Welcome Aboard The Mega Yacht “Atlantis”. Get ready to embark on the ultimate NYC Yacht Experience!

A Cruise filled with unprecedented comfort, luxury and attention to detail. Her stunning interior is only enhanced by the ambience of the surrounding New York Harbor. You will be treated like royalty by her hand picked, well trained crew. Take pleasure in exquisite dining in our formal dining salon.

There are three decks. Two of which are fully enclosed. The first deck houses our formal dining salon, together with dance floor & platform dais, with access to outer decks at the bow and the stern. Admission to the next level can be attained via The Grand staircase; this level is used mainly for cocktail hour and has a large bar area and lounge, a piano, and a luxurious bridal suite. The Bridge, the Captain’s Quarters as well as a private office are also located on this level. The third level is an impressive open sundeck with lighted fountain, Jacuzzi, and plenty of room for ceremonies.

The Atlantis is equipped with the most modern technology, including a state of the art navigation & safety equipment system, two sets of Radar, & vhf radios, & A Northstar global positioning system & chart plotter. The Atlantis is outfitted with two Deutz diesel engines 818 Bhp @ 1800 rpm, with an average cruising speed of 13.7 knots. Maximum speed 16 knots. Three generators are also provided by Deutz, 135 kW Gensets, and the most up to date control panels available. Deutz is a German Marine engine distributor known for their reliable continuous power. Our engineers have completed a specialized training course in Germany so they are extremely knowledgeable about Deutz products. The Atlantis is also equipped with a bow thruster by Marine Propulsion, to ensure safer & more accurate handling. She also has a Vertical Stabilizer- which was integrated in the design. The Atlantis has a swim platform, personal watercraft- 2 person wave runner for recreation and rescue, as well as transporting if necessary. There are three separate designated boarding areas. Every inch of the vessel has been insulated to provide the most comfortable and quiet ride for passengers. The Atlantis was designed not only for cruising the New York Harbor but she is an ocean going vessel as well. There are three decks. Two of which are fully enclosed. The first deck houses our formal dining salon, together with dance floor & platform dais, with access to outer decks at the bow and the stern. This boat belongs to a Commercial Owner, an independent boat rental company. A Commercial Owner is an independent, Boatsetter-approved boat rental company who provides their own insurance to their guests.

Security deposit

A security deposit hold (not a charge) will be placed on your credit card 48 hours before your booking starts to cover any incidental damage that may occur during your rental. This hold is released 48 hours after the booking is complete, if no claims are made. The security deposit amount for the boat you are booking will be outlined during the check-out process.

Captain info

If requested, the owner can provide a list of available captains for bareboat charter or the renter can use their own qualified captain. If the boat is being time chartered, the owner will provide the Captain.

The cocktail lounge is tastefully decorated with luxurious leather couches and furniture that enhances both beauty and comfort.  A center hall grand stairway provides a memorable place for your guest of honor to enter the dining salon.  An optional bridal changing room or staging room is conveniently located just steps away.  The elegantly appointed salon will comfortably seat 225 guests on the main deck and features a beautiful parquet dance floor.

Mid-sized/Large Yachts

Plan your special event while considering our Mid-size/Large Yacht options. Each have different features. You can make your choice depending upon your individual taste and budgetary restraints.

Arabella is New York Harbor’s newest mega yacht. She has three masts and is 150-feet of style and glamour. Arabella is berthed at Dennis Conner’s North Cove in front of the World Financial Center in Battery Park City, Lower Manhattan. Arabella is available for distinguished corporate and private charters.

You can host a super memorable event onboard Arabella while at dock or while cruising around the harbor. The main salon is a large and comfortable space with a varnished mahogany bar at one end. Arabella features timeless yachting décor throughout her spaces.

The main salon is set with 6 tables which seat 6 people each. Two additional tables can be set up in the center of the room. This is an excellent space for a lunch meeting or seminar at the dock.

• Normal charters: 30-100 passengers
• Arabella is also available to travel to off-site events. She offers overnight accommodations for 40 guests in 20 cabins. In the winter, Arabella is available for charter in the Caribbean. 

The second deck salon is tastefully appointed with leather sofas and classic arm chairs, state of the art restrooms, and wrap around mirrored bar.

She’s a perfect site for cocktail parties for over 300 guests. Unique panorama-style windows are the talk of the town. Expect fine food served by our attentive staff. Atlantica is often imitated but never duplicated.

Special COVID Announcement: The Atlantis has taken the lead with extra safety precautions including the installation of HEPA Filters, and ultra violet lighting throughout.

She’s a luxury 3-deck yacht with a seating capacity for up to 200+ guests for cocktail-style parties. She has ceilings over 8 feet high which enhance the elegant architectural design. There are also custom railings, a grand staircase, raised platform dais, custom-designed fish aquarium, and 3 plasma presentation screens.

