The multi-award winning 47.05m/154'4" motor yacht 'Bartali' was built by Wider Yachts in Italy. Her interior is styled by Italian designer design house Ideaeitalia and she was delivered to her owner in December 2015. This luxury vessel's exterior design is the work of Fulvio de Simoni.

Range & Performance

Bartali is built with a aluminium hull and aluminium superstructure, with teak decks. Powered by twin diesel-electric MAN (Visedo Power Drum L-Frame) 712hp engines running at 2rpm, she comfortably cruises at 12 knots, reaches a maximum speed of 15 knots with a range of up to 4,700 nautical miles from her 45,000 litre fuel tanks at 12 knots. Her low draft of 1.98m/6'6" makes her primed for accessing shallow areas and cruising close to the shorelines. Her water tanks store around 12,000 Litres of fresh water. She was built to ABS (American Bureau of Shipping) classification society rules.

47m superyacht Bartali delivered to new owner

47.05m motoryacht Genesis has recently been delivered to her new owner under the new name of M/Y Bartali following customisation works at the Wider shipyard in Ancona.

Built by the Italian yard in 2016, Bartali was sold to her new owner in December last year.

She features exterior design from Fulvio de Simoni, with a contemporary interior by IdeaItalia, who worked together with the in-house design team at Wider.

Work to customise the superyacht to her new owner’s specifications took place at the Ancona shipyard, with new features including a walk-in-wardrobe in the master stateroom, along with changes to the galley.

Bartali will depart for the Côte d’Azur soon, where her new owners will move aboard for the season.

Michael Hackman, executive vice president of marine operations with Genting Hong Kong and interim chairman of Wider commented, “This is a significant milestone in the history of the shipyard.

“The Wider 150 represents a number of firsts both to us and the yachting industry as a whole. We believe the diesel electric propulsion system installed on board – the first time this has been done on a yacht of this size – is the future of yachting. The multiple benefits this system offers clients, among them low noise and vibration, but equally the reduced carbon footprint thanks to her remarkable fuel efficiency, is increasingly appealing to customers

“The automotive market has transformed client’s outlook, a growing segment of the market is looking for increasingly green solutions.”

At the shipyard work is continuing with the construction of the latest Wider 165, project Cecilia, which remains on schedule for an early 2018 launch. She is listed for sale at an asking price of €30,000,000.

Motor Yacht

The WIDER 150’ project was first announced to the public by the Wider Team in September 2011. At a Press Conference in the spectacular setting of the Hermitage in Monaco a crowded room of journalists and industry professionals witnessed the unveiling of a project that was as noteworthy for it’s innovative technology as for it’s sleek and modern styling by Fulvio De Simoni.

The WIDER 150’ has a propulsion system that draws inspiration from thousands of military and commercial vessels that run using diesel electric power. This technology is actually over one hundred years old, and has been refined over the last century to provide the most reliable and economic solution to many applications in the marine industry today. The WIDER Engineering team have sourced experienced and proven suppliers to adapt diesel electric technology to a super yacht setting, where not only reliability and economy are called for, but also supreme comfort and convenience. The layout of the vessel is quite unlike any other super yacht. WIDER have placed four variable speed generators in the bow that produce energy and transmit it to the propulsion system and the “hotel”. By using AziPods, there is no need for mechanical components such as a propeller shaft. “This is an important feature” says Antonelli, “conventional yachts have two large engines right in the middle of the hull, connected to two propeller shafts. The best part of the yacht is given over to the engines, these can create noise and vibration that can disturb the owner and his guests.” WIDER say that they have eliminated this problem. Energy from the generators is carried by cable, not shafts, so there is no need for a large engine room mid ships. The results are impressive; not only is there more room for the guest cabins in the best pat of the hull, but the yacht can also hold a 32’ tender that launches from the transom to leave space for a spa and indoor pool. Lithium Polymer batteries are at the heart of the system, these store the energy produced by the generators and release it according to the requirements of the owner. If the owner wishes to run at zero emission mode using just the batteries, or if he would like a night at anchor without running the generators, he can do so. If he needs higher performance then he can run the yacht from the variable speed generator engines, but any excess power is diverted to recharge the battery banks so there is no wastage whatsoever. The benefits of this system are truly noteworthy. Conventional yachts run generators at a fixed speed, burning fuel at a fixed rate whether that be too little or too much for the load at the time. By connecting MAN engines to VISEDO alternators WIDER offer variable speed generators that will only be run at the speed that is necessary at the time. The result of this is greater time between overhaul of the engines, greater fuel economy, and greater comfort since noise and vibration are kept to an absolute minimum. The entire system is simple to control by the Wider Management System, and touch screen pads will be positioned strategically on board so that the owner and Captain can chose their preferred operational mode, whether that be zero emission mode, night mode, fast mode, or manoeuvring mode. Emerson Industrial automation, which like Wider is an international leader in bringing technology and engineering together to create innovative solutions for its clients, will supply the electric propulsion system for the Wider 150’.

