Hi Clare, we all had such an amazing day, thank you. It was a really special and fun memory with the family. Only problem is now we want to go on NISI every visit to Hamilton Island! Uh oh. Thinking a full day next time so we can time a snorkel at chalkies on a lower tide, and just more time to enjoy.

We had the best day despite the weather. Captain Scotty was a legend and took the kids out tubing for hours! They had so much fun with him!! If it wasn’t for his high energy for the water sports, it could have been a pretty average day for the charter - he’s really such an asset to NISI!

Whitsunday Luxury Yacht Charter Highlights

Hamilton Island Guests boarding the superyachts at the Hamilton Island Marina board around 11am and once settled in we embark upon your cruise itinerary to one of the first anchorages on the voyage. The crew anchor the yacht into position and the guests can then begin their in-water adventure swimming and snorkelling the coral reef. If you are simply looking to enjoy a totally relaxing holiday then you may choose to just relax onboard the deck of the yacht and partake in some afternoon refreshments and just admire the scenery.

Wine & Dine The luxury yachts on-board chef will be creating culinary delights matched with high quality wines, champagne, spirits, beer and exotic cocktails to tantalise even the most well-developed palate for the entire voyage. The chief steward will attend to the cocktails and beverages of choice.

Whitsunday Island Tours    Guests have the option of joining in on island walks and hikes to places of interest for both visual beauty, historical interest or just for exercise and fun. The superyacht crew enjoy it when they have guests onboard that love to wake early to witness a sunrise and also when guests take a hike to a mountain top to see the sun set.

Hook Island After a delicious breakfast your group may enjoy a hike along the 5km trail to Whitsunday Peak and take in the glorious views from the top. Hook Island offers visitors vibrant waters for snorkelling and more often than not guests will interact with turtles, dolphins, manta rays and during the months of July to August the humpback whales put on a breaching display.

Hardy Reef A trip to the outer reef is a must do when visiting the Whitsunday Islands. The corals in these deeper waters are hard corals and attract different types of marine life compared to the softer corals you find around the Whitsunday Islands. Be prepared to come face to face with giant but playful Maori Wrasse or a giant Queensland Groper up to two metres long, both of which are like playful puppies.

On all our YOTSPACE Whitsunday luxury yacht charter voyages the Captains and crew source as much fresh produce locally to support the people and places we are fortunate enought to visit. This ensures your food is less travelled and their is less wastage on your superyacht charters. All of our Captains are environmentally conscious of their yachting impacts and maintain structured policies to ensure they leave their destinations with what they came with.

Comprehensive Breakfast served daily with Eggs, Omelettes, Bacon, Sausages, Mushrooms and Hashbrowns and selections of Bread, Muesli and Granola, Juices, Preserves and Yoghurt. Instead of a Buffet style breakfast they can serve one Signature Breakfast dish, changing daily as outlined in suggested menu.

The yacht crew do their very best to accommodate all dietary requirements with advance notice. The below is a sample menu only.

Travel Insurance

We highly recommend you secure comprehensive travel insurance at the time of booking your YOTSPACE superyacht charter. This can be arranged through your luxury travel agent or a travel insurance company of your choice. On purchasing this Travel Offer you are bound by the General Terms and Conditions, in addition to the specific terms and conditions outlined in this Important Information. Please ensure to read full Terms and Conditions .

Yacht Charter Departure: This is a sole charter YOTSPACE superyacht voyage. Each luxury yacht charter voyage is a departure based on the receipt of the full payment on or before the eighth week of embarkation. Should the yacht fail to depart voyagers will be given the option of choosing another luxury yacht option with similar or same inclusions, costs and terms and conditions of the superyacht that was originally requested. Should we not find a suitable replacement yacht a refund less any bank merchant fees and a 10% administration fee will apply. We always recommend Travel Insurance and that all ancillary travel reservations have flexible conditions.

Payment Policy To secure a luxury yacht charter voyage with YOTSPACE, a 50% deposit or full payment is required within forty-eight (48) hours of receiving confirmation of Your booking request. Full payment is required on or before sixty (60) calendar days (8 weeks) before the Voyage Departure date. If the departure date is inside the sixty (60) calendar days (8 weeks), full payment must be paid at the time of booking. As mentioned above, due to potential operational, Government directives, weather issues or other disasters out of our control we cannot guarantee that all voyages will depart. Your YOTSPACE superyacht agent will notify You in the event the luxury yacht charter is cancelled.

