ISA Yachts launched Resilience last September, but now we’re finally getting a look inside the superyacht .
The 213-footer, which is one of the yard’s Classic models , offers the interiors of a high-end hotel. Named after the resilience shown throughout the pandemic, the vessel was penned by Enrico Gobbi of Team for Design and features naval architecture by the Palumbo Superyachts team.

Built at Palumbo’s Ancona shipyard, Resilience sports a steel hull and aluminum superstructure that have been finished in an elegant navy and white colorway. She has a dynamic profile with a razor-sharp bow that allows her to cut through the waves.

It’s what’s on the inside of the vessel that really stands out, though. With a huge interior volume of more than 1,4000 GT, the yacht’s living quarters are furnished with gorgeous designer pieces and offer ample space for entertaining. All six decks are connected by a circular staircase that doubles as an art installation showcasing striking glass jellyfish made by Preciosa.
Starting at the lower deck, there are four large guest cabins and eight crew cabins. There’s also a beach club of nearly 2,000 square feet that comes complete with a swim platform, a lounge, a bar, gym, sauna and a massage room. Highlights of the club include strategically placed LEDs, a bar decorated with Murano glass and a unique plated ceiling that showcases the swimming pool above.
The owner’s suite sports a giant custom chandelier. ISA Yachts
The main deck is dedicated to a full-beam owner’s suite, which includes foldable terraces on both sides, a crystal chandelier custom-made (again) by Preciosa and contemporary furniture by Palissandro. Elsewhere on this level, there’s a convertible staff cabin, a stainless-steel galley, a large main saloon and a dining room. This area flows onto a large swimming pool aft.
The bridge deck, meanwhile, includes a captain’s cabin, a VIP suite with a private terrace and an owner’s office with another terrace and bathroom. There’s also an alfresco dining area with custom Vaar chairs and an outdoor cinema with a hidden flat screen. From here, you can access the sky lounge which comes with its own self-playing Edelweiss grand piano.

Not to be outdone, the sundeck is equipped with a mosaic-tiled Jacuzzi, large sun pads, an outdoor shower and a dining area. This leads to the cockpit aft, which offers a custom fireplace and large grilling spot. Above, the observatory provides a sunbathing area with panoramic views.
As for water toys, the large forward garage can store two jet skis, a 27-foot guest tender and a 19-foot crew tender. Of course, there are cranes to help you get everything in the water.
Fittingly, Resilience has plenty of power. The superyacht is fitted with twin 1,500kW MTU engines that give her a top speed of 17.5 knots and a cruising speed of 14 knots. She can also sail some 5,500 nautical miles at 11 knots.
Best of all, Resilience is available for charter through Edmiston —so you can check out those interiors for yourself.