Wider 150 rechristened M/Y “Bartali

Wider announced the launch of the multi award winning WIDER 150, now re christened M/Y ‘Bartali’ by her new owner, in Ancona (Italy) on 20 th May. Sold in December of 2016, the new owners requested some modifications to the interior to suit their specific requirements which have now been completed by the shipyard.

Constructed entirely in aluminum, the elegant silhouette of the WIDER 150 includes a 90 sqm beach club with 7m indoor swimming pool and an incredible 75 sqm master state room. The yacht’s ability to run innear silence using only her batteries has resulted in un precedented levels of interest and a collection of awards from the most prestigious organizations, including the World Superyacht Awards,World Yachts Trophy and MYS/RINA.

“The team has worked very hard,working extra shifts over last couple of months to ensure that we complete the requested changes and hit the delivery date agreed with the new owner.It is our mandate to never compromise on workmanship and to deliver on our promises and I am very proud to be working witheveryone involved,”said Michael Hackman,Executive Vice President – Marine Operations with Genting Hong Kong and interim Chairman of WIDER.“ ‘Bartali’ will be leaving in a couple of weeks and we will turn our attention to the Wider 165.”

Following her final delivery,‘Bartali’ will be heading off to the Cote D’Azur where her new owners plan to move aboard for the season.

At the shipyard,work continues with the construction of the Wider 165, project ‘Cecilia’,which remains on schedule to be launched in Q1 of 2018.Wider remains in discussion with a number of interested clients about the sale of ‘Cecilia’ as well as for other future projects.

In April 2017,Wider was acquired by Exa Limited,a wholly owned subsidiary of Genting Hong Kong Limited.

Motor yacht BARTALI is a 2016 launched superyacht built by the Italian shipyard Wider. She is a Wider 150 model, measuring 47 metres and incorporating modern features and striking exterior lines. Innovative and eco-friendly features are characteristic of this yacht, reflected in the multitude of awards from various prestigious organisations and events.

One of the main features of BARTALI is her 90 square metre beach club, allowing for effortless enjoyment of the sea life, coupled with a 32' rigid tender and a number of fantastic water toys.

Huge outdoor areas are perfect for entertainment and socialising with friends and family, while the owner will find the perfect retreat in the 75 square metre apartment.

Interiors of BARTALI were designed by Ideaeitalia and incorporate furniture and leather supplied by Poltrona Frau and fabrics from Gentili Mosconi Home. Large full-height windows allow for plenty of natural light and great vistas of the sea.

The upper deck features the owner's suite that can be split into two separate areas, divided by sliding doors, an office and sleeping quarters with a walk-in wardrobe, a large terrace and an elegant bathroom with a 3m shower and custom made bathtub.

BARTALI Specifications

The guest accommodation includes four en suite cabins, including two VIP cabins and two standard cabins. One of the standard guest cabins has a pullman berth for a child.

Luxury yacht BARTALI is able to reach maximum speed of 14.1 knots and a cruising speed of 13 knots, with a range of 2,500 nautical miles. Very low levels of noise and vibration add to the overall comfort on board. In fact, she was given a perfect score of 100/100 from RINA.

Yacht Accommodation

Accommodation includes one large owners suite, two VIP staterooms, one standard suite and one standard suite with an additional Pullman berth for a child. All are equipped with en suite bathroom facilities and luxurious amenities.