Guest Cancellations Cancellation requests must be made in writing. You are strongly advised to speak with your YOTSPACE crew member with regard to the purchase of specific travel insurance for the luxury yacht charter at the time of booking. Cancellation requests received sixty (60) days or less prior to voyage departure – forfeiture of 50% deposit – Should we re-sell that reserved voyage, for that departure, for that date, prior to the Superyacht charter departure, an administration fee equal to only 10% of the voyage shall apply along with any bank or merchant transfer fees. Cancellation within Thirty (30) days or less -100% of full Charter Fare to be forfeited. Failure to board at the time of the luxury charter yacht voyage departure – 100% of the total Voyage Fare forfeited to the Contractor YOTSPACE. Note: Please refer to each individual private charter agreement prior to confirming your yacht charter agreement as these cancellations conditions may alter on some occassions such as peak season or special events.

Covid/ Pandemic Policy Should a pandemic or an outbreak occur and disrupt travel plans in the destination of departure or a ruling government prevent travel, all paid bookings will be held for future travel when permitted and subject to availability. Guests may be moved to another luxury yacht charter with similar or the same terms and conditions of the deferred voyage at no charge. Guests may also have the option of a refund of monies paid less any bank merchant fees and a 10% administration fee subject to the terms and conditions of the individual yacht charter agreement. Please consult your YOTSPACE superyacht crew member and update your travel insurance policy for the change of voyage date and change of yacht.

Provisioning Policy: Should the superyacht charter voyage be cancelled last minute and the superyacht has already been supplied with the advanced provisioning of fresh food, supplies and beverages, the cost of the provisioning will be applied to your charter cost fees and no refund applies.

Whitsundays Superyacht Charter – Sample Itinerary

All of our YOTSPACE superyacht voyage itineraries are specifically curated with the charter guests requests in mind. Our luxury superyachts will endeavour to follow the voyage as described in each custom itinerary and the passenger accepts that each superyacht Captain has the right to change the itinerary, the yacht, or cancel the cruise as a result of some Unexpected Event or prevailing inclement weather conditions. The passenger accepts that the passenger will not be entitled to any compensation or a refund of the fare paid should this occur. The Whitsundays luxury yacht charter itinerary is an example only. Cruise itineraries are subject to weather conditions and the Captains discretion.

Child Policy

All YOTSPACE sole charter superyacht voyages are intended for both adults and children who are travelling with family dependant on the region of the voyage. Children under the age of eighteen(18) (minors) will be accepted in circumstances where the charter is a sole charter voyage and cruising in a safe region. Parents and guardians are to take full responsibility for the children at all times. This must be agreed directly with the Contractor.

Covid – 19 Policy

YOTSPACE and our superyacht captains take the safety and wellbeing of passengers very seriously. The superyacht follows on-board sanitisation protocols to ensure the vessel is highly sanitised at all times. All guests are to register their principle place of residence and disclose to the company (YOTSPACE) if they have recently visited a Covid-19 hotspot in the 3 weeks prior to departure. We will require passengers to visit their GP and provide a health report 72 hours prior to departure. Climate & Average Temperatures

The Whitsundays enjoy a sunny climate with mild winters and warm summers, perfect for making the most of the outdoors. Plan ahead with this information on temperature and rainfall.

Summer (December – February) During the height of summer temperatures can be up to 29 to 30 degrees Celsius (86 degrees Fahrenheit) Water.

Winter (June – August) Average daily temperatures range from around 22 to 23 degrees Celsius (73.4 degrees Fahrenheit) in the winter months of June and July. Keep your eyes peeled for the annual Humpback Whale migration in the Whitsundays.

The other months remain a welcoming 25 degrees

Gratuities / Tipping

Gratuities (tips) are not included in the superyacht voyage price for services of the crew throughout the cruise. Tipping is optional and at the passengers discretion. In the superyacht industry it is normally the practice on sole charters that the prime guest gives a cash tip to the Captain and crew. However tipping the crew is entirely up to yourself. If you feel you have been extremely well looked after then we are sure the crew would really appreciate the tip. You may do this of your own accord or with your other guests on the superyacht voyage.