ISA Classic 65 metri M/Y Resilience: style, craftsmanship and refinement
The ISA Classic 65 metre motoryacht Resilience is an extraordinary creation completed at the Palumbo Superyachts shipyard in Ancona.
Designed and conceived from the outset as a showcase of everything the Shipyard can do, the yacht embodies a skillful fusion of style, craftsmanship and refinement throughout all 6 decks of this 65-metre superyacht. The exterior and interior design was developed by Team for Design Enrico Gobbi while Palumbo Superyachts technical team were the naval architects. Edmiston and RVB Marine supervised the project on behalf of the Owner and acted as Owner’s Representatives.
Constructed in steel and aluminum, the yacht internal layout features six cabins with a seventh convertible, including a full-beam owner suite located on the forward main deck. Contemporary furniture with clean lines was purposely selected to integrate with the exterior and create a harmonious blend.
Measuring over 1400 GT, Resilience has huge volumes and clever design.
“Nothing is left to chance in this design. Even the double- colour blue and white exterior paint was designed for the same purpose as the black windows, which is to confer on the yacht a streamlined and dynamic profile from stem to stern along the whole length of the hull. Another distinctive feature which lightens her shape and makes her appear more elegant is the design of the mast, with two large wings supporting the satellite domes and further elongating the profile. The interior design has been studied in collaboration with Carlo Lionetti Co-Director interiors for Team for Design on Resilience. We wanted to express a modern and refined style demonstrating an equally meticulous attention to the use of steel and to details in general” , comments Enrico Gobbi of TEAM for Design.
Starting from the lower deck, the 4×4 metre transom door aligns flush with the swimming platform when lowered, which combined with the two opened side doors, transforms the entire area into a beach club with an expanse of more than 180 square metres.
Versatility and lighting effects are the key elements of this portion of the lower deck, which consists of a lounge area, bar, showers, gym, sauna, massage room and a welcome area for boarding/disembarking guests from tenders.
The beach club has three different accesses to the rest of the yacht: an external staircase from the aft deck, an internal staircase to the right of the massage area, and a scenic corridor running through a transparent glass enclosure which, crossing the engine room, directly connects the beach club with the lower deck lobby and the guest cabins. This is a unique feature which as well as being very convenient, gives guests a fascinating view into the beating heart of the yacht that they rarely get to see.
The colour palette of the beach club is based on different shades of cobalt blue applied to metallic and lacquered surfaces, combined with natural materials like teak.
A lively element with great impact, thanks to the perfect indirect integration of light and the skillful use of blue, is the frosted and knurled Murano glass panel decorating the front of the bar counter.
The lighting scheme in the yacht was studied in great detail, and in this area it includes a lane of ceiling LED lights running symmetrically with respect to the central door, accompanying the view up to the back wall. The latter is formed by sinuous waves of teak and LEDs reflected onto the two stainless steel and glass plates of the ceiling, which is actually the floor of the main deck swimming pool. This solution allows light to filter through the water, creating beautiful patterns and a magical atmosphere, especially at night.
The lower deck features 4 large guest cabins connected to the main deck by a circular staircase. This staircase runs between all decks and features a stunning glass jellyfish installation of various colours (designed by Arch. Gobbi and made by Preciosa) that accompanies the view to the sky. A tribute to the sea, this piece of art symbolises the vastness of the ocean and the harmony of shapes and movement and looks stunning when lit at night time.
The 12-metre wide full-beam owner’s cabin on the main deck includes two private foldable terraces on both sides. The central bed here is crowned by a custom-made chandelier, also made by Preciosa in crystal and polished chromed steel to a design by Enrico Gobbi. The materials used are evocative, like the brown Palissandro veneered furniture and the onyx tops that ascribe a modern, refined and very luxurious feel.
Moving towards the stern, we find a seventh convertible staff cabin. The professional stainless-steel galley is located on the port side.
Passing the lobby heading aft, we enter the large main saloon and dining room, with sizeable sofas and a 12-seater dining table. This area was designed with opening doors on all sides, so that when they are all open it can also form a contiguous part of the aft swimming pool area. The sliding partition doors between the lounge and the dining area allow these areas either to be combined into one large room or kept separate, making the whole space extremely flexible depending on the use required.
The spectacular 6-metre long swimming pool located on the stern and equipped for counter-current swimming is certainly a scenographic element. The cockpit is completed by a large C-shaped sofa with coffee table and front sofa.
The bridge deck forward hosts the integrated bridge with separate radio room, the Captain’s cabin, and the sixth VIP cabin with private terrace. Continuing towards the stern we find a comfortable and very private Owner’s office, also provided with terrace and bathroom (the sofa here is convertible in case it is needed for an extra guest). Past the lobby, we enter the very spacious sky lounge. Here we have comfortable sofas designed for lounging and movie-watching, and a bar area with a marvellous self-playing Edelweiss transparent grand piano. The bar itself is also a real design feature, with backlit onyx behind and a stunning lighting scheme. Outside on the bridge deck aft, the custom made 12-seater table boasts custom-made Vaar chairs in polished steel and mahogany. The external cockpit on the bridge deck is completed by large sunbeds and sofas, and also fitted for an incredible outdoor cinema, with a very wide flat screen hidden in the stern hardtop.
The sundeck is certainly one of the most versatile areas on board Resilience, thanks to the articulated system of pocketing door openings that can either make this deck completely open, or close and air-conditioned in the mid-section for use in inclement or very hot weather. Going from the bow the secluded mosaic-tiled Jacuzzi allows guests to fully enjoy moments of relaxation, with large sunpads alongside and a outdoor shower to rinse in. A set of semicircular glass doors into the interior under the hard top provides access to the staircase lobby, and then through a second sliding door, we reach the sundeck lounge and dining areas. These are naturally lit by the two symmetrical side skylights, one above the dining table (for 12 guests), and the other above the relaxation area.
A second fully retractable semicircular glass door then leads to the cockpit aft, where the focal element is a custom-made circular fireplace made from cracked glass and polished stainless steel. Here there are also more sunpads and a large BBQ area.
Above the main sundeck, Resilience has one further deck: the observatory deck. This provides a very private sunbathing area and a small coffee table with chairs where guests can enjoy a unique panoramic viewpoint in total privacy and peace.
On-board equipment includes two jet skis, a 27ft guest tender and a 19ft crew tender. These are stored in the large forward garage. A side door opens to port and beam cranes maneuver the tenders into the water.
The crew quarters are placed on the lower deck forward, and can comfortably sleep up to 15 people in 8 cabins, plus the Captain’s cabin behind the bridge.

A tribute to the sea, this piece of art symbolises the vastness of the ocean and the harmony of shapes and movement and looks stunning when lit at night time.
The 12-metre wide full-beam owner’s cabin on the main deck includes two private foldable terraces on both sides.
The sundeck is certainly one of the most versatile areas on board ISA Classic 65 Resilience, thanks to the articulated system of pocketing door openings that can either make this deck completely open, or close and air-conditioned in the mid-section for use in inclement or very hot weather.