Wider yachts presents a great motor yacht: the 46m bartali (ex-genesi) of the wider 150 range..

BARTALI is the first WIDER superyacht. The aluminum yacht features a hybrid propulsion and a floating garage perfect for the WIDER 32 . The yacht offers more than 350 m² of outside areas.

Fulvio de Simoni  designed the in collaboration with the WIDER CEO Tilli Antonelli and the in-house design team.

Juan Balaguer, Wider COO says:

“The extra time in the main shed allowed us to push ahead with the interior… it is now 90% complete. I have launched dozens of yachts in my career but have never done so with this level of completion to the interior outfitting… this will save us time in the final commissioning”

“It is enormously satisfying to see “Genesi” in the water for the first time” says Tilli Antonelli, Wider Founder and CEO. “But now we have the important task of checking that everything is working to the same high standards that we have set ourselves in every other aspect of the construction process. We believe that this can be done in 8-10 weeks but will not rush anything if it means compromising on the quality of the finished yacht…We will make sure that she is 110% finished before unveiling her in full to the market.”

The tender garage, pool and beach club area

The floating tender garage is also a 7-meter indoor seawater swimming pool when the tender is out. The stern area transforms into an impressive 90m² beach club. Another tender storage is at the foredeck area.

The interior features a full-beam owner’s suite of 75 m² with en-suite bathroom and a 5.6 m² folding balcony.

Four guest en-suite cabins are located on the lower deck. There are two VIP and two standard cabins. The crew is also housed on the lower deck in four twin cabins and the crew mess. The captain has a cabin next to the wheelhouse.

The WIDER 150 has a price of about 26 Mio. EUR.

39m Burger motor yacht Areti I joins the market for first time

The 38.5-metre Burger motor yacht Areti I has been listed for sale for the first time with David Ross of Hamilton Marine .

One of only two built in 2007 by Burger, who David Ross described as the "Rolls Royce of US yacht builders", the full displacement, all-aluminium yacht has had one owner since new and has never been chartered.

Exterior design and naval architecture is by Don O'Keeffe , a long-time Burger designer, while the interior is by Douglas Richey . She was refitted in 2024 having always been impeccably maintained, mainly at Rybovich in North Palm Beach, USA, who fully repainted her in 2022.

Accommodation, including a full-beam, main deck owner's cabin with two bathrooms, is for an owner's party of 10. Two double and two twin cabins are located on the lower deck, all fine examples of Burger craftsmanship. There are quarters for up to eight crew members in five cabins forward.

Rich cabinetry is featured in Areti I's open-plan main saloon and dining room and also up in the skylounge. A 200-bottle Eurocave wine cellar and Yamaha Clavinova digital piano are two appealing features. The aft deck offers al fresco dining, as does the sundeck, where guests can also enjoy a circular hot tub and sit-up bar. Tenders are stowed aft on the bridge deck when underway. Meanwhile, stabilisers make for easy launch and retrieval as well as embarkation at the swim platform.

The 334GT, ABS-classed, MCA-compliant yacht for sale is powered by twin 1,300hp Caterpillar engines giving her a maximum speed of 14.5 knots, a "high" cruising speed of 13.5 knots and a range of 5,500 nautical miles at 10 knots.

Amadeus Description

Built by the famous Dynamique Yachts shipyard, and having undergone a total refit in 2018, S/Y Amadeus was designed to please the most demanding of yachtsmen. Built for smooth sailing, this elegant cutter rigged sloop has a sleek hull design, comfortably reaching top speeds of 12 knots and ensuring excellent sailing performance. S/Y Amadeus has just undergone this past winter (2018) a major refit such as total repaint top to bottom, new rigging (BSI Denmark), Novourania with new Evinrude 75hp outboard, Splash pool, new Bimini/Sprayhood/Awnings, new exterior fabrics and many other enhancements. In 2016 new “North Sails” were placed onboard. The yacht is maintained in excellent condition with a five-star crew year round. Her generous uncluttered teak deck offers plenty of space for sunbathing. The spacious and unique outdoor saloon has two tables seating upto 12 guests and is a perfect setting for outdoor dining and entertainment. Thanks to a special canopy and roll-up windows, the deck saloon has the added attraction that it can be fully enclosed, making it ideal for all weather conditions. Her forward area includes a splash pool and sun bathing area which can also be shaded with a removable awning. From the cockpit, a stairway leads to the light-filled spacious saloon offering ample seating, ideal for relaxing or enjoying a drink from the bar, and offers a formal dining area. This area also includes a LCD TV, entertainment center, ipod dock station, playstation, and is ideal for indoor activities. She can accommodate 10-12 guests in one full width master stateroom, two double bedded cabins each having one extra single bed and two twin bedded cabins which can be easily converted to double beds (upon request), thus, making her the only 5 double bedded sailboat in the Greek market. She also has a nice selection of toys which include water ski (adult and children), tubes, inflatable canoes, wakeboard, fishing rod and snorkeling gear.