Hamilton Island – Whitsundays – Great Barrier Reef

Board your YOTSPACE luxury yacht charter at Hamilton Island or Airlie Beach in the Whitsundays. Guests board the superyacht at the Hamilton Island Marina or Coral Sea Marina around 11am and once settled in we embark upon our cruise to one of the first anchorages for the superyacht voyage. The crew anchor the yacht into position and the guests can then begin their in-water adventure swimming and snorkelling the coral reef. If you are simply looking to enjoy a totally relaxing holiday then you may choose to just relax onboard the deck of the yacht and partake in some afternoon refreshments and just admire the scenery.

Secluded and quiet, Neck Bay is a favourite Whitsunday Islands mooring location among superyachts, offering a quite place to relax or enjoy fantastic snorkelling in such a pretty scenic location. Spot many of the islands 1,500 species of fish, 360 species of hard coral, thousands of molluscs and hundreds of Starfish. The Whitsundays is also home to over 30% of the worlds soft corals. Marine turtles, whales and dolphins also swim these waters. Your luxury yacht will peacefully anchor here overnight and enjoy the clear night skies and convivial conversations with your guests.

We continue our Whitsundays luxury yacht charter voyage to Cid Island. You’ll be welcomed by bays, beaches and calm waters protected from the sea breeze. Spend the afternoon on your own private voyage as you kayak through the mangroves looking for marine life and bird life. For the ultimate Whitsundays sunset, head to Katoomba Bank or the west coast overlooking the Molle Islands. Drop anchor in front of Hill Rock Reef or Cid Harbour for an enchanting evening sunset and a wonderful morning sunrise.

Hook Island

If you are feeling energetic after breakfast, take a hike along the 5km trail up to Whitsunday Peak, about 1.5 hours, and take in spectacular views from the top. Back onboard the superyacht, enjoy an afternoon of fun along the west coast of Whitsunday Island, one of the only parts of the islands where jet skis and other personal watercrafts are authorised. Later we make our way over to Hook Island . Separated from Whitsunday Island by a narrow passage, Hook Island offers vibrant waters for diving and snorkelling, with turtles, reef fish, dolphins, manta rays and in the months of June to September you will see humpback whales as they frolick in the Whitsunday Passage. On land, enjoy fjord-like inlets, forest walks, pure blue waters and white beaches. For a cultural experience walk the trail at Nara Inlet and take in the waterfall (seasonal only) and the ancient Aboriginal rock art created by the original Ngaro people.

Hayman Island

Depart Hook Island towards Wonderwall on East side Black Island Reef off Hayman Island to explore underwater and experience some of the Whitsundays richest coral life. Alternatively, spend the morning on the sandbank on the west coast of Langford Island, where the crew will prepare an idylic beach set up. Spend the afternoon snorkelling in Butterfly Bay on the Northern tip of Hook Island, exploring coral outcrops teeming with small colourful reef fish. Later, depart for the outer Great Barrier Reef. Enjoy a gourmet dining experience with fellow guests and then relax on the upper deck flybridge and gaze at the star filled night sky. Overnight at Hardy reef.

Today, discover Australia’s outer Great Barrier Reef. Snorkel the nearby drop-offs where you’ll find turtles, reef sharks and barracuda. The snorkelling here is excellent, with Trevally, Coral Trout, Snapper, Giant Maori Wrasse and Giant Queensland Groper two metres long. Take the yacht’s tenders to experience vertical waterfalls when the tide lowers 2-3 metres. Dine onboard on freshly caught seafood with stunning views.

Whitehaven Beach

Start the day in Dumbell Island, where you can see sea eagles off the aft deck. Hike up Hill Inlet to take in some of the best views across the Whitsunday Islands, a swirl of aqua and white as sands shift through waters. Award winning Whitehaven beach, the postcard view of the Whitsunday’s, is awe inspiring, with brilliant white silica sand that is among the purest in the world and remains cool, so you can walk its full 7km stretch. As an optional extra you may wish to see the reefs by helicopter, including the world famous Heart Reef with a take off from the southern section of Whitehaven Beach. Just let the Captain and crew know in advance if you would like them to book this experience for you. Later, cruise back to Hamilton Island for our farewells to your crew.
