First Time Buyer - Expectations Exceeded!
This was the first time purchasing a boat. The Pop Buyer's agent AND selling agent were very friendly. They worked in the best interest of all parties involved. Buyer's agent (Tab B.) was very helpful in navigating my first time purchase with professional advice and fast response times. Closing department (Tricia) was proactive in helping resolve issues and ensuring closing happened on time. SO GLAD I used Pop for my first time boat purchase. Will use again on future sales/purchases! Good job Pop Team!

Hanna Banana earns POP 9.5 stars
Pop is the greatest platform I’ve ever experienced is selling a unit, I had been trying for 6 months on my own with not much action. 2 days after listing I received a offer for $4000 more than what I was trying to get. Roy my personal representative was to my place with in days to make video and take pictures ( all at pops expense) showing it very well. My heart and greatest appreciation goes to “Hanna Banana “for her tireless dedication and ability to handle a very complex closing over the weekend. She started @ 5 stars and by time everything was finished I moved her up to 9.5 ( I’m a communist judge and never give 10.0) . She is a true professional and reflects the dedication that POP has for clients, they should be proud to have her on board

WOW! What a crew. While casually browsing sailboats for sale I kept getting new ones available. This kept my interest until I found my “perfect one for me”. Too far away but on a trailer, 1200 miles. 21’ Freedom, single sailor. Then all along before closing and even follow up after I got home another kind “Pop’s” customer care. Can’t thank you enough. Horrible company. Don’t waist your time. They want 10% and all they did was pull my pictures off Craigslist and they didn’t even get the information right. I’m changing my review based on my conversation with Michael this morning. He reached out to see what went wrong, discussed how it could be better and what they could do to remedy the situation. As a business owner I have the utmost respect for companies that try and handle negative reviews and actually want to know what transpired.

The appointment to view the RV was made quickly and we are able to conclude our business within one day. The RV offered was an excellent condition which was also reflected in the advertisement. The consultants for getting the RV financed registered and in my possession, we're all very professional and extremely competent. The whole process was finished within 7 days over the Christmas holidays which I thought was next to impossible. Thank you very much I will recommend you in the future. Marty Novinski

HEADACHE FREE
King was very good about coming to me, taking quality pictures and even got up on the roof of my 5th wheel in 100 degrees to describe the condition to a potential buyer. At the time of closing Harley was awesome, she knew answers to my questions and nailed down the closing in just a few hours knowing that I as well as the buyer wanted to get the deal sealed asap. Had a great experience in buying an RV…
Had a great experience in buying an RV through POP, and felt their business model and fees were quite good compared to a normal brokerage. Michelle Montgomery was responsive, honest and did a nice job scheduling showings, following up, and communicating the offer. Hannah Deichler, with Michelle helping a couple times, walked me through closing. Their systems were easy to use and fast. Bill of sale went through fine. Bank had title and that took a bit of time but not Pop's fault, and they communicated throughout the process. Wish they had a little more subject matter expertise on titling the vehicle with a state, but all in all, was a great experience and I would definitely use them again.

Pop Yachts Pop Sells After listing my boat with Pop Yacht I also listed my boat with other brokers. The agreement was that i could list and sell my boat on my own, but if I found a buyer who also was a client of Pops, I owed them a commission. Well after a year the only interest I received was the emails of people just searching the site. No one ever came to see my boat or called. I had three interested parties look and last one had an inspection. I sent in thru my agent the name of the buyer asking Pops to verify they were not a client. I received an email stating no they were not, and stated sorry for not getting it done and good luck. Well I sold the boat and moved on. Three years late I received an email from Pops lawyer stating a suit will be filed if I didn't pay a commission of $3500. I showed them the email stating my buyer was not a client. They sent me a computer generated email with a typed name of my buyer. I contacted the buyer who told me they had never used Pop Yacht. This happens when some is searching the web and finds a boat in a particular site where the site requires you to submit a form to them so they will send you more information on that boat. They do this so an agent can contact you. This form they are using is to make you a client. This form can be sent by anyone putting any name. I contacted a lawyer who spoke to Pops and advised to just settle. Including the lawyer fee I ended up paying the same. Pops strong armed me and basically stole my money. I did what I was supposed to do and verified the buyer was not a client of theirs. June 2019