CAPTAIN - Harry Fotopoulos Captain Harry is a graduate of the Merchant Marine Academy and holds a Captain Class A’ Diploma. He also holds a Canadian Commercial Pilot license class B, sailing and speedboat license. He has over 15 years of experience onboard many types of Charter Yachts. He holds Certificates in GMDSS, Fire Fighting & First Aid, Personal Safety, Life Saving, and Ship Security. He has a great knowledge of the Greek islands and will navigate guests to remarkable destinations. During his one season on board he showed great leadership skills and received positive feedback from all guests. He is calm yet very outgoing and speaks very good English. DECKHAND - Konstantinos Santas CHIEF STEWARDESS - Mirella Davint Mirella has 8+ years of experience as a stewardess onboard charter and private yachts. She has a very pleasant personality and she aims to accommodate her guests to the fullest. Comments received from previous guests are memorable. This will be Mirella’s eighth season onboard. Mirella speaks English and she is 38 years old. ENGINEER - Stelios Mandos Stelios holds an Engineer Class B’ Diploma from the Greek Merchant Marine Academy as well as a Sailor’s License. He has over 15 years of experience onboard Ocean-Going Vessels and Charter Yachts. His hobbies include spearfishing and sailing. He speaks good English. Stelios is 45 years old, married with two children. CHEF - Thanasis Kiritsis Thanasis is 39 years old and has worked as a chef for more than 20 years in numerous hotels restaurants, yachts and resorts including owning his own pastry shop / bakery for 5 years. Thanasis looks forward to welcoming his guests on board and introducing them to his culinary world. He speaks good English and Greek. He is a young chef full of energy, skills and passion towards his job. We are confident that he will serve his guests unforgettable flavors. ASSISTANT STEWARDESS - Anastasia Yurash Anastasia is 31 years old and has been in the yachting industry since 2021. Her working experience includes 7 years as a housekeeper and assistant stewardess. Anastasia speaks very good English. One of Anastasia’s strongest attributes is her appetite for work. She is also very sociable, welcoming and looks forward to having guests on board S/Y Amadeus. Her hobbies include Latin dancing, snowboard and yoga.

A General Description of Sailing Yacht AMADEUS

AMADEUS was previously registered as project/yacht name Amadeus 1er. This 33 metre (109 ft) luxury yacht was built by Dynamique Yachts in 1991. Sailing Yacht AMADEUS is a well proportioned superyacht. The yacht is a modern sloop with a cutter rig. The naval architecture office whom authored the design work on this ship was Philippe Briand. Luxury yacht AMADEUS is a quality yacht that is able to accommodate as many as 12 guests on board and has a total of 5 crew members.

Sailing yacht AMADEUS was built by the famous Dynamique Yachts shipyard .The yacht features superb sailing characteristics which are complimented by her spacious interior and abundant deck space. Sailing sloop AMADEUS can accommodate 10 passengers in five cabins. With one large master stateroom and four additional cabins which are all air conditioned and have en suite bathrooms. She also has two separate salons and a full dining room. The aft deck is fully covered with seating. The fore deck has an unique pool on deck and swimming in the sea is made accessible by a large swim aft platform.