Atlantis has a private bridal suite, rest rooms on two decks for the guests’ convenience, customizable LED lighting, state-of-the-art sound system, fountain up-top, fine service, and wonderful cuisine. She is such a class act.

The Atlantis Yacht’s hull was designed with both aesthetics and functionality in mind. The vessel’s steel hull was constructed to maintain a stable environment aboard the yacht, while sustaining her efficiency.

The luxury boat was built using a combination of a steel hull and aluminum super structure to lower the center of gravity. This combination can counteract the turbulence created from external forces. The speed of the vessel is also a very important factor. When moving at a higher rate of speed, the Atlantis creates more surface tension between the hull and water’s surface. This contributes to the overall stability while cruising aboard the yacht.

The Cloud Nine IV is a 135’, custom-built luxury yacht with three decks. The main dining room floor has a full-service bar with black granite top and premium liquors. The dining room has eight-foot ceilings, making it look and feel spacious and large. The windows, which go from the floor to the ceiling, is perfect to optimize the view.

She has comfortable seating for up to 150 guests at formal tables as well as couches and cocktail tables in the dining room. Guests will not get bored because the dining room also features three plasma TVs and a Yamaha baby grand player piano for ambiance! The buffet table is built-in, with black granite tops. Meanwhile, the galley is just beneath it, so you can make sure your food is the freshest when it reaches you.

The lower lounge has couches, cocktail tables, and ample restrooms. The top floor of Cloud Nine IV has a private room, which is also a bridal suite complete with bathroom, vanity, and a comfortable couch. Aft the private room is a cocktail deck, with a fully equipped bar, an underlit dance floor, and bench seating all around.

There is an atrium atop the dance floor, complete with professional DJ lights and speakers. The ceiling height in the atrium is twelve feet. Cocktail tables surround the perimeter of the outside deck, so guests can enjoy drinks easily during your event.

There is a complete walkaround on this deck to view the NYC yacht view and a plasma TV. In the bow of the yacht, on the main floor, the cushioned seating is excellent for enjoying the NY Harbor city tour. The Cloud Nine IV is perfect for a sit-down dinner of 40-150 guests, or a buffet of up to 150 guests, and a cocktail hors d’oeuvre party of up to 150 guests.

She is a four-deck vessel that's recently been renovated. The homeport is in Hoboken, New Jersey. The Cornucopia Destiny is perfect for groups of 100 to over 300, depending upon the type of event.

For sit-down dinners, approximately 180 guests in the main dining salon can be accommodated. When it comes to cocktail parties, we can accept up to 350 guests. The cocktail lounge on the first deck is elegant. There's also a dining salon on the second deck. She’s just lovely!

New York real estate billionaire's $40M mega yacht anchored off Sanibel Island

A New York real estate billionaire's sleek mega yacht, the Silver Shalis, was spotted cruising Fort Myers Beach and anchored off Sanibel Island over the holiday weekend.

Built in 2010 by Delta Marine from a ship design by Langan Associates and interior by design house Jonathan Quinn Barnett, the 175-foot, 846-ton craft is owned by real estate tycoon Larry Silverstein.

The vessel, which can sleep 12 guests in six cabins and has a crew of 14 housed in seven cabins, has an annual running cost between between $2 million and $4 million.

The luxury mega yacht, sailing under the flag of the Marshall Islands, is valued by specialty yachting web sites at a whopping $40 million.

A  yacht tracking website placed the Silver Shalis just off the Sanibel Causeway near the Sanibel Lighthouse   on the east end of the island on Monday and early Tuesday. The vessel has been cruising the Gulf of Mexico and the Atlantic, visiting Fort Lauderdale at one port of call.

Sometimes, when not pressed into service, boats such as the Silver Shalis are rented out for charters. Such excursions cost from $200,000 to $400,000, or more, a week, according to yachtcharterfleet.com.

Dara McQuillan, media contact for Silverstein Properties, confirmed the yacht was the CEO's.

"He is visiting the southwest coast of Florida, and loves it there," she said. 

A lot has been written about Silverstein.

A 2017 article in the Baltimore Business Journal said his company bought the World Trade Center weeks before the 9/11 terrorist attacks destroyed the twin towers. The company rebuilt the complex that includes the Freedom Tower.

The company's most recent acquisition was a lower Manhattan apartment tower. Silverstein Properties purchased at 116 John St., a converted office tower in the Financial District, for $248 million, according to a company statement.

And on Jan. 10, Silverstein Capital Partners — Silverstein Properties’ real estate lending platform — closed on a $2 billion fund committed by its two existing and three new global institutional investors.
