The initial fee includes a 4-hour tour. If you wish, you have the option to add extra hours during the checkout process and include them in your total payment.

A five-star experience, I must say! Captain Bertrand was an incredible host, a true bon vivant, and an absolute master in the kitchen. We snorkeled, paddleboarded, and swam in stunning locations, far from the  crowds. We were even fortunate enough to encounter some tortues sauvages along the way. The boat is in excellent condition, and the crew members are exceptionally accommodating. I highly recommend it if you are seeking a private charter with great value. C'est magnifique!

Highlight of our vacation

We went out on the moana boat on November 7 th with 15 friends and it was perfect, just as all the other reviews have said, Patrick and his crew were excellent!

Everyone with our group and I mean everyone said it was the best part of their vacation. I think cooking the food  menu on board added a special touch and it was wonderful. 

Thanks again Patrick and Crew for making my wifes 50th and our friends 53 birthday a time to remember.

You must arrive on your own  (transportation to and from the dock is not included in the tour price) ask if you need one,  at Carretera, Carr. a Punta Sam, Puerto Juarez, 77500 Cancún, 30 minutes before the tour to register

Additional hour price USD 250. There is a price per additional person fee of USD 60 for every person after 12." You may add a Mexican snack service to your tour for an additional $12 per person

Cancellation & Refunds

• Cancellations made up to 48 hours before the service = 100% refund
• Cancellations made between 36 and 47 hours before the service = 80% refund
• Cancellations made between 24 and 35 hours before the service = 50% refund
• Cancellations made up to 23 hours before your service = No refund applies

The catamaran was the best party of the day. The beach party was rubbish and the beach itself was horrible and the food was very basic

The service was just fine. Everyone was very nice. However, it was definitely a "drunken co-ed" vibe, and that was just not what we were looking for. Loud music, and a guy dressed up in a bra and wig pouring shots into people's mouths on the way back. That's not our vibe, but if that's what you're looking for... The sea was quite choppy where we were let out to snorkel. Obviously, they can't control that, but it was so rough you really couldn't see anything. We were quite rushed, and they only provided masks and snorkels, no fins (they did provide life vests). I had my own equipment, including fins, and I actually had to help a lady who was starting to panic, as she was swallowing. I had to grab her and tow her in as the guides were yelling at us to hurry up. Finally a guide came back and helped. Not a super great experience. The beach club was ok. The food was mediocre, but that's to be expected. The beach area was crowded and smelled of raw sewage.

Booking and payment for the day trip to Isla Mujares was easy. But the prepaid, prearranged transportation to the marina was late picking us up at our resort and dropped us off at the wrong marina!! We felt like we were asked to pay more to get to the correct launch point and boat. Luckily the tour operator was also operating at this marina and was able to add us onto a departing boat for the day, with only 15 minutes to spare! Otherwise, we would have missed our boat. But the tour operator was great, and the day went well from there. Lunch on the island was a little chaotic, with hundreds of other tours congregating at the same lunch spot.

• The age for children to perform the snorkeling activity is 8 years minimum, they must be accompanied by an adult during the activity.