The Construction & Naval Architecture relating to Luxury Yacht AMADEUS

Philippe Briand was the naval architect firm involved in the formal nautical design work for AMADEUS. Also the company Philippe Briand skillfully collaborated on this undertaking. In 1991 she was actually launched to triumph in Marans and following sea trials and final completion was afterwards passed on to the yacht owner. Dynamique Yachts completed their new build sailing yacht in France. A reasonable proportion is brought about with a maximum beam (width) of 7.5 metres / 24.6 feet. With a 3.6m (11.8ft) draught (maximum depth) she is reasonably deep. The material composite was used in the building of the hull of the sailing yacht. Her superstructure above deck is built with the use of composite. Over the deck of AMADEUS she is 32.7 (107.3 ft) in length. In 2004 extra refitting and modernisation was also finished.

Engines & Speed For S/Y AMADEUS:

She is driven by twin screw propellers. The main engine of the ship gives 375 horse power (or 276 kilowatts). She is equiped with 2 engines. The combined thrust for the boat is therefore 750 HP / 552 KW.

Bestowing bedding for a maximum of 12 yacht guests sleeping aboard, the AMADEUS accommodates them in style. Normally the vessel requires approximately 5 professional crewmembers to run.

Her master cabin features a walk around king bed, desk/vanity, and en-suite bathroom. Additionally, there are two guest cabins each with a queen bed convertible to two twins, and two guest cabins each with a queen bed and twin bed. Each guest cabin has an en-suite.

Her main salon has a spacious, contoured conversational area, along with a large, flatscreen T.V. The aft deck features al fresco dining with Bimini top. Up on deck there are sun pads and a splash pool for you and your guests to enjoy.

Watersports offered include a 15 foot tender with 75hp engine, water skis for adults and children, tube, wakeboard, kayak, fishing gear, snorkeling gear, and rendezvous diving.

Sailing yacht AMADEUS is a stunning 110 ft yacht available for charter in Greece. With a clean, spacious teak deck and a unique outdoor saloon that can seat up to 12 guests across two tables, it’s the perfect place for outdoor dining and entertainment. The deck saloon can also be enclosed with a special canopy and roll-up windows, making it suitable for use in all weather conditions. At the front of the boat, there’s a splash pool and sunbathing area with a removable awning for shade.

Inside the boat, a staircase from the cockpit leads to a well-lit and roomy saloon area with plenty of seating, including a formal dining area, bar, LCD TV, entertainment center, iPod dock station, and Playstation. Sailing Yacht AMADEUS can accommodate 10-12 guests in five large cabins, including a full-width master stateroom and two double cabins, each with an extra single bed. The two twin cabins can also be converted to doubles upon request, making her the only sailboat on the Greek market with five double beds.

To add to the fun, sailing yacht AMADEUS also comes with a range of water toys, including adult and children’s water skis, tubes, inflatable canoes, wakeboard, fishing rod, and snorkeling gear. She was built by Dynamique Yachts in 1996 and underwent a refit in 2014/2018.

A professional crew of 5-6 members are accommodated in separate quarters.

Charter the AMADEUS

AMADEUS is a 110-foot sailing yacht that can accommodate ten to twelve passengers in five staterooms as follows: a spacious Owner’s stateroom with a double bed, a vanity and an entertainment unit including TV, DVD and music system; two cabins with a double bed and an additional single bed; two cabins with two twin beds each. All staterooms have en suite bathrooms, a TV, DVD and CD player. There are two separate salons onboard as well as a full dining room. The aft deck is fully covered and has seating for all guests to dine in the open air. Forward of the cockpit is a lovely cushioned area for sunning and an unusual pool is found in the fore of the yacht. Swimming in the sea is made accessible by the large swim aft platform.

Built in 2008, Amadeus offers guest accommodation for up to 6 guests in 3 suites comprising a master suite, one VIP cabin and one twin cabin. There are 4 beds in total, including 1 queen, 1 double and 2 singles. She is also capable of carrying up to 2 crew onboard to ensure a relaxed luxury yacht charter experience.

Onboard Comfort & Entertainment

Whatever your activities on your charter, you'll find some impressive features are seamlessly integrated to help you, notably Wi-Fi connectivity, allowing you to stay connected at all times, should you wish. Guests will experience complete comfort while chartering thanks to air conditioning.
