FX 38 motor yacht is a real work of art built by Peri Yachts. Her elegant and sophisticated design is performed by Scaro Design .

FX 38 offers ultra luxury accommodation for 10 guests in 5 staterooms including one master, 2 VIP cabins and 2 Twin staterooms.

Each guest not only feels like a star onboard FX 38 motor yacht but also is treated so by her professional crew.

The yacht is powered by MTU engines giving her a maximum speed of 24 knots. Her cruising speed is around 20 knots per hour.

FX 38 offers impressive entertainment facilities to keep charters happy and content at every level. She carries a good range of water toys equipment, therefore all the members of the group will enjoy fun time on water. The yacht also has various lounge areas for relaxing and socializing including a deck jacuzzi.

RATE DETAILS

Rate includes.

The Charter Fee includes the charter of the yacht with all its equipment in working order, tools, stores, cleaning materials, basic consumable stores for engine-room, deck and cabins etc.; the crew's wages, food; the insurance of the yacht for marine risk and third party claims and the crew for employer's liability.

RATE EXCLUDES

VAT according to the cruising area

Advanced provisioning allowance (APA): the charterer is charged extra, at cost, for the charter expenses: fuel for the yacht, RIB or other tenders; food, soft drinks, wines, beers, spirits for the charterer, other consumable stores, berthing dues and other harbour charges away from the yacht's own berth, including pilotage fees and charges for water and electricity taken from the shore, laundry, telephone, fax or telex via radio or Inmarsat, as well as the hire costs of any special equipment placed on board at the request of the charterer. 25-40% APA is given to the yacht prior to the charter to allow the captain to buy fuel and provision the yacht as per the charterer's demands. At the end of the charter, the captain presents full accounts of all expenditure. The charterer is either refunded any money not used or asked to pay any additional costs not covered by the APA.

These expenses include fuel for the yacht, fuel for tenders and water toys, food for the charterers, wines, beers, spirits, and soft drinks for the Charterers. What is Apa and How Is It Calculated?

The pre-arrangement advance (APA) charter payment is made instantly. Under MYBA conditions, it is usually calculated as 25% of the total charter fee, but this amount can be 30% on some ultra-luxury yachts. Food, beverages, port fees are given to the captain before cruising, this payment is designed to cover such as fuel, food and other expenses. The APA, which is 25% of the charter fee delivered to the captain to make up for the yacht's motor fuels, oils and other deficiencies, is on your behalf, the captain. payments made by All invoices and cash expenditure accounts must be completed prior to the final disembarkation of the yacht. The Captain will give you a breakdown of his expenses and if less than the amount of APA has been spent, he will refund the rest to you. If the amount of spending exceeds the amount of APA, you must top it up.

From the lower deck swim platform, guests can access the main deck aft, where the expansive deck is shaded by the flybridge overhang and provides a stern sofa, raised table and additional fold-able chairs for casual alfresco dining. A wide sun pad covers the foredeck so that the group can sunbathe together and admire the uninterrupted views.

Upon the flybridge, the aft section is left clear for sun pads or sun loungers and a Jacuzzi is placed near the shade of the hardtop, where there is a comfortable lounge for alfresco dining and outdoor living. Forward, the wet bar has a great selection of drinks to keep guests refreshed throughout the day.

The lower deck stern contains a spacious beach club gym and the transom door folds down to create a large swim platform. Behind the beach club is the engine room, with the crew accommodation placed within the bow and the guest accommodation amidships. Here, two VIP staterooms, one double cabin and a twin cabin provide en-suite facilities and a comfortable night's rest for overnight guests.

The main deck forward hosts the full-beam Master suite, which has a bay window sofa, a widescreen TV in front of the bed and a private study as well as a large and brightly-lit bathroom.

Behind, the formal dining area and salon are combined into one large room, with the dinner table placed forward and seating up to 10 guests in minimalist surroundings. The salon consists of two sofas and two armchairs around a coffee table, and benefits from wide windows running the length of the port and starboard sides to make an inviting air-conditioned relaxation area for children and adults alike.

A pair of MTU 2650 HP 16V2000 Series M93 engines provide a cruising speed of 20 knots and a top speed of 24 knots.

FX was built in GRP with interior and exterior design by Scaro Design and naval architecture from the boards of Mulder Design .

Amenities abound on this yacht for sale, including a bar and Jacuzzi on the large flybridge which also hosts a space for dancing, sun lounging and relaxing.

Her main saloon has two large sofas facing each other either side of a coffee table. Forward sits a dining table for up to ten guests, with a further al fresco dining table found on the aft deck. Large windows create a bright and cosy atmosphere, offering natural light and views of the ocean.

The spacious foredeck features a sun lounging area, while the yacht also boasts a spectacular sun deck with a sunning area and Jacuzzi surrounded by sun-pads and additional sun loungers. A third dining area is found at the sun deck too, where guests can eat or alternatively have a cocktail from the wet bar. Elsewhere, the stern features a folding swim platform while a garage hosts an array of toys.

Accommodation is for a total of 12 guests in five staterooms, including four guest staterooms found on the lower deck and a full-beam owner’s suite on the main deck.
