Tiara Yachts traces its heritage back to 1946 , when founder Leon Slikkers began his boat-building career at Chris-Craft. Within 10 years he would go on to form his own brand, SlickCraft, embrace fiberglass hull construction and ultimately found S2 Yachts with sons David and Robert in 1974. Initially a builder of sailboats, S2 launched the Tiara powerboat line in 1976 that would ultimately become today’s Tiara Yachts brand. Handcrafted luxury models with virtually all components built in-house in Holland, Michigan , Tiara now produces 12 different models from 34’ to 60’. These include the Coupe and EX series, powered by Volvo Penta’s Inboard Performance System (IPS) pod drives, and the LS, LX and LE models powered by Mercury Verado outboards.

Tiara produces five upscale model series, including inboard vessels from 39 to 60 feet in the Coupe and EX lines. Outboard powered models range from 34 to 48 feet in three distinct series: Luxury Sport (LS) , Luxury Crossover (LX) , and Luxury Express (LE) .

Types of Tiara Yachts

Tiara builds a five-series line of both inboard and outboard-powered boats, divided into Coupe inboard-powered sedan cruisers in 39’, 44’ and 49’ lengths; LS outboard-powered, center-console dayboats in 34’, 38’, 43’ and 48’ lengths; a 34’ LX dual-console bowrider ; 43’ and 48’ LE express cruisers ; and the 54′ and 60’ EX inboard-powered yachts .

The EX Series embodies flexible luxury and endless adventure, combining elements of the LS and Coupe models to put a focus on maximizing exterior enjoyment, while providing all the lavish comforts required for an extended stay.

A variety of aft cockpit layouts allow owners to emphasize their choice of cruising comfort, dining or fishing amenities.

• At 60’, the EX 60 is Tiara’s largest-ever model.
• The large, glass-doored main salon features a full galley and entertainment area .
• Below deck a trio of staterooms and two full-size heads can accommodate up to six adults.
• The aft sides of the boat also open on both port and starboard side to expand the deck area, give the cockpit an open feel and allow access to the surrounding waters.
• Ideal for cruising, overnighting, entertaining .
• Outboard-powered dayboats with a centerline helm, the LS Series — including the 34LS , 38LS , 43LS and 48LS — are great for entertaining a crowd or overnighting for couples or small families.

Tiara builds two true yachts, the EX 54 and the EX 60 , powered by Volvo Penta’s Inboard Performance System. Additional IPS-powered models include the Coupe sedan cruiser in 39’ – 49’ lengths. Tiara works closely with two power partners, Volvo Penta and Mercury. inboard models use Volvo Penta’s Inboard Performance System (IPS) . Tiara’s outboard models use Mercury Verados.

Tiara Yachts provides Limited Warranty coverage on products sold for use by retail customers . It applies to the original purchaser of the boat but can be transferred to subsequent owners. Coverage includes defects in materials and workmanship in the boat and all components and accessories for two years; structural defects in materials and workmanship in hull and deck for a period of five years; blistering due to defects in material and workmanship in the painted surface of the hull bottom for a period of five years, providing that the surface has not been altered in any way (including sanding, sandblasting or application of a coating other than standard antifouling paint). Exceptions apply. 

Tiara Yachts are easy to maintain. Like any boat, basic maintenance, including washing and waxing the fiberglass hull, keeping compartments clean and dry, and cleaning and using protectant on vinyl surfaces will keep any boat looking and performing like new for years to come.

Boats left in the water should have hulls cleaned yearly to remove marine growth; anti-fouling paint on submerged areas of the hull should also be applied.

Follow the manufacturer’s recommended maintenance schedule, including yearly engine service, to ensure reliable, safe operation. Factory-recommended service should be performed at an authorized Tiara Yachts dealer.

All Tiara models are designed with family excursions in mind, with abundant creature comforts and stable, smooth-running hull designs. Depending on model and size, overnight accommodations run from berths for two to full-size cabins, head compartments, showers and galleys perfect for larger groups.

The fresh water system must be disinfected before first use and yearly at the beginning of each season. A clean sanitized fresh water system will greatly re- duce the risk of developing coliform bacteria or other disease-causing organisms (pathogens) and will help protect the health of everyone onboard.

This drain leads to the shower sump installed under the cabin floor that is controlled automatically by a float switch. A handrail/towel bar is provided on the aft side of the shower. • Page 46 ENGINE ROOM & AFT BILGE Enter the engine room through a hatch in the upper cockpit floor, on centerline. For greater access the large engine hatch lifts to access the engine room, the switch is la- beled “Hatch Lift” and it is located below the starboard gunwale.

This 39-foot 3-inch Tiara Open comes with twin Cummins QSC8.3 diesels with 600hp or twin Cummins QSB6.7 diesels with 480hp. With a 15-foot (4.57 meter) beam and a 3-foot 6-inch (1.06 meter) draft, the open has the capacity to carry 535 gallons of fuel.

The 43-foot 3-inch (13.18 meter) Tiara Open has twin Cummins QSM11 diesels at 715hp; a beam of 15-feet 4-inches (4.67 meter) and a draft of 4-feet 2-inches (1.3 meter) and a fuel capacity of 600 gallons.

The Tiara F44 Flybridge and Tiara F53 Flybridge models are designed for comfort with easy access flybridge and accommodations with counterbalanced salon sliding doors.

TIARA 44 FLYBRIDGE

Tiara’s F44 Flybridge debuted at the Fort Lauderdale International Boat Show in 2016 and integrates the hull strength of the Tiara 44 Coupe. A queen berth is in the forward master stateroom with solid wood floors and heavy-duty hardware to host up to 8 guests. Overall length is 45-feet 6-inches (13.87 meter) with the standard swim platform and a beam of 14-feet 11-inch (4.54 meter) beam. The F44 comes with twin Volvo IPS650 diesels for 480 hp and a fuel capacity of 350 gallons of fuel.

TIARA 53 FLYBRIDGE

With the standard swim platform, the Tiara 53 is 54-feet 6-inches (16.6 meter) in length with a 15-foot 11-inch (4.85 meter) beam. Equipped with a Volvo D11 Ipsii 950 at 725hp or a Caterpillar C12.9 W/Zf510-1a1 at 1000hp, the boat is capable of carrying 650 gallons of fuel.

The Tiara Yachts Coupe series included integrated hardtops with built-in sunroofs and counterbalanced sliding doors. Skylights adorn staterooms, heads, and living spaces and the Volvo Penta IPS drive is standard.

39 TIARA COUPE

The Tiara 39 Coupe is 40 feet 10 inches (12.45 meters) with the standard swim platform and a 13-foot 3-inch (4.04 meter) beam. Standard with twin Volvo IPS 500 engines and 300 gallons of fuel capacity.
