Cancellation Policy

The package providers and yacht charters are affiliated with different companies. Please consult the specified package or yacht page for their respective cancellation policies.

What if I get seasick during the trip?

If you are not used to long periods on a boat, please take sea sick pills 30 minutes before boarding the yacht.

If you feel sick during the trip, there is medication and a bed on board for you to rest.

Can I bring my pet for the trip?

Please check on the house rules of each yacht to see if pets are allowed.

Pets on board are chargeable at $50 per pet, and they are to wear diapers before boarding. Pets are not allowed to enter the cabin and saloon.

All pets are required to wear pet diapers and to always remain outdoors.

There will be a deposit of $500 for pets without diapers. It will be refunded within 3 working days after the trip should there be no cleaning services required.

Any damages, stains or mishaps may be chargeable based on the replacement value.

What happens if it rains?

When extreme weather condition occurs, please assume that the trip is still on. It will only be cancelled upon notification from WA either via email or phone short messaging system. WA’s decision for cancellation is final. If the trip is cancelled by WA, full refund will be credited back to the credit card that you used for payment.

There shall be no refund if the trip is delayed by wet weather. Please bring along rain coat as the trip shall continue when there is light rain. For your own safety, it shall solely be the discretion of the captain to make adjustments to the trip itinerary when extreme weather conditions occur.

What is the age requirement for attending the trips?

There is no age requirement.

However any person on board regardless of age is considered as one person.

What are the cancellation charges?

Any change in date or destination is considered as cancellation.

Less than or 3 days prior to trip – No refund

Less than or 7 days prior to trip – 50% refund

More than 7 days prior to trip – Full refund with 10% cancellation fee

Can I do decoration on the yacht?

Yes, you're welcome to decorate your yacht. However, please note that the use of balloons is not allowed at ONE°15 Marina to prevent environmental pollution in the marina.

This staycay is perfect for those who are looking for no-frills fun on a super spacious boat! It's not luxe by any means but it's good value, the boat is seriously huge, and the crew has a lot of heart. You'll sail towards the Southern Islands for water activities such as kayaking, floats and swimming, and then berth at the yacht club overnight.

Meals aren't included but you can bring your own picnic to enjoy on the boat. The yacht has 2 bedroom cabins (one ensuite, one without), and would suit a family, friends or couples.

1D1N Adventure on a HK Junk Boat

This is a super unique staycay. Not only does it take place on an actual HK Junk Boat, it also includes paddleboard lessons for those wanting to learn! If you just fancy a relaxing time, you can chill on the aquamat or water hammock at the Southern Islands. At night you can watch a movie on the upper decks with a projector and screen! The Captain can also bring guests to the beach (weather dependent) for campfire setup, drinks and good conversations.

Meals are included. There's only one AC cabin here (which fits 5 persons), or you can also sleep under the stars on the deck. Great for adventurous groups of friends or family! Bonus: It's also pet-friendly!

If you're looking for a way to pamper yourself, a staycay on the glam Waga Mari yacht is perfect ✨. We love this gorgeous sailing catamaran - as you lay on the huge deck nets, feel the ocean breeze and watch the enormous sails billow in the wind, all your cares ease away. Captain Martjin is also a wonderful host and an amazing cook - he makes the yummiest BBQ meals and makes sure that even the biggest eaters are satisfied. A night here will make you feel like you've been away for a week.

This large gorgeous yacht has 3 AC ensuite bedrooms and would be great for a family or group of friends. Highly recommended for a special treat!

Here, you can try your hand at sailing, and you'll also enjoy a super unique itinerary. Other than Southern Islands & Hantu Island, if the weather permits, you'll also visit the mangroves in Ubin, try wild oyster shucking and even visit the kelongs (floating fish farm).

The sailing yacht is not large, but it's modern and comfortable. There are 3 AC cabins, 2 toilets and all meals are included.