Misrepresented listing cost me 8hrs of travel!
First line of the ad states "Hatteras quality Ready to Fish". We sheduled an 8 hr round trip to see a boat that is "Ready to Fish", however it's not even able to leave it's slip!! When we arrive for our showing, we were told by the owner that boat hasn't moved in quite sometime and cant get on plane due to the extensive growth on the hull. He informed us that it will cost 3k to get the hull cleaned before the boat can be driven. The growth is clearly visible from the dock, which tells me the broker chose to take liberty with his listing details or is completely negligent in his job that he didnt look at the boat. Next, we were informed that neither the Raymarine navigation nor the auto piltot work. The generator doesnt work, wash down doesnt work, and the windlass "might" work. Then, the icing on the cake was that the boat's steering doesnt work!! When a fishing boat cant be moved from its slip, IT'S NOT "READY TO FISH"! So to recap: the hull is too crusty to run, the Raymarine navigation doesnt work, the generator doesnt work, wash down doesnt work, the windlass 'might' work, and the boat DOES NOT STEER. That is far from "Ready to Fish". I will be pursuing furter action to ensure companies like this are held to account when they are negligent, incompetent, or just flat out falsify listings. It is their responsibility, as the broker, to ensure their listing is accurate. You can not make a statement such as "Ready to Fish" when a vessel cant even be moved from its slip! When the listing agent can spend enough time to take 138 photos, it is reasonable to believe that they had time to look at the hull, or even simply ask something as important as "Does the boat steer?" The listing agent's neglect, or false advertising, cost me over $1,200 in time and travel cost that I intend to bill Pop Yachts for.

Contracting with POP RV’s was the best decision I’ve made. I do not have the tools to list and attract potential buyers. Greg from POP RV, listed, showed potential buyers and sold my RV within 30 days. I could not have tapped into the consumer base that POP RV has. I appreciate the professionalism of this organization. The sell was effortless! My sincere appreciation to POP RV.

Fantastic Customer Service!!!!
I found and purchased the boat all within one week. First Kris helped me get the offer in, Ana helped me get all the paper work done and Reggie helped me get to the boats location. They were ALL so helpful and attended to my needs immediately. As a marine service manager customer service is most important and they demonstrated professional, kind, and accurate info/help. All so good.

From Beginning to End - Great Service
Pop Yachts handled my boat purchase from beginning to end. I was purchasing direct from an owner and wanted to make sure everything was on the up and up; escrow, power of attorney, etc. They handled EVERYTHING and the back-and-forth with communication on items was outstanding. We are keeping our 'starter boat' for a year or two, but when it is time to purchase again, we will be using Pop Yachts.

Pop RV's did an outstanding Job on helping to find the perfect buyers for my Motor home. Time and Price are key to success. Hundreds of Photos and a Video meant my RV told its own story. Pop RV's consistently placed my ad in all major RV sites, and kept me aware of activity each week with the traffic report for my RV. Closing was easy and my RV found it's way to the new owners with no issues.

Found our travel trailer!
So I was hesitant to go through Pop Rv, I knew nothing about online travel trailer brokers, but it was really amazing! I really don’t have any cons to using PopRv. From my first contact with Shane, to the closing with Harley and Brett it was professional, timely and hassle free! I initially contacted Jason about a 2013 Yamaha SX210. He responded back to me within a day and was easy to communicate with and always answered my questions, which were quite a few. After deciding to move ahead with the purchase, I was introduced to Harley who helped me obtain all the documentation I needed to give to my bank to facilitate a loan. She also provided me with businesses in the area that could survey the boat before purchase. Like Jason, she was awesome to work with. I talked with Bret as well who helped finalize the process. Bob helped me finalize the purchase when we met with Manny, the owner. After everything was complete, Harley ensured I received the paperwork in a timely manner. Overall, it was a great experience and thanks to everyone at Pop Yachts who helped with the process.

Owner was super and did all the work
The seller was super and did all the work. She showed us the vehicle because the POPs person was sick (that person was really irrelevant to the transaction). We negotiated a price directly with the seller. The seller drove the vehicle to our home. POPs had advertised the vehicle as a 2022 and the contract listed the vehicle as a 2022. We only figured out it was a 2021 when we went to insure it after we had purchased it. Then we waited. After 30 days waiting for the title to be sent I inquired of POPS again what the hold up was. At that point someone figured out that the title was never going to get to POPS. So once again the seller took time from her day to drive to the Virginia dept of motor vehicles, purchase a copy of the title, and fedex it to us. Then the MVA in our state did not like the bill of sale that POPS had provided to us and we had to plead with them to combine the contract with the bill of sale to construct an adequate document (the erroneous year of the vehicle bothered them but the VIN number was finally deemed ok) On balance we are pleased with the actual vehicle we acqured. But thank God for a pleasant and responsible seller. No idea why I as buyer had to pay POPS $495 for their service on this transaction since the seller did all the work. The value of POPS was limited to advertising on their site and then moving the funds. The POPs closer did try to communicate but in the end just slowed the process down.

Hi, Ann. We are sorry that this has been an unusual sale. Rarely, banks do not comply with reasonable requests for titles. This particular bank released the lien, but did not send us a title or comply with our requests even though we had the proper documentation and legal authority to execute them. Our team worked with an awesome seller to help complete the paperwork, for which we are grateful. The paperwork that we provided is 100% legal and compliant. Most insurance companies, banks and DMVs understand that vehicles can have model years that do not exactly match the title. Yes, it sounds strange, but especially with RVs and camper vans, the chassis can be manufactured and stamped in one year and the “housing” completed the following year, causing confusion. We run into this a lot, and most titling and insurance companies see it often as well, and make accommodations as you experienced. We are glad that we were able to match you with an incredible seller to get the perfect camper van for you and your family. We wish you many great adventures ahead!
