We had such a fantastic time with Captain Chuck and Barbara on such a beautiful day. Both were very gracious and welcoming and we can't wait to go back out for another relaxing sail! Thank you Captain Chuck we appreciate you!
Great experience for a first time sailing. Captain Chuck is personal and provides a well used but presentable sail boat. Although the advertising states max 6 people, Capt Chuck booked 8. It was a bit tight but all got along well. Great way for tourists to see seaside of S Florida. Nothing disappointing here and great experience.
Ok. You guys know me to usually post reviews of food but this is a keeper.... Just recently my hubby and I decided we're looking into getting a sailboat and start living in the water... WELL LET ME TELL YOUS...so loved the fact that I contacted the captain of Charade Charters to ask about being able to go out for my hubby and I... HOW GREAT WERE THESE FOLKS? Amazing... we were invited to sail and the captain sailing was named NICK and great about letting us see the features of the boat and actually steering the boat and just absolutely a great person of which to ask any questions to about sailing and adventures in sailing... and (not bad on the eyes) ladies....the owner of the charter Rick gave us great perfect direction to the pier and advised of the rules and that the situation of sailing the Atlantic may change because sailing is all about weather...BUT GREAT FOR US the sailing weather was GORGEOUS... I brought enough snacks to feed hubby Nick and myself and we had a spectacular-time... I RECOMMEND SAILING WITH THEM...thank you captain Rick and captain Nick... how cute you'd think it's father and son... but I don't think so... Will be back soonand yes we're looking for our future home...on a

Captain Chuck is amazing! My sister found Charade for her husband's birthday celebration and I was happy to go along. The weekend we chose to go out was uncooperative - very windy and choppy. RIght away, Chuck informed us we wouldn't be able to sail in the ocean, but we all made the best of it going up and down the intracoastal instead. We brought snacks and drinks and had a really good time with each other and Chuck. He was able to give us some history on the scenery. The boat was really nice as well. There were six of us in the group and we had plenty of room. It was easy to be social and did not feel crowded at all. Chuck was inclusive without being intrusive. All of us can't wait to go back on another trip. Looking forward to getting out on the ocean the next time around!
We had the best time on Capt Chuck's sailboat. There were 6 of us and we wanted to do something classier and more intimate than a booze cruise for our dear friend's bachelorette celebration. Capt Chuck was great with communication, expectations, and made sure we had a great time. We packed a picnic and champagne and although it was too windy to go out on the ocean that day, we still got to go up to Lake Boca and go swimming and lie in the deck as we passed by all the multi-million dollar mansions. It was glorious! Thanks again!
Definitely a beautiful Sunday in paradise sailing on Charade with Captain Chuck! Couldn't have had a better sailing experience ! Captain Chuck is an excellent Captain and very knowledgeable about the area. We are already planning our next excursion and bringing our friends! See you soon, Captain Chuck!
Chuck is a fantastic Captain that will make your sail extremely enjoyable. I took a 3-4 hour sail with my entire family when they were in town and we were all very impressed by the Charade. It's a large vessel and very well kept, and was an extremely comfortable afternoon for the entire clan. I highly recommend this experience for anyone looking to get out on the water!
I love sailing and being on the water! Chuck made my family and me feel like we were his family. He let us help or not if we were interested. He was flexible and accommodating and interesting to talk with. Can't wait to go again.
If you want to motor around fine. But if you would like to sail do not waste your time especially if the wind is up. No soap, no towels in the head and not very clean.
