We worked with Jeff Carson who made the process extremely and enjoyable as new owners! There was never any pressure to buy and we had made up our minds right away! Jeff walked us through the entire process from financing, insurance, moorage, locating sailing instructors, and we would gladly use him in the future. As new boat owners we were very intimidated by the process but Jeff and Dan made everything good. We are quite happy with our new Lagoon 42 and will go back to them in the future. In addition to the sale, the post sales service has been A+

Dan Krier and the team at Marine Service Center are the best. Made what we thought was an insurmountable task, buying a new boat and selling the old one, to a dream come true. Totally worth it! Thanks Dan!

Purchased a new Jeanneau boat, a year after purchase we experienced a hydraulic steering hose failure. We contacted our local Jeanneau Dealer "Marine Service Center". Marine Service Center was no help at all locating the part necessary to repair our boat. We would have gladly paid what it took to purchase the part, the boat was made in France and we would be unable to locate the parts in the United States. Marine Service Center could not have been less helpful. No reason to go back especially if this is how they support their brands sold. Marine Service Center personal were nice and polite just unwilling to assist in locating parts required to repair our vessel. Appeared to be too much trouble for them to bother. No reason to return here, thanks to Trevor Green. Maybe a good place to buy crab pots or something simple, leave the repairs to the pros and there do not appear to be any pros here. To bad we wanted this to be a good thing, sad, sad, sad.

I would recommend not taking your boat here for work. They have absolutely no respect for your belongings, and could care less whether anything happens to your boat while it's in their yard. They assured me I was going to have power continuously, then they overloaded the outlet, it blew and I lost power for three days spoiling all the food in the refrigerator in the freezer. They told me that was my problem. Then they came on and off the boat repeatedly in the snow and rain and never protected the inside of the cockpit which is covered with carpet. They ruined the carpet. Again they told me that's my problem. If you want good service by people Who care about your boat and your possessions then don't bring it here

Trevor at Marine Servicenter Anacortes couldn't be bothered with customer service. Constantly felt like I was imposing on his day. From the interactions with the other staff, who were great, I assume my experience wasn't an anomaly. Get a new manager. I'm not accustomed to this kind of service in the marine industry.

Stopped by Marine Servicenter to pick up some crab pots. Trevor helped me get everything I needed. He was a wealth of local knowledge on good crabbing spots. Ended up leaving with a set at a very good price. Great place.

I recently used the Marine Service Center in Anacortes, WA and thought they did an incredible and highly impressive job handling my boat. They prepared my boat for sale, loaded it onto a trailer to take it to Maine, and proved themselves to be a first class boat yard with highly experienced employees. Additionally, the pricing is fair and I would highly recommend this company to anyone needing to have their boat hauled, painted, or restored. The wonderful employees that helped me at the Anacortes Marine Service Center were Jim Rard and Geo. Highly recommend these guys!! This process couldn't have gone smoother!
