We had a stay recently when we came to Loras college to visit our son. After he went out with friends for the evening we came back to the hotel and decided to have 1-2 drinks to relax. Our server Keri was GREAT! We ended up staying way longer then we expected and it was because of her service and interaction. We will be back again.

Keri is a great bartender

Skip the food, go for the drinks. Bartenders are great. Drinks are great. Food is disappointing. I've ate here multiple times while grabbing drinks and it's always been underwhelming, especially for the price. The wagyu sliders and homemade chips pushed me to finally leave a review. Chips were okay but most were in crumbles. The burger patty wasn't even close to filling the size of the bun. I edited my rating because for the drinks and the drink service is a 5. I would have rated the food a 2.

Service on a Saturday night was awful - bartenders were visibly annoyed every time a new group of people came in. I witnessed a bouncer by the name of Matt being rude, inappropriate and downright hostile to guests. Manager needs to invest in some customer service 101 training.

Drinks are almost undrinkable, bartenders and workers are annoyed by you showing you up, I also found a hair in my food that was severely overcooked.

This was the lounge in my fabulous hotel so I had to check it out and the free drink that came with the room was not going to get wasted. The lounge opens at 4pm so it's not one of those sleazy lounges open in the morning attracting losers. The lounge and bar areas are very nice I noticed and the bartender was pretty knowledgeable just listening to him talk to the customers. I had to sample some local Iowa beers while I was in town so I had a Green tree brewery Red River bottom and a Reunion brewery Dunkel which were good. Since I'm in this classy lounge I asked for the cocktail menu because I'm not leaving with out trying a house speciality cocktail which was the speakeasy, it's a secret recipe. The infusion/speak easy was good and strong with one big square ice cube in it. I had a great time relaxing in this very nice lounge trying new drinks.

This place makes a great Manhattan the Smoke the glass with a match which gives a nice touch. I do wish they had more options for Martinis that would really set this place off. I did have a glass of red of red which was nice . All in all the atmosphere of the tufted furniture really sets it off.

Stopped in for happy hour. The bartender was fantastic. The red house wines chooses were pretty awful. The bartender said he would give me a red of my choice at happy hour price. Much appreciated! My low rating is due to the food. I do not need a large portion but I also do not want to be overcharged for food. I ordered the spring roll. They brought one tiny fresh spring roll. It cost $14.00. Outrageous. Have a drink at the bar and skip the food.

This bar happens to be attached to the coolest hotel in Dubuque, but it holds its own for sure! The vibe inside is jazzy, dark with cozy seating. It's cool date night spot or party place with all your best friends. You can even order a large glass of wine and people watch with no shortage of entertainment there. Definitely stop by, and try some of their wine selection.

Great drinks and chips and the bar tenders were very nice. A little pricey compared to what we are used to, but the drinks were worth it. Nice ambiance.

Ever since they turned this place from being a dance club and info a nice wine/cocktail bar I've loved it. The staff is super knowledgeable about cocktails and they make some good ones. Music and food is great too!
