The 46m/150'11" motor yacht 'Sea Falcon II' (ex. Samantha Lin) was built by Puglia at their Tacoma shipyard. Her interior is styled by design house Kerry Alabastro and she was delivered to her owner in November 1993. This luxury vessel's exterior design is the work of Gerhard Gilgenast and she was last refitted in 2018.

Measuring 46,02m (151' ) in length with a 9.35m (30' 8") beam, she is a voluminous yacht that offers accommodation for up to 10 guests in 5 well appointed cabins. NOTABLE FEATURES: ~Beautiful Skylounge ~Deck Spa pool ~Great swim platform ~Excellent array of water toys Yacht SEA FALCON II (formerly ELLE) is a very well appointed yacht with a large main salon that spans the full width of her 30ft beam. Along the port and starboard sides of the salon are 4 large windows and the aft bulk head has floor to ceiling glass doors as well as windows to each side offering plenty of natural light and complete open and airy viewing to the spectacular waters beyond from each angle of the salon. In the salon there is also a granite topped wet bar and ice maker. The formal dining salon forward can be fully enclosed and is located just off the marble foyer on the starboard side. The dining room can accommodate up to 10 seated guests and is finished with teak panelled walls. The Skylounge is accessed from the main deck by a curved teak paneled stairwell. It is large with plenty of good natural lighting from 3 large windows on each side of the yacht and features a 42" Sony flatscreen TV and stereo/DVD system to enjoy. Double glass doors give access the top deck. SEA FALCON II is a great yacht for entertaining with an expansive aft deck area with alfresco dining for 10 guests as well as an oval-shaped table that will seat an additional 5 guests. The aft deck also features a wet bar with sink, refrigerator and ice maker with under the counter glass and bottle storage. Her top deck has a spa pool and spacious sunning areas for sunbathing surrounding the spa pool. There is a day head and shower on the port side. Forward is a spacious observation area with 3 helm seats. SEA FALCON II Specifications
The Captain and his 9 crew are very accommodating and very "family-friendly" and all guests will want to return aboard her for years to come. The yacht received a 6 month stem-to-stern refit in 2008. Every major system on board was upgraded. Complete soft goods refit in each room of the yacht was also refit. Her 5 cabin layout consists of a Master stateroom located on the main deck with a California King bed and a large full width ensuite and 4 guest staterooms all featuring king-sized beds. DescriptionSEA FALCON II is a 46.67m (153’2″) Modern Classic Luxury Steel Motor Yacht launched in 1993 by American shipyard PUGLIA and refitted in 2022. With classic lines and welcoming interiors, this traditional yacht exudes comfort SEA FALCON II has been well maintained throughout her entire ownership. Gerhardt Gilgenast’s exterior lines ensure SEA FALCON II receives admiration wherever she goes. Her interiors retain their classic character with teak cabinetry complemented by cream carpets and marble bathrooms. Her spacious main salon comes with a large seating area, bar and a baby grand piano, while a separate dining room can be closed off for privacy. During a major refit between 2015 and 2017, SEA FALCON II had a complete overhaul of her engine room. She completed her 5-year class survey in 2022. SEA FALCON II can accommodate up to 11 guests across five cabins, including an Owner’s cabin forward on the main deck with large en suite with bathtub and shower, plus a further two double cabins and two twin cabins on the lower deck. One of the twins has an additional Pullman berth. Out on deck, there’s room for alfresco dining on the main deck aft, while the flybridge offers panoramic views either from the Jacuzzi or the forward-facing bar area. When the two tenders are in use, the bridge deck aft becomes a large area for guest use. SEA FALCON II comes with a raft of water toys, including diving equipment, canoes, kayaks, Seadoos, paddleboards and waterskis. Powered by twin Caterpillar 3508 DITA JW engines, she has a maximum speed of 15 knots, cruises at 12 knots, and she has an ocean-crossing range of 5,000nm.
