach a maximum speed of 18 knots. She can achieve a range of 5,000 nautical miles while cruising at a speed of 15 knots.

Featuring a dedicated crew, Boadicea is an excellent charter yacht for luxury vacations. The yacht cruises comfortably at 14 knots while her crew of 26 ensure the needs of every guest are met.

The luxury motor yacht is equipped with an armada of water toys to provide endless entertainment during any yacht charter. Onboard water toys include tenders, Wave Runners, a laser sailing dinghy, windsurfers, kayaks, waterskis, tows and a range of snorkelling and fishing equipment.

Boadicea cruises the Mediterranean during the summer charter season. The luxury vessel carries a Lloyd’s classification and is fully MCA compliant.

‘Boadicea’ is a 249.34ft /76m motor yacht was built in 1999 by Amels and last refitted in 2016. Terence Disdale has created both the exterior and interior design, and this yacht was previously named Reborn.

Boadicea’s interior layout sleeps up to 12 guests in 8 rooms, including a master suite, 6 double cabins and 1 twin cabin. She is also capable of carrying up to 24 crew onboard to ensure a relaxed luxury yacht experience. Each cabin is well appointed and offers the ideal place to rest after a long day of exploration. The designers have chosen furnishings that bring style and comfort, while the overall finish will also exceed expectation.

You’ll find an array of leisure and entertainment facilities onboard, making her ideal for entertaining friends and family on your charter vacation. There’s lots of space for enjoying an alfresco lunch or dinner on deck, or simply lounging in the sunshine and working on your tan.

Boadicea is built to comply to both MCA and Lloyds Register standards, and she has a cruising speed of 14 knots, a maximum speed of 15 knots and a range of 5,000nm from 290,000litre fuel tanks. Her combination of style and performance adds further to her popularity.

This impressive yacht comes complete with a modern stabilization system to reduce roll motion even during rough seas, and the yacht also has ‘at anchor stabilizers’ to keep things smooth even at anchor/zero speed.

A Jacuzzi on deck is just perfect for relaxing with friends and family, while taking in the breath-taking scenery after a long day of exploration.

The owner can enjoy a private deck, which includes a master suite as well as a terrace in connection to the master suite.

He also has the luxury of enjoying a private office and a saloon.

In addition to this, there is plenty of space for guests of BOADICEA yacht as well. There is a large sundeck with a pool, a touch-and-go helipad, and a guest elevator. Not to mention the spa, where guests can enjoy a hydro massage.

Designed by Terence Disdale, the interior has light colors and plenty of wooden features.

The interior of the BOADICEA yacht feels both modern and luxurious. Some other features inside the yacht are a movie theatre and even a medical room.

Specifications

Built-in 1999, BOADICEA has a length of 76.6 meters (251.4 ft), a beam is 14 meters (45.11 ft), and a maximum draft length of 4.2 meters (13.9 ft).

She has a max speed of 15.0 knots, and a cruise speed between 13.0 and 14.0 knots.

This yacht has two diesel engines, manufactured by Caterpillar Inc. The model is 3516B DITA, which gives her a reach of about 5,300 nautical miles. In addition to this, she also has two propellers.

There is also a stabilization system in place, to reduce the side-to-side rocking when out at sea.

BOADICEA has the capacity to host up to twenty guests, and twenty-four crew members in ten cabins.

As well as designing the interior of BOADICEA, Terence Disdale Design also designed the exterior, in collaboration with Amels .

The white and grey vessel is hard to miss due to its sheer size. Navy blue letters spell out the name on the side of the yacht, and there are plenty of windows to let in the light.

There are a total of three decks with a lot of space for BOADICEA’s passengers. Guests also can enjoy a plethora of toys such as jet skis and kayaks.

BOADICEA – 75m Motor Yacht

Boadicea is a luxuriously larger motor yacht, originally built in 1999. Reborn, as she was named after her 2014 refit, was lengthened by more than 5m. Removing her ancient stern and replacing it with a 7m modern stern with swim platform was a serious endeavour. Our work included all structural modifications for the new stern, remodelled funnel, new mast, refitted swimming pool, scantling and stability calculations.
